The employees follow you around with a rag & spray cleaner spraying everything constantly. Not a fun shopping experience.

This may just be the pinnacle of Newbury comics! Great service, huge inventory. if you want a Funko POP they have a TON of selection and tee-shirts are great as well seriously check them out.

They had all kinds of things here, from comics to bored games.

They dont sell Pyramid Arcade expansions like Nomids, Ice Duo, Martian Chess and Homeworlds pack in stores.

Good selection of records and amazing staff

Some of the prices are higher than Id like, and there have been a few times where I never got the comics from my subscription. But the 20% discount on comics for subscribers is really nice, and the staff is really great.

You could spend hours in here! Lots of gems are hidden in this place, and I almost always purchase something, whether it be for myself or a friend!

Great selection of everything popular. My 12 yr old son loves it here for bobble heads, t shirts and posters. And a lot more.

They have a ton of stuff and it is big. I spent an hour just looking at everything and still did not have a chance to even dive in to their rather impressive record selection. 5 stars for offering more obscure Image comics. I picked up Vol.2 of Seven to Eternity (awesome story btw) and even had some options I wasnt aware of. I doesnt have that elitist, awkward nerd vibe that some stores selling cards and comics have so just go in and nerd out!

A little hard finding on Google Maps, since it was on the second floor and there werent many signs pointing us in the right direction. The selection was a little weak, but had what I was looking for (Absolute Carnage #1). My friend got a pack or Pokemon Cards and told me they had been searched so be sure to check before buying. Its a good place to grab a new comic, but dont expect to much else.

Always worth checking one of these out, you can usually find something youre interested here even if you arent a big comic or video game fan. A lot of the posters cater to all kinds of interests, even some that are just actual art

Fun pop culture store with lots of little trinkets! It has almost any modern pop culture reference you can imagine, plus a decent amount of records, DVDs, and books.

Great location, parking can be a bit tough when youre in the city, but that holds true for any place in Cambridge. The store has a decent selection of music (Primarily in the form of CDs), and while smaller than other locations, its still worth a visit.

Great place, but much less emphasis on music lately. Good vinyl selection, still has CDs (not all of them do). Some good metal bands not carried. The did have the new Jon Hassel CD, but in rock and not in the jazz section.

Besides all the comics they have very cool T-shirt’s// coffee cups from different movies

Newbury comics has a ton of great random things you can use as gifts. Its also right next to a lot of great food places like Chutneys. I would recommend checking this place out for secret santa gifts.

Lots and lots of things to look at and buy staff was nice

Ive been making occasional visits to Newberry Comics since the early 1980s. They sell music (including a special rack for local artists), comic books, tee shirts and a variety of novelty items.I celebrated when they outlasted the invasion of Tower Records, every one of whose Massachusetts stores was within a block of a Newberry Comics.

For all the Kpop fans out there, this is the place to go. You can find albums and shirts of kpop groups like Red Velvet, BTS, NCT, Loona, EXO, Momoland, Twice, Shinee, Blackpink, Taemin, solo artists, and anyone else you can come up with. This place money-wise is ok. For every album the price ranges from 19-28 dollars.

A Harvard Square institution. Hadnt been to the store in 10 years and was thrilled to see it was still as wonderful as ever.

Busy space with the occasional good sale. A little pricy otherwise, and the selection is a little scrambled in tone.

Newbury comics in harvard square is one of their best branches. the service is great and the products have good prices. it is a store originally based on comic sales, but now sells fasion and music.

Unfortunately they didnt have the poster I had looked up online, so I had to head downtown to get it. A bit annoying. Apart from this experience the place looks fine though.

The country music offerings, the most predominate form of music on the radio today, is dwindling at Newbury Comics. Otherwise, the manager is a jerkoff; he was rather inconsiderate when I returned a CD that would neither play in either of my two CD players.
