Took my laptop to fix a broken screen frame and right hinge frame. Had all the pieces accounted for.Paid $25 for the analysis and told them to notify me when they had the price estimate BEFORE commencing repairs.Next thing i know, I received a call to come pickup the laptop that they said they fixed, and the overall price was $40.All would have been fine... Except the frame was simply super glued together, and the interior of the frame, wires and all on the lower right corner were visible.The parts to fix it were unavailable, they told me.We only notify before hand on technical issues, they said.The hinge that holds the screen is bent and could not be fixed they said.

These crooks STOLE my cell phone battery and gave me a replacement. When I call to complain, like all mediocre service, they cant do anything.
