I got a flat tire going over the pass and made it to Les Schwab on my donut spare about 20 minutes before they closed. They were so incredibly kind and helpful. When they realized they had no tires in my size, they managed to find a used tire so I could get back to Missoula and they did not charge me. The service was amazing.

Went here to see about getting a new tire and the lady at the front desk quoted me 350 for 2 new tires and told me I had to drive the car from my house all the way down there on a flat. I asked if I could just bring the wheel in and get a new tire and she told me no even though Ive done it before. Shes trying to upsell me s**t I dont needEDIT: I also told her that I had a couple tires that matched the rest and she still told me that I couldnt bring that in and get it put on the wheel because it might not match the tread of the other tires.

First time experience. We were moving cross-country and got a flat tire on our way to Washington. The front desk receptionist was so nice and provided excellent customer service, despite this being a first occurrence! I didnt get her name but she was so sweet and recommended breakfast at Annies Cafe (a 13min walk) from Les Schwab. THANK YOU!!!!

Our tent trailer wheel fell off, the trailer was towed here, everyone was amazing and even stayed late to help us, thats why we always use Les Schwab, they go above and beyond to help Junior was amazing as well as everyone else..

Wonderful group of people! They were having difficulty with their garage door so I just left my vehicle and it was done within a half hour anyway! I felt bad they had to work outside, but they were up to the challenge.

First time customer. Got a flat tire and have an AWD so came expecting to be raked over and having to replace all tires. They were incredibly time efficient and honest with me about having 3/4 tread left on my tires and that the flat could be easily patched. And to top it off they did it on the house.....for no reason. Incredible. And they replaced my spare under the car and the tools in the boot. Nice guys. Ill be looking for this shop next time I have tire trouble

Great place to get tires, friendly helpful staff.

Went for an oil change. They left my car on the lift for two hours before they even touched it. I also had a low tire and they said it was a faulty sensor. When I checked my tire pressure after leaving there it was at 15 psi and my tires should be at 40 psi. Faulty sensor I think not! Les Schwab in Butte has gone downhill. They lost a customer for life.

2/27/21 They broke one of my aluminum mag wheels. They refused to replace it saying the crack was already there. I took the wheel to 4 other tire shops. All agreed the crack was from a impact from a tire machine. I contacted corporate to make a claim, they denied my claim but wrote me a check refunding my money for service. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND ITS MANAGER!

Pulled in on my way through town with a tire going flat. They took me immediately without an appointment fix the tire and sent me down the road without charging me a dime. The staff bolt at the counter and doing the work were fantastic! What absolutely use these guys again!

Came in a 1:30 for a tire rotation. They said it would be done around 3pm. I am still here and its 4:30. I understand 90 minutes but over 3 hrs. Come on Les Schwab. Ive been a customer for almost 20 years. Slowest store ever. Then they are trying to charge me for balancing the tires. They are yout tires and I bought them from you.

These guys are lifesavers. My mom and I were on a road trip to Idaho when the truck in front of us kicked up a large piece of metal that struck my car on 90 right outside of town. My tire immediately went flat. These guys met us on 90, put on my spare and stayed open late on a Friday to replace the tire. They were fast, friendly and refused to take a tip for helping us out. We had a new tire and were on our way in less than an hour of it going flat. Thank you to JR, John and everyone else who helped us out. I will always buy tires from Les Schwab from here on out. Brought my car in knowing the cv axle boot was torn from a previous tire change a month prior. Told me I needed a quote even though I was already told the issue then. 5 hours go by and I’m told my rack tire rods are also worn and needed to be replaced $700 fix. Thing is I got my rack replaced just before I came in for the tire change and had an alignment, both done at two different shops who didn’t mention anything when I asked them about possible maintenance. Horrible business model lying to your customers to get money out of them, I feel bad for whoever you actually scam with this. Don’t bring your vehicle here, terrible customer service and even worse business practices.

We were passing through on a trip and we lost a wheel on our trailer. And I have got to say Randy was a rockstar so helpful had us back on the road in a 1 hr and they had a new wheel for us and in stock. I would highly recommend anyone to go there.

The following is my original post but, although it took a few weeks, they did redeem themselves with some amazing customer service to help with the issues we had.This place is a absolute joke. My wife got hit in the back tire in my Jeep and brought it here to get it realigned. The first day we were there someone looked it over and said nothing was bent or broken in the rear end and double-checked to the front and it was fine. Since then my wife has had to bring it in by herself and at one point someone had it taken apart and didnt have the part that they had ordered so she had to sit there for nothing. The next time she got there and they called basically as she arrived to say they needed to move the appointment. The next day they did the work. When I arrived home I could see nothing had been done. When she called them they apparently done work on the front end which wasnt authorized. This is likely due to dealing with at least 3 different people. Upon returning they want to charge over $200 more for something we were told was fine on our first visit. I dont know if they just dont know what they are doing or if, since I havent been there since the first trip, they are trying to take advantage of my wife who doesnt know vehicles like I do. This has been one of the worst experiences with any company I have ever had.

