How is it possible one can purchase $3,000 worth of windows n have them delivered, then when your ready to install you cannot find the screws, they did not send, why? now after several calls n waiting for them to ship them, only to find out that they give you the screws IF THEY INSTALL windows. Was not advised of this when I made purchase. very disappointed, and aggravated, note to self Never buy or recommend these people.

Ive been waiting for a door for 5 months. The quality of service has come down to be the worst to buy doors and windows.

After you pay, you become a slave since you have to be calling them for everything, they coordinate the installation and leave me waiting, they do not comply with the stipulated time - they told me that they installed in August or early September and the installation was done in November, and the customer service is the worst, they are not friendly, they do not give the correct information.Today is 03/12/2019, I have been waiting for the apology call for 3 weeks since they installed the window of a reverse door and for them to tell me when they are going to fix the door and deliver the screens and nothing to see.The installer -Jorge, excellent treatment, but the rest of the staff, especially Rafael, the salesman, to whom I write and he does not answer one of my messages, unfortunately extremely irresponsible.

Agree with many of the reviews. They are irresponsible and do not comply. At the time of sale they promise you an installation in 4 to 8 weeks and it has been more than nine months that they have not finished making the delivery and they do not even give the installation date. The seller answers when he wants but at the time of selling they called you daily. Not worth it. Terrible service.

The product once installed is super disappointing. Window operators break just by looking at them, its a brittle lined iron-style material. Sliding doors do not close. Tell me, why do I want doors that dont close? For that I do not spend money and I am left without doors. To make matters worse, the plastic to seal between the glass and the metal is protruding in parts, they are seen where they cut, they do not reach all the banks ... pure mediocrity and for how expensive they charge! I like to support what is in the country but I cannot support this company that charges super expensive to do a job that I do better.
