Two employees at the deli were having an argument (including profanity) and ignoring myself and another customer at about 12:45 pm! We were both wanting chicken. I spoke to the two guys and they looked at me, turned their backs and continued to argue! We left the deli. When I was leaving I told another employee that I wanted to buy some food and what happened at the deli. She apologized and said I should try the new Popeyes ! When i asked about a manager, she said There is no manager today!. We do not have one most days. I asked for the managers name. She said Tom, I think!. She claimed not to know his last name! I called 9 times in the next hour to speak to someone else! I was hung up on twice while on hold. The rest of my calls went unanswered. I called the pharmacy and the associate there could not name anyone in charge that I could talk to either! I tried the electronics as well! No answer!! I guess if you do not talk to anyone then you cannot complain ! I simply wanted a few rotisserie chickens! I got a bunch of attitude and indifference! I guess Walmart doesnt want to sell chicken at lunchtime! LOL

It seems as though every Walmart hires just anyone to work. Particularly this one. If you apply for a certain position at least have experience or some type of training in that field. Call for a simple question in regards to the electronics department and just because they didnt know the question they hung up. Wich brings me to the fact Cairo has always had the most AWFUL customer service..

Theres a guy there named Johnny who will bend over backwards to make sure your tires are serviced professionally and quick ask for him and give him a tip cuz this guy is crazy amazing!

I do the Walmart pick up frequently. I have never had a problem that they did not fix by the end of the day. Love pick up!

I was disappointed with the stock on the juice aisle. My second, maybe third time in the Cairo GA store shopping for V8 juice, V-fusion, strawberry banana flavor. Any other flavor would have been okay as long as it was 100% juice. All that was available was one of the hydrate flavors and regular V8 vegetable juice. The same goes for cranberry juice, very little 100% juice flavors available.

Well, store looked organized. Went for one thing on a locked shelf.. tried finding and paging someone for over 30 minutes, never got any help so left

I was pleasantly surprised of how fast they came to curbside delivery do early in the am. They have always been friendly when you go in but go above and beyond for curbside delivery. I had two folks come out to see if I had my delivery and check on who I was. It was awesome to have such professionalism.

The covid has the place like a ghost town but Ive seen a lot of people doing the call in ordering and I mean alot !! So big selling is still good.

It was ok, not much stuff on shelves, messy.

Always stop here on the way to my camp. Always have what I need.

If could give it a.negative star i would. My 1st and last time using the pick up method.Come to find out they canceled my item and didnt bother to notify me. I guess one of their Kin folk wanted that ac unit.

Asked 2 different associate for help to have some keys made. No one ever came to help. No one was ever called to come make the keys.

Shelves are always half full. Workers might as well not wear a mask because none wear it properly. Limited selections.

A very small walmart supercenter, great for quick trips into town. Staff attitude is so-so, theyre either really helpful or very snotty. Only thing that really sucks here is checking out. Its small and in a terrible place next to the carts and there isnt an adequate amount of space for the line.

I bought two japanese red maple trees from their garden center for 40 bucks a piece, and they are doing great. A tree like that would costs over 100 dollars at a nursery or online. Other than that, its a great Wal-Mart, like all of the others.

As always Walmart has mostly what a human could need so far as the basics and the HUMAN aspect of the business influenced the 3 star rating the most due to Walmart relying on A.I. technology to replace the human at the check out. This checkout method having no HUMAN in the equation will eventually cost the company more in the long run in my observation as it is after all HUMANS which patronize Walmart and not the A.I. checkout.

Its a Walmart.We stopped there on our way driving through town. So we can say with confidence that the bathrooms are clean. But everything else was on par with most Walmarts

The store was very easy to navigate and there were no obstacles in the way of you being able to shop comfortably. It was an in and out process.

They didnt have the bicycle that I was looking for! But the employees was polite and helpful!

Grocery shopping at Walmart, almost like hunting well hidden Easter eggs. Whats the deal with rearranging the store every few months. Its not so bad when merchandise is moved from one end to the other on the shelf but why move frozen food to another aisle? And why can I only find milk in pint containers near the weekend? We dont use that much milk, just one bowl of cereal four or five days a week. No pints, no quarts, brought home a half gallon.

I shop this store weekly, but I spend more time standing in the check out line than I do shopping. No other Walmart is like this one!!!

The store seems to stay pretty clean, and Social Distancing does not seem to be bothering anyone. There are arrows on aisle floors to show in and out direction.,but customers not following. There were several times Ive went back for the same item and they were still out and it had been weeks.

THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!! They never answer the phone even when you call just to see what time something opens. I have never gotten good customer service from this store and I’m ready for someone to do something about it. No one really speaks to you when you walk in and half of them act as though they don’t wanna be there. It’s not my fault that you’re having a bad day hell we all have to pay bills ! I’m so ready for them to get better people to work at this store and actually give customer service classes !!!

So they had me wait in line and then when it was my turn they told me they were closed, i said but you just took all of them, they said yea, but the ones in front of you were the last ones, and then they just walked away

This Wakmart is way better than the one in Albany! The clothes selection was wonderful! The staff is very friendly and it is so clean!!! I love it!!!!

Its legit 10:30 and Wal-Mart closes at 11 and after getting out of work early Im greeted by a lady saying its close, come on now some people have groceries to buy
