Very happy with my Audi dealership in Calabasas. I recently had to go in for a notice I received about a recall. They got me a Lyft home and back again when the car was ready. The checked for the recall and thankfully I didnt need anything, however they also performed a software update which I didnt even know about. Great follow-up and I am now looking forward to my next 10k check up.

Having had terrible experiences leasing my car from Audi Beverly Hills, when it came to buying my car I was looking for someone to explain the process and help me. I got excellent service from Audi Calabasas. Brought my car in because of an impossible-to-find interior rattle. I was sure that I would get the vehicle back with a report that the rattle wasnt found. I was delighted to find that the cause of the rattle HAD been found (a rear seatback latch) and a part had been ordered. The part was replaced and the problem solved!

Same old dealer tricks and lack of follow-up. Bought a 2019 A4 about 2 months ago. After a test drive I accepted the full price. During review of purchase agreement I noticed extra charges for Clear Shield and Perma Plate were added. When asked why these items were on the invoice the answer was we always add these items on. After negotiating, the extra charge was lowered to $799. When I arrived home I noticed that the Clear Shield was not new. Review of my documentation showed that the Clear Shield had been installed when the car was new and originally put in service as a lease vehicle two years ago. So I had been charged for something already on the car for two years! Further review of my purchase documentation I saw that the Perma Plate warranty was not included. What good is the Perma Plate if you do not have and understand the warranty ($599)?In a phone call with the sales person a refund for the Clear Shield ($199) and Perma Plate warranty documentation were requested. Sales person agreed. After 2 months and 13 emails including escalation to upper management nothing! This information was communicated to Audi America about a month ago and they have not responded.To make matters worse, yesterday I received an email informing me that my registration could not be completed because a smog check had not been completed. Could I have the vehicle smog checked (I do not live close to the dealership) and the dealership would reimburse me.Not what I expect from an Audi dealership and Audi corporate. Time to file a complain with the BBB and look for other recourse.

I had a wonderful experience which started the moment I made my appointment. Everyone was professional, polite and prompt. I was in and out in an hour. No one was in the waiting area with me...there were plenty of spaces safely distanced despite renovations taking place on the property. They even sent me videos of the technicians working on my car/ giving me updates. A very transparent experience.

So let me begin by saying it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Larry there. I just bought an Audi Q7 and let me tell I could not have asked for better salesperson. He went above and beyond my expectations. I was very skeptical to buy it from there since I was out of state and wasn’t able to check out the car myself. He actually did FaceTime with me and gave me the whole tour of the car while explaining each and everything about the car. So do yourself a favour and ask for Larry if you are planning on getting an Audi from there.

This story is a more detailed review that Cheyenne posted .So my story I had a car accident at the end of May they saw my struggle as opportunity to make money. When I first went to this dealership, they told me that I was quote a first-time buyer because I did not finance a vehicle before I bought this one. Because of this, they try to give me an outrageous interest rate of 5.5 with an unneeded gap insurance that raised it from 4.5 to 5.5. I did not trust them so I left right away. Because I really wanted the car that they had, I came back with a quote from a credit union that was 3.4 interest rate. I was really happy with the financer that got me a better deal of 2.6 interested, so I bought the car without question. Drove the car off the lot, drove it home, but to my surprise, right when I restarted it back up in my driveway no less than an hour after buying the vehicle, the check engine light came on. I was very rightfully so upset with my purchase after I made it. The next day, I took it to their sister company a Subaru dealer in Thousand Oaks where they told me when they sold this dealership the car, they recommended that they change the oil before they sell it. The Audi dealer did not listen to the recommendation and because of this, I have a car that was very well damaged and I have not had this vehicle for over 3 weeks because theyre waiting for parts to come in for something that could have been easily avoided by this dealership. When I confronted them with this issue, they downplayed it and told me that ALL THEIR vehicles were already broken in and I do not need to worry about problems with it in the future Which I know is a bunch of bull. By the way I test drove this car on the 11th of June with 400 miles and and on the 22nd it had over 900 miles on it and they had no explanation on the extra milage. This dealership is untrustworthy and incompetent and has no regard for the people that are buying their products. As a used car buyer, I do not recommend them. I bought this vehicle on June 22 as of July 11th I still am in a courtesy vehicle and because of my inconvenience they told me that they would pay for my first months car note but I have still have not received a call from them for my compensation,that shows me that they were just trying to prevent me from returning the car to them which I really should have done because I do not trust them whatsoever. If you choose to buy any vehicle from Calabasas Audi, please do your own research on the people that are selling it to you and make sure the car that you buy from them is well maintained. PS.. I feel so used and betrayed from these people that I do not trust ANY dealer after this hopefully you have a better experience then I did good bye and good luck from a buyer that has been used and abused hopefully your experience is better.then mine. Sincerely from an unhappy customer that wants better for future buyers.

