Was great customer service, even while on the phone said hello as we walked in! Quick service and was busy however they got us in and out pretty quick! Keep up the great work AutoZone team members!

I would find a different location to go to. Staff was rude and short and didnt even try to help with the most basic install such as a headlight. I will definitely not be going to this location in Calhoun again. Id go to the Adairsville one before ever going back here. I will never spend another dolla at this place again. Hope others had better experiences than me but this is the 3rd time I left feeling insulted and unsatisfied. 3 strikes Im done here.

My husband and I walked around the store for over 30 minutes and nit a single associate acknowledged us until we walked towards the door to leave. Out of the 5 or 6 employees there standing around chatting with each other not a single person could make time to help. I think some training would do this place some good.

You know its crazy. In some towns other auto parts stores seem to rule, however here in Calhoun AutoZone is on their game and their selection well better in some cases than their competitors. This location can get very busy and the lines long, however if you wonder around for a few they knock them down quickly.

I stopped at AutoZone in Calhoun earlier.I understand that theyre are rules for the employees.But, the man didnt understand or care and was rude about me needing a new battery.I was trying to make sure that the battery would last and get me to Dalton, before it died and left me stranded again.Thankfully, I made it to Dalton without it dying again!So, all is well!But, the man didnt have to be so rude to me.

Tried to buy a new battery for truck but associate told us it was store policy not to replace a battery that could take 45 mins to replace. Odd policy! Went to store Advance Auto Parts 2 doors away who helped us.

They had the headlight bulbs I needed and at a better price than wally world.

Jonathan was great in helping me install my two wiper blades bought one and then came back and bought another and he installed them both in the rain. Took care notto scratch my truck. Calhoun, GA.

Chris nesbit helped put on my new battery terminal and then went trying to find me a better one that just goes over the battery but it happened to be out of stock. He replaced it on a qucik and orderly fashion and really went the extra mile. Great attitude and customer skills which some other auto places seem to lack. (My own experience)

I was given a referral to ask for Lon by Matt! Lon came out and checked my car because the ac fan was not working. He troubleshooted my car and found the issue then he ordered my parts on last Friday. The parts came in on yesterday and he assisted me with the parts and helped me order new parts also. Lon is the nicest man at Auto Zone! He was so helpful and promised that he would get to the bottom of why my fan was not working. I appreciate his dedication and great customer service that he provided. He should be the Store Manager so he can train everyone to give 💯 % customer satisfaction!!!Thank you Lon again!!

Argumentative store manager simply would not check me out and got passive aggressive when I wanted cheaper options.

Came in to buy a brand new battery and got a really great one for a moderate price. When it turned out to not be the battery but something that did drain it, I was able to return the one i had purchased and swap it for another new one without any additional fees applied.

Lon was helping my husband with his Nissan truck with a heater hose and was super helpful. He was very proficient in helping us and helped us with a smile. I really appreciate him helping us. I would recommend seeing Lon if you are there.

Decent place for auto parts if you dont have choice and no Amazon Prime. Ive a 2010 Impala, and have purchased scores of parts on there. Put your car info in and it will let you know if its OK for your car. Frickin amazing.

I suspected my battery was done. I went to Autozone. I try to get names of the people who help me but I was not feeling well and didnt pay attention. The woman who helped me tested my starter and battery. Starter good; battery shot. She had the old one out and the new one in so quickly!! Thank you, thank you. I was on my way in less than 20 minutes!!

I went to have the engine light check out, I dont remember the guys name. I ask to get my light check, so he ask me do I know where it is? I said kinda he told me and gave the tool to have it checked out. I was thinking isnt it your job to do this. 🤔🤔🤔 So I did it any way. I should get a discount if I get the part there 😂😂😂

This place sometimes doesnt get the credit it deserves. I only sporadically have to go for this and thats. We had to go twice within the past couple of days, and received prompt and professional service.

I had to stop because my car was overheating and I had no clue what to do. Brady was super nice and helped me so much and I was super appreciative.

Had to buy refrigerant for a/c. I called ahead to ask if I could get assistance with that, since I am not a car guy. After I purchased the product, I was advised they could not help. I attempted to do it myself, following instructions on the can, but ended up getting none in the actual cat, Al went on the car

The manager Lee Dillard helped my wife change her tire next to the store. Even though that is not his job. At this time my son started to choke on some candy he found in the car and Lee proceeds to do CPR on him and helped save his life. My wife was so shocked and amazed on everything that happened. After all of this he asked if he can do anything else and when my wife said no and thanked him for everything he went off and started to change another customer battery like nothing happened! This store will be the only auto store I go to because of Lee.

Chris N. helped me today and he was nothing short of magnificent! In todays market, it is very rare to experience decent customer service let alone the type of customer service that Chris gave me to day. He went above and beyond the call of duty by putting in the low beam replacement bulbs on my car. He was attentive, patient and all around amazing. I will definitely return to this location, looking for specifically for Chris, for all of my automotive needs.

