Dunnings was very cooperative and kind to me.. Efficient, knowledgeable and even went out of their way to tell me about my new Chevy Trax....as I had a really bad transaction while buying out of state. Will only deal with Dunnings from now on!!

This place over charges for service and the service you get done, in my case dont fix it so youre out hundreds of dollars! Then you ask about it and nobody can give an honest answer! Yet its supposed to be running but wont start! Ends up for the most part it was out of gas and fuel gauge is actually faulty! And the code for the part they just put on it is still showing up when scanned! Such a scam! Smh!!!

Great customer service

Took my car here for oil change because I was heading to NYS. I thought I smelled oil burning on the way. Stopped and realized they spilled oil all over my motor!!! The oil cap seal is worn out but instead of replacing it or saying anything, they just put it on and had us go on our way. Also, any place I’ve ever had an oil change done, they automatically rotate the tires. Nope. Not them. So 3000 miles later they didn’t think of changing them around. Purchased a vehicle from them years ago and a few months later had to trade it in at Whiteside because it needed thousands of dollars of work done on it. Wouldn’t ever recommend this place!

I had purchased a 2010 Terrain from dunning Fords in Cambridge i paid all most 9000 thousand dollars for it well i have had to put over 40 quarts of oil in it since i brought it home i took it back to dunning ford and they wanted me to take a ford focus which was only like a 5 thousand dollar car i asked why they said they could not give me a even trade for the terrain needed fixed it was going to cost 3 thousand or so to fix it i got angry and took my terrain back and my husband calked the other Dunnings that is out by Wal-Mart in Cambridge he talked to a very nice gentleman Brian Smith, my husband and my self told him everything that happened and asked Mr,Smith if he could help us for it wasnt right what Dunning Fords was trying to do to us well Mr,Smith done us right he put me in a 2012 ford escape and even put new tires on for me and i dont have to take a loss i highly Recommend Mr,Brian Smith for he is a honest gentlemen that will treat you right so if any one is looking for a vehicle please go check out what they have and ask for Mr,Smith for i guarantee you wont be disappointed Thanks again Brian for everything you have done i truly appreciate it you are a man of your word and take pride in your job sincerely Karen Clark ☺ we could not be any happier with all you have done for us

Took very long! the men didn’t seem to want to help the young lady working there and a few bad words from the man that did come to help rotate my tires ! I only come here because my warranty would be voided if I didn’t ! Three vehicles went through the other side while I’m still here
