Poor customer service, one employee does not return calls. When he says he will, but does not. We waited almost a week. So we bought three garage doors from someone else.

Went to the store yesterday as we had an appointment to do a whole house remodel. Not one employee had a mask on. And then the design woman wanted to sit across the desk from us with no mask. We asked her to put one on and her response was that shes not a fan of masks and acted put off that we asked her to put one on. And then she had the nerve to say we could hurry up and go through our stuff because she had to wear the mask. We told her never mind and left. She then emailed and said she was sorry but she doesnt agree with the mandate and pretty much had excuses that made the apology a joke. Not sure what gives them the right to put all their customers at risk. I guess if they want to run a business like that we will never return. They lost out on a $20,000-$30,000 order all because wearing a mask is beneath them.

We have dealt with the young lady who does flooring..above and beyond for great service. Today we checked out new front doors..has to be double, well insulated and match the garage utility door design and that one faces the street! Rick was awesome after looking thru four books..and I finally pulled up a picture on my phone he had everything put together that I wanted...VERY knowledgeable and helpful. From measurements, questions to ask on 2 x 4 or 6, year of house...door trim..I was impressed and my husband too. Highly recommend.

Just leaving there now. Was looking to buy a new kitchen but after 20 minutes of browsing nobody asked if we needed any assistance. Only 2 other customers, 1 before and 1 after we arrived. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

We rent their equipment on a weekly basis for our exterior services business. They are awesome to work with, their equipment works every time and the rental fee is fairly priced. Thanks Jackie for the amazing service!

My husband ordered some building materials but the salesman failed to tell him that he couldnt return what he didnt use because it was a special order. Salesman neglected to tell him that it was a special order at the time of the sale. When he tried to return the leftover materials, the Salesman was very rude in denying his request.
