So still pending and will update it resolved but bought a fridge for rental property. It didnt work. They sent a tech said was bad, theyll replace np. Going on week 2 and no replacement as of yet. Told many times will be there by a certain date no call no shows. **** Update! Swapped out fridge today same size but bit of a downgrade in model and color anyways fingers crossed this one works and situation resolved ...

My landlord contacted them more than 2 weeks ago to fix my dryer. The guy came and said the belt was broken and would come back the next day. I haven’t heard from them since. The customer service is terrible because no one ever follows up with you to let you know what’s going on. Seems very unorganized with no schedule or appointments. Would not recommend for maintenance.

Worst place to ever go, save your money. Worst customer service EVER!!!!! They sold me two bad refrigerators, I’m on the third one now. Delivery takes for ever, technicians take for ever an when they come they’ll inspect leave an do not return. I’ve been having trouble with them for 4months already. {FAIR WARNING}

Worst experience ever..... I bought a Kenmore fridge for a good affordable price, they said they would deliver it Monday so i cleaned out my fridge and took all my groceries out and they never came. I called them back and they said tomorrow, then when the day came they came 2 hours late and the hand door to the fridge that was supposed to be changed never was. after the lady who sold it to me said “oh no mami we have hundreds of parts in the back we will change it when it’s delivered”. It never was changed and it was missing two parts on the fridge already. They said they will order it and when she did she never contacted me and told me she got it. I had to call her after a week and she said “oh we got it last week”. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

If u want save money on some somewhat good stuff this the place for you, but best belive you will pay the difference in agony... lack of professionalism,communication ect