Just have to give a huge shout out to Auto Zone in Calhoun Ga.My wife was traveling to visit her mother, after stopping to get a bite to eat, she came out to find that her vehicle would not start.She called me upset and not knowing what to do.From all descriptions of what was happening I felt sure it was a battery, so I called Your local store to see if they had a battery in stock.The person I spoke to was nothing short of professional.I asked his name, He said “Lon” not sure if I spelt it correctly lol.He told me she was very close to his location.He called a friend to jump her off to where he was waiting on her arrival.Within minutes Lon installed the battery and had my wife back on the road.Thanks for taking great care of my wife.

We live in Cleveland and our car broke down about 5 miles off the interstate, we called this AutoZone and spoke with Johnathan about getting our car there. They were so helpful multiple times on the phone and so patient with us. We ended up bringing our battery in to get checked because we were sure if it wasnt the battery it was thr alternator. We ended up needing a battery and still wasnt so sure if the alternater was draining it so he told us to bring it by after we get the new battery in and they would check the alternater for us. We did and it was the alternater as well. So we changed it right there in the parking lot without any problems. He came out multiple times checking on us even offering us water. They let us borrow some tools we didnt have either. We also dealt with a girl named Courtney and she was awesome helping us with getting the alternater off after it was giving us a few problems. She ended up helping my nephew change it out for us and bringing out the right pieces we needed extra and tools to borrow. We were there a couple hours easy. I saw her helping out several people as well while we were there and Johnathan was so friendly and considerate. This is by far the best AutoZone I have been in just because the people there were all so friendly and so helpful even another guy that I didnt get his name but he was just as friendly and helpful so clearly there is just great management at this location. I will definitely be back here and hell might even drive the hour even though there are 2 near me within 10 minutes but still drive just because how very helpful and friendly everyone was at this location.

Online prices are way off from in store prices the people working there dont know much about cars but they ask you all the details about your vehicle even the ones that dont make a difference when finding the part you need Walmarts prices on oil is way lower than what they can offer. However they will price match any other walk in competitors price if you can show what the price is they sell the same name product how ever they have their own name brand items that are usually the cheapest and since nobody else sales that name brand they wont match their price on their cheap name brand parts if you need a part quick and dont mind paying a little more this place will do but if you are tight on money look around you most likely can find a better price somewhere else and def can online if you have time to wait.

Always love coming here. I guess its a guy thing. Either way I had a good conversation with the assistant manager I believe is what he was. Very nice guy. And I bought a few things for the car and one of the items was wrong and they refunded it no questions asked. I appreciate that kind of service.

Lon beavers was a big help. He was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, what I needed to fix it, and how to fix it. Autozone should have more managers like him.

I had to stop in to get windshield wipers. Jonathan Hargraves was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional! He actually came out in the cold rain and took the time to replace my windshield wipers as well as my low beam headlight! He was so willing and nice! The manager was really nice and helpful, especially since they were having a system failure and still allowed me inside. The punks (employees) blocking the door with their truck had an attitude about me pulling in the parking lot even though I had permission from the manager.

I just went to Auto Zone the store association Jennifer was not only helpful find what I need but she taught me me how it works and if that didnt fix it that there was a second step I could take for fix it.

I love the people that work there! Always greet you with a smile, always willing to help you and if you ask them a question and they dont know the answer theyll ask their co-worker, make a call, or look up a book of reference. The first time I went here— I had no clue on what I was doing. I was looking for an item and I wasn’t getting any closer until Isaac came along!!! He asked if I needed any help on anything and I being completely lost I said yes. He then proceeded to guide me towards the front and found my car’s owners manual 😁 He ordered and I was to come back the other day to pick it up, which went quickly. So not only is Autozone fast and reliable, Isaac went above and beyond in his service!!! Thanks to him and the Autozone’s service, I will be coming back here more often! 🙂

This was the first time I had every been to the AutoZone location in Calhoun, Georgia and I was very satisfied.After me trying to explain to Jess my issue she came out to my car to see about the rear signal light not working she took a look and said she would ask her boss about it.Aaron came out to look, went and got a tool and took the light cover out and replaced the bulb.I have to say Aaron was very courteous and did the work with a great attitude. He honestly didnt seem to mind helping me at all and that is something I appreciate.I will be using this location again Im sure.

Good store and great service from staff. Process can be high on some items but if you are in a pinch and cant get them anywhere else they will have it for you. Many items that are not in stock they can have it in store pretty quick. Same or next day in many cases.

For a chain parts store I will give them 5 stars. They have always been friendly and helpful. They are much more consistent with customer service than Advance Auto next door, Advance Autos customer service is either great or awful.

Went in to purchase retainer clips for a fender flare. Price was 2 for $3.49 + tax. Retainer clips are small piecesof plastic, made in China. Went on-line, found same parts for the price of 2 for $0.92. Giggled when I left, empty handed. Heard clerk remark, people are such a__hole_.

Nice guys came right out to the car to assist me with my locking gas cap and when one was a poor fit they helped me get one that dud work right and made sure it fit and I was able to work it myself before I left, if your a woman and have the mechanical aptitude of a flea ...lol, this place is super helpful
