Customer service was fantastic! Was doing a sport show in cadillac and needed wrap to secure my product. They checked their inventory and found the roll of shrink wrap that I needed and within 30 minutes I had it back to the show and was able to have my product wrapped and secured.

Friendly helpful and experienced staff to assist you if your in need of help or you can just shop .

Usually helpful but last visit the clerk charges me for 3 and hands me the change that was $40 short. He calls for help, I say give me my money back and help others AND HE REFUSES TO GIVE ME BACK MY OWN MONEY! Then they couldnt tell me the total. Everyone in line is mad at me but they held my $100 bill hostage. Makes me wonder if Ive been overcharged before on credit and never noticed.

I will not go back, I forgot to stop while I was in town so I called to ask about a gas lawn mower. I was placed on hold while they check. and then I was placed on hold to see if she could order one. No big deal. I thanked her for her time and looking into it for me she laughed and said yeah okay and hung up. Ill just stick to Benjamin hardware where I know my business is appreciated.

This is a great hardware store but the help.leaves A LOT to be desired. Ive been in several times and there is always some nice girl in there that doesnt know a socket from a pipe wrench. This time just set me off. Its ok to not be knowledgeable, but dont insist you were right and then throw me attitude when I show you your not. This time the gal insisted the bolt was an sae bolt and it was no where close. 10.5 1.5 pitch metric. Glad I double check everything. Great selection, poor help with worse attitudes.

Nice little hardware store that provides an alternative to Home Depot. I have spent a considerable amount of time going through the electrical area. This would not be the place to go to pick up a lot of materials for a job. This would be the place to grab miscellaneous odds and ends you would need to complete a project. With that being said, the store is clean and the staff is friendly. Prices seem to be decent on every day items. They have a small gift shop type area with local themed gifts.

Awesome, I would rather give my money to a local business than a corporation like home Depot, Lowes or Menards.

Finally bought a snowblower after the storm this past weekend. Staff was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between all the different models. Once I picked a model they explained how to operate and maintain the snowblower as well as the services that their store can provide. Cant beat the service and family atmosphere!

Nice store, good selection, lacks help! I use an Ace Hardware in FL. There is always an employee at the front door ready to help you. Or at the very least an employee will approach you soon after you enter. We were in the store for about 20 mins. No employee approach us. The only employee we talked to was the cashier. We bought just less then $200.00 in items so we were shopping, not just looking. Customer service ...

Brand new!! Its nice to have a hardware in Cadillac again!! They have a lot of nice items for every need. The staff was very friendly and very attentive and helpful. Well be back to shop there. The only drawback is the rather small opening to get into the parking lot. If a car is going out and one is trying to come in you could be over the curb or too close for comfort! I would like to see the curb edge removed to avoid an accident.

Tried to do a return of an unopened grill and they store refused but lack to mention they dont do returns due to the covid 19 but arent telling consumers that before purchase now Im stuck with a grill thats to small and not what was expected but after this covod 19 is down and over with they can try and help me but that makes no sense due to the fact this wont be over ill never ship at an ace ever again or at least this location pass poor service

I would rate them zero Stars if I could but its not possible. They are terrible with customer service and profiled me and my girlfriend as soon as we walked into the store. Follow us around the store for no reason at all and talked to me and treated me as if I was stupid. They obviously have no respect for their customers and Ill never spend another dollar there or with anybody affiliated with Ace hardware.

I would like to support the store over the big box stores.. But, I will not be back until staff are wearing masks or there is a vaccine.