The sales department is absolutely full of $hit. I leased a new 2019 Q5 in October 2019. I was sold on all of the features of the car I test drove- sensors, navigation, etc. however, the color I wanted it in was not available. I then decided to get a different color, but instead of looking for the color I wanted with the package I was sold on, the sales girl gave me completely different vehicle with none of the features I was paying for. I have called multiple times about the lack of features of the vehicle over the past year. I’ve constantly asked why this or that is not working or available only to be told that it doesn’t come with my car. I finally got fed up and spoke with a manager. He apologized about the previous misunderstanding and promised to fix the situation by getting me what I want around the same price I’m already paying. After wasting my time and me pushing back my other appointments to sit with him, he comes back with a whole bunch of BS and a price tag that is hundred of dollars more than what I’m currently paying. He was never trying to right a wrong. He was trying to make a sale. I already negotiated my price for the car I wanted, but was given a different vehicle and now they want me to spend even more money to fix their mistake. HORRIBLE!!! BUYER BEWARE!! I will NEVER buy another Audi again.

I bought a used A3 last week, they gave me one dead key fob and the driver side visor was broken, these are small issues that are easily fixed, so that really isnt my problem. The big problem is that 5 days and less than 75 miles of use later I noticed a bubble protruding from my sidewall tire. When I called the service manager, they blamed me and told me that I probably hit a curb or something. After a painstaking process they finally offered to replace my tire, but would not pay for a tow to the dealership and told me to drive 30 miles on side streets going 30-40mph to be safe even though everyone that I talk to says that any sized protrusion is basically a ticking time bomb and should not be driven even a mile, basically putting me in danger and forcing me to drive the car to the dealership and refusing to accept any accountability. Their inspections are a joke, as this is obviously something that would have been seen. Their message says that they create life long relationships but I will never be returning. My significant other is looking to purchase a Q7 in the near future and you can be sure that we will not be returning to Audi Calabasas. I would rather just purchase the tire myself then ever have to deal with these people again, they lost a current and future customer for life.

Last summer (July 2019) I was in the market for a preowned Subaru CrossTrek. I had looked at some already in the Central Valley (Fresno), but living in SLO I also started browsing Ventura County. I found a listing at Audi Calabasas and ended up making contact with Bob Hess. We did some back and forth emailing, haggled a little on the price and came to an agreement. I drove down with my 16yo son to take a look the next weekend. Well I decided to buy the car once I had seen and driven it. The dealership put new tires on it and also did a complete brake job. I very am happy with the car and cant wait to take it up in the hills to go hiking or mountain biking soon. They did a pretty good job with detailing it and it looked practically new when I drove off with it. So far Ive had no trouble with it the past 3 months. It was a 1 owner vehicle and Subaru serviced.I had a great experience working with Bob on the purchase. But let me give you a tip though, be very careful to listen to what the finance department tells you and be sure to READ all the details of the paperwork before you sign. Im pretty detail oriented and managed to miss them slipping in a $1000 GAP insurance policy on a $16k car. I had turned down other warranty add-ons already. I thought my loan balance seemed abnormally high, but didnt double check. WOW!!! I caught it about a week later and wrote Bob an email immediately. Fortunately there was a 30 day window to cancel from Audi. However it took nearly 2 months to get the refund processed and credited back to my bank.

Absolutely the worst dealership experience happened on 4/09/2021. I submit a request for a used vehicle on cargurus.com, I am contacted by Shane. I told him Im interested in two cars, a white one and a lotus grey A3 TDI. The white one is sold, and the grey one is available. Mind you, I am located in San Diego, CA which is roughly a 3 hour drive with LA traffic. Shane tells me the vehicle is available, and I mention to him that for the past 3 vehicles I went to see that they were sold upon arrival. I ask him about a few features on the car, and he sends me the exact window sticker of the Grey A3 TDI via email. I arrive and he seems surprised that I made it, and says he has the car ready. I am excited to see the car, turns out it is a totally different car that we discussed. It is a black A3 TDI with less features, and turns out the grey one is just sold minutes prior to my arrival. You can imagine my frustration at this point. I will NEVER give this dealership my business. He also mentioned that he would have held the keys to that vehicle if he knew it was the right one... What a complete idiot. This trailer park of a dealership needs to train their employees on customer service, and not hire complete idiots. I would NEVER recommend buying a car from this dealership...

