I showed up Sunday (7/11/2021) 5 minutes before store closes. The person inside said they are closed. I had 5 minutes!All I needed was a pair of shoes for my son for camp.This is why stores like this will close down. No customer care anymore. People running place dont care.Its their loss not the customers. I definitely wont shop at this location.

Yes, I parked close to Hibbett Sports but did not go in, I was shopping at Walmart. I have shopped at Hibbett before and was satisfied with the selection of merchandise.

They have on a good sell but they didnt have the size I was looking for in some shoes that I like.

Very helpful but didnt have big and tall mens sizes.

I had bought some shoes online and went in to the cairo ga store to return them because the didnt fit comfortable. When I went inside to return them the manager name Tina was like I couldnt return them in store that I had to send them back to online. So I ask her about buying some more shoes she told me that I could go online and order them she was very rude and refuse to go online and look and see if there was a certain shoe that I wanted she just said go online and its the same. I told her that I was going to call customer service and ask why do I have to send them back through ups when I was in the store. So after being on hold waiting for customer service to pick up I called to another hi hibbett sports store to see if I could return them there and they said yes but by the time I got there tina had already called to that store to tell them to refuse my return. The manager at that store said that I couldnt return them after she had just said i could. I will never buy anything else from hibbett sports again thanks to poor customer service especially from a member of management.

This place has alot of nice shoes to choose from. Just need better employees these 3 today looked lost in space and the lady almost jipped me.

Service was friendly, but I felt that the music was very inappropriate. I would have been embarrassed had an elder been in the store.

Good on shoes and shirts just needs more women size cleats instead of just child sizes but overall its pretty good
