Found a truck on Marketplace that almost looked too good to be true. Decided to drive 3.5 hours and was honestly surprised to find the truck in even better condition in person. Hard to find straight forward, transparent business like these guys nowadays. Will definitely be back in Cabot for my next vehicle

I was so excited when I went to pick up my new Kia Soul I drove it for about 3 weeks and theres a rod knocking and the motor is blown! Ive had several mechanics tell me that I did nothing wrong! Ive had this car parked because I cannot afford a new motor and the carlot employees will NOT return any of my calls! Im simply wanting to know if theres a factory warranty maybe or any information that can give me to help me out you dont pay almost six grand for a car and drive it 3 weeks! They could have at least answered my calls and said no theres nothing we can do for you but instead, they ignore my calls and inquiries. Very unprofessional! Im hiring a lawyer now to at least know my legal rights and options. Do not deal with these criminals!!!

I bought a vehicle from this place a Buick Enclave 2010 literally few hours after I got this vehicle I started messing up I called him told him there was something wrong then I took it to the Buick dealership they called me told me the time in change without $3,400 then they said when you come to pick up your vehicle I have more to tell you I just didnt want to overwhelm you over the phone now when I went I told people I need a car I told him I was disabled and I needed a pretty good car to get me back and forth to my doctors I live in Bee branch most of my doctors are in Little Rock I saved my money to buy me something now its setting under my carport cant drive it till I fix it I have no way to my doctors or nowhere else when I told the gentleman were I bought the car they told me I bought it as it is that may be true but literally hours after I bought this vehicle I got a $3,400 bill I got to come up with so I can fix this car I am 56 years old and in bad health and I did stress this to the people at the dealer at the car lot I just live on a disability check now Im stranded no way to go with a broken down car under my carport I got to drive it maybe Stix hours so Im letting the community know that is my experience with them and this just happened October 10th 20/20 have a good day think before you buy from them this is my opinion thank you God bless everyone

They sell cars that break down right after you buy them. This should be illegal! Probably is.

Got a truck from them it was raining the day I looked at it well it looked nice get it home 4hrs away where it’s not raining and look it over and notice the front driveshaft was missing and noticed the air pressure in the tires was high so any who send them a message about the driveshaft and he goes to tell me that everything has been serviced blah blah ok cool well here I’ll take it to the shop let them fix it and send y’all a receipt got a price on it and they say it’s to high which was only 300 and then last night I see both front tires have a leak in them so if you buy something from them you better look over it three times before you leave with it

We bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze from this place. I asked the sells rep if it had a clean and clear title and he said yes. Well we bought the car, paid cash and left. Got home and the owner had actually posted the car with a salvaged title on Facebook. Well my wife liked the car so we decided we would keep it. The sells rep told us he would have our title out to us the following Monday cause we bought it on a Saturday. Well here it is a month later and we are still getting the run around on the title. When I called and asked the lady told me they don’t have the title but would try and get it. She said if they didn’t have it before our paper tags ran out they would give us more paper tags. The owner did contact my wife last week asking for pictures of the car and vin# so he could file for a bonded title. Worst experience ever and wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business with them

I drove 4 hours to test drive and purchase a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado. Answered all my questions before I made the drive, no major surprises when I arrived. Very nice clean selection.. I would not hesitate to make the long drive again and purchase another vehicle in the future!

The reviews for this dealership are fake and made by people that work there or are paid reviews! Customer service is a joke and everything is high millage detailed cars bought out of Texas and they try pushing you through CAC a bank with extremely high interest and puts people in vehicles more then what they are worth! I personally won’t deal with this dealership due to the customer service and negligence from the staff. I put a previous review and they had google delete it because it was the truth and they didn’t want people to know that! If you are looking for a car keep driving by very unorganized dealership and unprofessional staff. They are so mad from my review that they blocked me from their Facebook page like I personally care lol. Everything’s all good when they think they have a sale, read over your entire contract and see what your vehicle is worth before purchasing because they will tank you in it and you’ll never be able to get out of it.