I purchased a 2019 Corvette from Audi Calabasas on June 26, 2020. I had no problems with the purchase of the car. I bought the car that I wanted at the price that I wanted to pay. This is my 5th Corvette and I did notice a problem (a grinding noise) with the car when I bought the car. This car was sold to me as is but I knew that the manufacturer’s warranty was still in effect so there would be no issue in getting the car repaired. On Monday June 29th, the car went to Keyes Chevrolet for the necessary repairs and on July 2nd, the repair work was completed and the car was picked up. (FYI..The torque tube needed to be replaced and Chevrolet budgets 24 hours to complete this repair. It is a big deal). Here is my concern with Audi Calabasas, since the day I purchased this car, I have had no communication with my salesperson or anyone connected with the dealership. I can not remember EVER not getting any follow-up phone call or email after purchasing or leasing a vehicle from any dealership that I dealt with. In my opinion, this follow-up communication is essential in maintaining a customer relationship for subsequent referrals and or future sales. Many of the comments about Audi Calabasas remark about “poor” customer service and/ or lack of customer service…AND I FULLY AGREE WITH ALL OF THOSE COMMENTS. In reading those comments, I decided not to contact the dealer with my concerns but I decided to contact the DCH Auto Group Corporate Office with respect to the lack of customer service demonstrated at Audi Calabasas. As of the writing of this review, I have not heard back from the corporate office and at this point I doubt that I will. Based on my experience, not only will I not be a repeat customer at Audi Calabasas, I will not be a customer at any dealership that is a part of the DCH Auto Group.

Long story, not so short: this dealership is unfortunately very much like (if not worse than) your stereotypical dealership -- i.e. theyll say whatever it takes to make a sale, including lie about the model of a pre-owned vehicle, even if you have a screengrab of said pre-owned vehicle clearly showing the car they advertised is different from the one theyre selling you (Altitude Vs Latitude.) I dont want to go into the 4 hour long ordeal, but after all was said and done, they took $200 off of the price of a car that cost $15K (before taxes & fees) and supposedly sold us the warranty at cost. And when it came time to leave, we learn that the car only has one key fob. This was one of the things we inquired about before making the 1hr+ trek to the dealership, during the long process of buying the car, signing the paperwork, etc, etc, and each time it was yes, you have two keys till it was time to go, and est viola, sorry just one key. Then I found a key fob online for a little under $100. They agreed to reimburse me for that, but NOT the $260 it cost to prorgram the key fob and cut the key, and guess what? The check they said was in the mail two months ago? Never arrived. Oh, and for the life of me (as in they had my drivers license, and all they had to do the four or five times that I corrected them was copy from it!) I couldnt get them to spell my name right. I got my bank papers and my names still spelled wrong. According to the sales agent, I have a really long name... I guess that means I deserve for my name to be misspelled. How hard is it to copy letter for letter from a drivers license? Im afraid to even call to ask why I have not recieved my plates yet.Update: Its 5/13/2020 and my temp plates expire in 4 days. Guess what? According to a letter they sent me, two weeks ago, they sold me a car that they didnt do a smog test on, which they were supposed to have done and they didnt verify the VIN either, so they cant register my car, transfer the title, etc, etc, which means the DMV cant issue me plates. I call, complain, and the smog test and VIN verification gets taken care of. Supposedly. Now, I find out that they still didnt verify the VIN, so no plates! Jeez! Why? Just, why? You supposedly go to a name dealer so you dont have to worry...right? Well, apparently not.Update: its 6/21/2020 annnnd, still havent received my plates. I have been back and forth with these guys, with one excuse after the other and their nonchalance is simply mind blowing! Im driving around with EXPIRED TEMP REGISTRATION!! And they could care less.

