I will never recommend anyone to work with Puerto Rico garage doors or their owner JF Nunez in my life. I hired them to install an SL1000 gate more than 40 days ago and they still havent been able to complete the installation. The gate does not close properly, it does not work when it rains and it even falls off the rails daily. The worst thing is that I do not know if the bad service is due to evil or that the company administration is so disorganized that they cannot handle their technicians. It is impossible to contact the company when you have a problem. Typically I have had to call and text two or three days for an answer. The only one who seems to care is Ciril the secretary, but she doesnt have much power to solve problems. Sadly this company is a scam and they dont provide quality service.

Terrible service and they are spoiled, especially their manager. I assembled my garage door with them, it takes long months to build it, when you call it is impossible to communicate with them. When you make contact they dont know the status of the order. When the order arrives it is poorly built. I do not recommend them.
