Buyer Beware!! This store sells bad hair relaxers. When store management and the owner were made aware of the bad product, they refused to give me a refund, exchange or store credit. Take your business elsewhere.

If it weren’t for the fact the other beauty supply store in my city was closed today I wouldn’t have gone through with my purchase here. Both the employees acted as if they didn’t see me standing at the register for FIVE minutes trying to make my purchase. The man kept looking at me from his peripheral and then finally comes over and asks if I am ready..obviously I’ve only been standing here for 5 minutes, customer service here is trash.

I agree about being followed around the store and she will constantly ask me a 16 year old girl who has their wallet with them so she sees that I have money and will keep asking me if I am ready when she sees that I am still looking at thing to buy to PUT MONEY IN HER REGISTER. Other than that they have a great selection of things to choose from and the younger girl is very very helpful

Been coming here for years and today I go in to purchase some new hair along with some other products and I’m followed around the whole store by the older lady running the store at the time. I will not be back, I just put my money into another hair store from now on!
