Update: I strongly suggest against purchasing through NAPAOnline.com for anything whatsoever!! If, for some reason you need to return something you bought online as a ship to home, you cannot return it to the store at this location. I respect that. I will say however that it is pointless to call NAPA customer service. They have told me every lie imaginable as to why they never provided me a refund, despite having received the item back weeks ago. During my most recent call the agent even stayed on the line after our call so that I couldnt access their survey. I could still hear him in the background. Today NAPA sent me an email saying I received a refund 13 days ago, however I found that also not to be true and called them out on it. It was only then that I finally received a refund.As for the Calhoun store - These guys have come through every single time! Even hard to find parts have been made available for next day pickup! Although I previously said this is my only parts store, I unfortunately can no longer say the same. Nothing against the store, just the company. I still rate this store a Five and if I could rate NAPA Customer Service, I would rate them Zero!!

Horrible!! Called to verify a price descrepancy I found online on a non-stock part that I needed in 3 days. Young man I spoke to explained lower price($15.69) was distribution center wholesale & higher($36.99) was local independently owned price but that there was a glitch in the system-it shouldn’t show that much higher. I asked if I could place a phone order for pick up on the weekend since it was already Wednesday & I knew at least one of my parts needed to come from warehouse or another location. Guy said he could take order to hold but couldn’t take payment over the phone. Gave my list of part numbers, verified order total & that I could pick up Saturday morning. Saturday morning comes and no order on hold, nothing in the system either. We have 24 hrs to complete repairs & do oil changes, one of the oil filters we need is a non-stock item. I’ve never been a fan of Napa for their high prices and poor in stock selection. I’ve been forced to use Napa in 3 different states.. they all suck. Calhoun, GA is the absolute worst in my experience. After this, the only way they’ll get any of my money is if they are the only parts store in business locally & I can’t order online.

Nice enough guys, referred is to a local mechanic shop to have a headlight installed. Seemed to me they referred us there so they could make more money by over charging two traveling young girls with no other choice.