Let this review be a warning. I first want to say this is a great dealership in Calabasas. Very courteous, do think they are there for you. I brought my 2015 A3 in because my coolant was leaking. It turned out my thermostat was cracked. Calabasas Audi wanted $1600 to fix it. Dodge Brothers in Granada Hills did the job for $400. Audi will tell you they did not use OEM parts. As a consumer one would never know as long as the car is not leaking.When you sell the car, nobody will ask are there any after market parts in the car. This is Audis defense to justify stealing your money. Bring your car to dodge Brothers and use the money you did not give Audi to have a nice weekend out of town.Stephen Braverman

Great cars - Awful service.We went shopping for a new car, wandered in their showroom for about 20 minutes and not a single rep came to see if we needed assistance. It went to the point that we had to ask someone if anyone in this place can help us with pricing, but nope... They were just to busy doing nothing.Btw, we were the only customers in the showroom at that moment. Bought a 2020 demo from them (used). Really poor service. No social distancing, no one disinfecting showroom or cars, most sales.people not wearing masks. Upon delivery, no explanation of car functions, no floor mats, extra key or manual (until I asked), and quoted higher financing rates until I decided to pay cash and then they dropped the offered rate by 1%. Car was not detailed or sanitized, even hair and a moth in the car when I took delivery. I have bought many high end luxury vehicles (Porsche, Range Rover, BMW) and have never had such a poor experience as with Audi Calabasas. I suggest you go to Rusnak instead.

This dealership is the absolute worst. My husband and I, bought cars two different times and over paid both times. The first time we bought a 2012 A6, and the second time a 2017 A6. The reason we later found out that we over paid is when we compared it to other dealerships. We are done with this dealership. And the service department is just as bad. They rarely return your phone calls and one time after we got our car back from being serviced it had a bad smell in it.

I drove over an hour to get to this dealership ready to buy a car just to get terrible customer service. I set an appointment with Vonn Wilson, and he had the car ready for me and we test drove it. Everything was good up until he told me car prices are as is and there is no negotiating. I decided to still run credit because I really wanted the car, however things just took a turn. When I got approved he gave me my options and added extra fees that apparently are “mandatory.” A paint protection is not mandatory whatsoever. Wouldn’t provide something more itemized.I asked that as a serious buyer is there any way to speak to a manager in regards to getting a discount. He said no, and I looked confused because as a sales manager myself why wouldn’t you want to get a manager involved to help you close the sale? He then rudely said let me do it in front of you. I said no it’s fine, there’s no reason to be that rude. He then said that maybe the car that I was looking at was not for me since I was asking for a discount? I’m sorry I just wanted a piece of mind before I go through with an offer to ensure that I’m getting the best deal. I like to do my research so I knew what things to question and what is necessary. I just didn’t appreciate his attitude.I got the vibes that he was profiling me. It just felt uncomfortable, and told him I would take my business elsewhere, as I even stated that I wanted to either pay the car all cash, or finance it and pay it off in 3-6 months, so my concern was the total price of the car, not the payments. As I was walking out he did lower the price that he was insisting was “as is.” I still didn’t take it because I believe that there’s a way to sell and condescending someone and disrespecting them is not the way to go.

Love the service. I bought my Audi from a private dealer. Took my car here instead and they honored the warranty on the vehicle. Didnt try to make me pay for things I didnt need. I will definitely come back for my services in the future and to purchase my next A in the future. Rafael was great!

I dont normally write reviews but felt compelled to after my experience at Calabasas Audi. Samuel and Shawn... I cant thank you enough! What is typically a painful and unpleasant experience turned out to be fun and full of laughs. Samuels customer service is excellent. He listened to me and understood what I wanted while never making me feel rushed or pressured. We joked, laughed, and he is just an all around great guy. His friendliness and knowledge of the Audi product put me at ease during the whole process. Shawn, the sales manager, was very attentive, offered me an extended test drive, and got me the monthly payment I wanted without the hours of negotiation that typically occur at a dealership. The helpfulness and transparency at Calabasas Audi is what puts them above the rest. They were extremely accommodating and provided me everything I needed to be comfortable with the deal. I love my new A4! If youre looking for an Audi, this is the dealership you should be going to.

