Had to be towed for a blow out and just told them to give me 4 new tires and the helpful older guy came out and said 1 of the tires has very little ware so I would only need 3 but it was closing time the sales guy said they would do one so I could get home and come by in am for the others he then went home and the older guy and the big guy said we’re going to stay and do them all. That is what we need more kind people that treat you like you’re family. Best place if you need tires.

They do decent work but move at a snails pace. Dont go there if you are pressed for time.

I was able to get my tires changed in a reasonable amount of time. And it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. And this place was the only place that stays open later on a Saturday that I can get my car done today. Everyone else said they didnt have time to do my car.

Quoted $200 for ONE TIRE. Highway robbery. The manager is a nice guy and surely he didn’t make the price as NTB did but I’d suggest going to FORD TIRE & SERVICE instead. $95.00 that included mounted and balanced as well. Also the shop looks nothing like the one pictured here.

If you have a tire problem, this is the place to go. I ran over a nail, and was losing air. I brought my car here and 20 minutes later I was back on the road with my tire repaired. Friendly people here, they have fair pricing, I reccomend this place to all.

Got 4 new tires didnt have to wait that long.but when I paid and went to get in my vehicle black dirt and/grease on my door handles on my front seats very very unprofessional. I will never go there again..

Dont waste your time getting off the highway to get these guys to change the tire I called before I even thought of getting off the highway gave the guy all the information on the tire including load range e he said oh yeah we got 2. I drive there pay for the tire and then they come out and tell me that its not an e that its a load range be completely useless here in the tire business you should definitely know the difference between load range e and load range B

I brought my 2 vehicles in for front alignment checks. They checked them 1st and both were within spec and they did not charge me for anything. Friendly and professional manager.

I was absolutely impressed with the level of service and courtesy at this NTB location! My wife and I were on a long drive across the midwest and had a massive blowout on the highway near Cambridge, so we decided to spend the night after changing to the donut spare and set an appointment for the following morning. I was treated with respect and they kept in mind that I needed to get on the road so my wife and I could get to our respective jobs in Michigan. Not only were they professional and respectful, but also very affordable and timely! Highly recommend this place for any routine maintenance or emergency you may have, within their operating hours of course.

Above and beyond 5 stars brought my car in thinking it needed brake pads and possibly rotors... they test drove put it on the lift it didnt need them yet so instead of just putting them on and charging (non mechanical) me they waited to see if I wanted that and went over other option. We will be back for sure

I do not use NTB a lot but when I do need a rotate and balance, alignment, brakes looked at, etc. I do stop by here. They have never gave me a run around, never found little issues and made them into something they are not. They seem to be very honest and straight forward. They let you know what is wrong with the car, how much it will cost and also they will even let you know what is the most important thing to fix first. This is very nice for those of use on a budget. Customer service these guys provide is why I keep coming here, keep up the amazing work.(the only one thing is they are high on the prices, they do great work. For instance to have your check engine light looked at, it is $119. You can go to any part store and they will tell you what your light is on for, for FREE. Plus you can always order a OBD II adapter, can get them for about $5 on Amazon and then use a free app and read the codes yourself.)

Friendly staff, good work. While it might cost a little bit more, they make every effort to make sure you are happy. Would recommend!

Just left Tire America/NTB where my husband had his oil changed. There was a miscommunication about the service and the billing so I went back in to sort it out. They were very kind and worked with me to make it right. Weve always received excellent customer service here and we will continue being loyal customers! Thank you!

Very professional and fast service. I had a flat tire before work and they opened the shop 30 minutes early to help me out.

They worked us in after a flat while traveling through... very reassuring and friendly, got us underway quickly.

Dave has turned this place around. He has treated me great.

I went to this place and got quoted on wheel bearings and labor for $721 and then went to another place and was quoted $200 cheaper. Same part number and every thing and same labor. The jacked the park up nearly $200 just to make extra money off the part too.

Well it probably wouldnt have taken an hour and a half for AN OIL CHANGE if the district manager didnt have half the staff in a meeting but he did so needless to say my day was shotCompletely understaffed and mis managedJust like any big cooperation too many chiefs and not enough indians
