I contacted the seller and he informed me that the offer corresponds to a store. So I mentioned that I was interested in the offer and that I would like to talk to him on the phone to discuss that type of arrangement and clarify the fact that he wanted me to separate the phone until the next day, considering that I live quite far from the establishment. He answered all my questions later that day regarding the phone and the offer giving the impression that the offer was legitimate. After that communication the day before and the same day of the exchange (note that I called 3 to 4 times to make sure when it could happen and he mentioned that once he arrived at the store he called me). As much as I had a very important meeting later that day at 6, I had been waiting all day for him to let me know, my car is old and I took the risk of taking him to the area to at least be around when he called me. As the address was not so clear, I tried to call him to ask where the establishment was. When I called him, he informed me that he had just arrived at the store and that someone else had appeared to buy the phone I had booked and that he preferred to sell it to them than to exchange it for mine as we had discussed. It is common sense that a sale is a sale and the exchange would not have been beneficial, so it was not the part that seemed inappropriate. The problem was due to the lack of communication between the seller and the customer (myself), considering that he did not check in advance that someone else had made an offer, I made the trip to the area after the agreement and he did not provide me with any alternative to the inconveniences. The employee / manager did not handle the situation well. I will make it very clear that I was very upset when I reported it, but I kept the clarification as professional as possible and he just did not respond properly as I hooked in my face. I consider that this place lacks mediocre organization, manners, incompetence and false advertising. They left me frustrated away from my meeting. I wasted time looking for an arrangement that was quickly removed while literally calling and literally arriving to handle the traffic back in both directions equally being treated arrogantly by the staff. I do not strongly recommend this place, and I will make it very clear to anyone who is interested, this is not the place to trust.
