Order refrigerator online that was said to have 2 in stock. Arrive to pickup and they have no refrigerators. Called main branch and was told I would have to wait 2 months for one. Was offered $50 off 2400 and free delivery. Had trouble canceling order and am still waiting on the refund. Overpriced and no longer American value items.

We love our local store in Camden, they alawys go above and beyond. One of the few places to shop in Camden on Sunday. Russ and his team are knowledgeable, so friendly and work extremely hard to take care of the customer. Unlike HomeDepot, Lowes and the other big stores where you are just a number, Sears in Camden lets you know they want and appreciate your buisness. Delivery was top notch, and fast! This is the only place our family will shop for appliances, tools and lawn garden!

What do you think? Our 42 Sears Rider mower needed repairing & we called the local Sears Store mower Mechanic for repairs. These parts replaced with new: 2 blades (42 deck), 2 deck spindles, 1 Deck belt/long, 1 gas filter, 2 tire tubes only. All front end joints got greased. Total cost- $309.+change.Seems high but what aint?Just Sayn. WYT?? But it works now!Would have been 2 stars but Im thankful its finally fixed to mow the yard & the grass is high.

This store is always so clean and organized. I have never walked in and not been greeted with a smile and they always go out of there way to help me find whatever it is i am looking for! I also love there lease to own option. It is a great way for people to make payments on something instead of paying it all at once! I HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone! I am so glad to see the Sears Hometown Stores doing so well and I love that i have one right here in my hometown!

I really love having this store in my own town, it makes everything so convenient! When we are getting ready to do a project, they have all the tools we need! When one of our appliances goes out, they have something to fit our needs at great prices and great payment options. We have used the new leasing option for several items and it has worked very good for us. I would recommend this store to anyone! The employees are always so helpful and nice.

Very nice store. They have a lot of options in appliances and a huge tool selection that my husband really enjoyed. In a time where customer service seems to be dying, this store is doing it right! We were greeted with a smile and waited on the entire time. I highly recommend this store.

This store is so great!!! A very unique looking Sears Hometown Store in Arkansas. The owner informed us that this was a Core store and boy does it look amazing!!! This place has a great staff, more selection of tools than anywhere Ive been!!! 5 Star All the Way!

I went in to learn about there no credit leasing program and was so excited to learn about this. It allows you to get what you really want without spending so much money all up front. And unlike other leasing programs it is a NEW product with a warranty. I will definitely be using this program for several purchases!

This should be a training center for how to treat people and run a business. Sales were great and delivery was great. They are knowledgeable, polite, even call to check on your purchase and make sure everything is ok!