Send me the second set of keys to the car I bought.If they dont care about their word and following up on commitments for the small things. What will they do when something bigger happens. Where do I start?! First of all who is overseeing these people?! The dealership needs a complete Customer Service overhaul!!I’ll try and make this brief...I, regretfully, bought a used 2017 Q3. Vonn Wilson was my sales rep and seemed like he had somewhere better to be the entire time, plus he didn’t have the car ready to test drive upon arriving for my confirmed appointment time. I waited about 30 min for Vonn to get the car ready even though he had promised it would be. I should have left then...After making a deal, Vonn mentioned that they needed to keep it for a few days to “fix” things. I was told there would be a loaner out front after financing and he left for the day. I walked out to the loaner and it was an old, 2015 A3. It looked like it hadn’t been washed in a month, covered in dust and there was less than a 1/4 tank of gas! Fast forward to the next day, I had to stop, get gas and the car BREAKS DOWN on the 101 freeway with my 4year son in the back!!!My son was crying and scared and I was 2 hours late for work! When I went to the dealership to tell them what happened Vonn gave me a keychain as an apology. Gee, thanks.Razi, the Finance Manager, sold me on the platinum warranty and after paying for it, she selected the powertrain warranty instead. I called her when I realized the paperwork was wrong. It wasn’t until I went off on her that she changed it and emailed me a new copy. We all know you get commission Razi and that was BS!When my car was “ready” to be picked up I went down to the dealership. There was a gash is the front tire sidewall, I was told it was cosmetic...yeah ok. The wheels were scratched, windshield crack, rear fog light cracked and chipped paint. What did you all fix exactly???I took the car and was told things would be fixed. It wasn’t until I got ahold of the GM, Pano that my car was picked up and fixed appropriately. Although, for some reason the took of my brand new license plate frames and put back on Audi DCH and “lost” my new frames. Still waiting for that reimbursement...Lastly and most importantly, part of my deal was Audi buying me out of my Toyota Highlander lease. I bought the car 45 days ago and as of yesterday my lease payment was 30 days late because Audi has not sent them the closing documents they requested. The sale did not go through and Toyota told me I am still responsible and will be dinged a 30 day late on my credit report. SERIOUSLY Audi?!?!!?!!! What are you doing over there?! Get it together!! I’ve been trying to get answers out of the GM with no response so today I emailed Steve Handler who apparently oversees multiple DCH dealerships. We’ll see what happens.

This dealership needs major improvements on overall customer service. Was talking to a salesperson J C, about leasing a new vehicle as my lease is ending soon. Was nice at first until I didnt buy the car as the month came to an end. Called him back to go over the numbers again as I made another payment on my current lease and perhaps putting more downpayment to the vehicle and he didnt want to waste his time anymore. So freaking lazy this guy is. If I told his general manager about this Im sure he wouldnt like it one bit. They have lost my business all together. And the service department sucks too.

Leased an Audi ETron on January 3rd 2020 got the best deal great staff but on my way home the car completely stopped and broke down on the freewayAudi was very slow to assist to the point that several weeks in the deal they still did not know what went wrongIt is finally February 26 and I was able to get released and my money backNow I have to find a car since they sold my trade inA lot of this was just bad luck but it could have taken less than 2 months

Our sales person was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and attentive.Their finance department on the other hand, was a complete nightmare. We agreed to purchase the car after our test drive and asked them how long of a wait we would incur, knowing that we’re on limited time....We have purchased many cars (approx. every two years). So we understand how long it takes to buy a car.Unfortunately, Audi of Calabasas and their finance department made us wait over an hour and a half before they even saw us, and they were not busy. Then, they proceeded to tell us that they would only allow us to use our debit card for a quarter of the down payment and that we would have to use a personal check or go to the bank and get a cashiers check for the remainder. Again, we have purchased many cars and have never experienced this.If it weren’t for our wonderful salesman Vonn, working his hardest, we would have walked.Maybe they need to work on their “other” staff before I would recommend buying a car here.

Recently got a letter from Audi Calabasas asking whether we would be interested in returning our leased car early to get a new one, at the same monthly lease price and no money down. First, I called the sales department and left a message as none picked up. Since I did not get a call back until late afternoon, I decided to call again. Several call attempts later, with no answer, I spoke to someone who claimed to be the head of the department.The attitude of that person on the phone was very unprofessional and I felt as if he was not interested in a new customer (We lease our cars from Audi Santa Monica). He also seemed to not know about the promotion his company was running (early lease return, as they needed that particular model for used car sales). After sending the VIN number, he said he would get back to us on whether or not they could do the deal.After not hearing back from him until midday the next day, I called the sales person again. Once he answered the phone, he again presented himself as the unprofessional, low energy, not interested in new business sales person. After briefly explaining that we had talked yesterday, he started asking for the same information I had already provided him yesterday.While they could not do the deal which is fine, the reasoning for it was that we were too early in our lease. This answer was strange, as Audi Calabasas reached out to use and asked if we would be interested in returning our car early. In addition, upon asking why he had not gotten back to us, he responded, .... because I could not make the deal. That is a great answer to a potential customer, especially when you communicated you would give a callback.
