Visiting just because Im a Sprint Client and since the merging, T-MOBILE is requesting to get a new chip for our phones. The sales rep did everything in her knowledge and then some trying to get into their system to complete our needs, to no avail. Not even the manager knew what was happening with their system that didnt allow the transaction. We had to leave without the required new chips. Many years ago I was a T-Mobile client and moved to Sprint because of their poor technological performance and terrible service! What a disappointment having to endure the same, once again!!