Drove in from Bozeman on my spare tire, they were able to get my flat fixed with no charge after Costco said the tire was not fixable! Cant wait for the bozeman location to open!!!

Tires Les Schwab sold me these tires. Two tires failed on me within 2 days and with less than 10000 miles on them. Then Les Schwab tire center refused to replace the exploding tires without me paying.

The wait time is ridiculous 😣😥

Quality service

The employees were nice but the guy took an hour to take my Jeep apart before realizing that he didnt have the right part. Now I had to make an appointment to go back next week after I already sat there for an hour today. After a few weeks of issues, they took care of us and we are now satisfied.

I went in to have my tires re-balanced and hub centric rings put on. Once I got on the interstate I could feel my car shaking so I took it back in and I told the service agent about it. He told me just bring it back in when it becomes it problem. After re-explaining the problem he agreed to attempt to re-balance my tires. My car continued to shake after this so I took it into a different Les Schwab. They couldnt believe how many weights Butte Les Schwab had stacked on my rim in attempt to balance my tires. It was a very frustrating experience and to top it off they sold me the wrong hub centric rings for my car make it shake even more.

They fixed my tire problem where Dodge dealer couldnt .But they over inflated my tires. Beware.

Had a rental car with a slow leak with a wedding to be at. They got me in and fixed the leak immediately! Free! Im a customer in Denver too.

I took a chance as a walk in customer and asked the people at les Schwab if they could help remove a screw embedded in my tire . They were so incredibly pleasant and helpful that I am now a customer for life. I cannot thank them enough and am so grateful that they Are here in butte.

Darn BEST deal in town! Employee sees us pull up on side street. He RUNS out to give info and parking (RV) and offer assistance in tire repair. That good old, What can we do to help you service!! Nice. Loved it. Drive around/turn around building access. Even semi rigs room for 1 to 2 big rigs. Our RV and tow car, no problem. Good deal.

They checked the air in my tires and told me which sensor isnt working. I just didnt have the time to wait. Will go back to get sensor changed.

Service is a bit slow, but friendly. Be sure to go online and schedule an appointment before showing up as many walk ins were turned away with over 5 hour wait times.

These guys are always super helpful and understanding. They squeezed me into their already busy schedule when winter first started so that I could make it back over the pass with last seasons winter tires. Great group of people who genuinely care and do all they can to help. Family continues to go here and I will definitely return

Was driving cross country and got a blow out on a trailer tire on the Interstate outside of Butte. Unhitched the trailer and brought the tire & spare to be replaced/patched & remounted. They were able to have everything done that day, at a reasonable price, so I could get back on the road.

Great little spot definitely better than most of the car places around Butte.

I have taken numerous trucks/trailers there to have work done. Nothing but praise. I took an old truck with 300k miles in because of a tire leak. They couldnt fix the leak, but they put an old tire on it to see if it would hold air. When I called back a few days later to pay for it, they said dont worry about it. Just last week I went in to have my tires rotated and they found a broken lug bolt. They replaced it for free, saying it was probably their fault. Most other shops would try to make money there, and I would have to jump through hoops to try and prove fault. I appreciate they hold themselves accountable without me even saying anything. The tires might not be the best deal, but they treat their customers right. After shopping around I bought my Les Schwab Backcountry tires there just because of the service I have experienced.

This store here in Butte Montana did something that shocked me in such a good way. I had to take an elderly friend to the emergency room today and, when we came out of the hospital there was a flat tire on the car. I took the tire to be repair and was so touched when, after they fixed the tire and put it back on the car, they told me there was no charge. All the said was to remember them when it comes time to buy more tires. You KNOW they will get all my tire business. What a great bunch of people there to do something so kind on a day that was so tough for me. I would recommend this store to ANYONE. Hands down to Zack and Les Schwab at Butte Montana location i own a trucking company I have bought hundreds of thousands of dollars in tires over 25 years never been treated so good as I was today they even take care of my personal vehicles top-notch if youre not going there youre losing out go see Zack

They are good about getting your vehicle in and will always tell you something is wrong and how many hundreds to repair it. I have found its best to get a second opinion and you can save a lot of money.

Been here for seven winter years in Butte. Its the only tire company that does what it says. Worth the extra expense.When I first moved here, one little kid and another on its way. A good friend, ( cavanaugh family) said to go there only.

Stopped in on a road trip with a nail in my tire and a bad seal on a trailer tire. They fixed both SO FAST and were so friendly with absolutely no fuss. They checked all of my other tires too, probably less than 20 minutes for the whole stop. I wish I lived near this shop so I could use them regularly.

When I bought snow tires from this location, I was led to believe changing to/from a summer set/winter set would be free of charge. I was charged $60 today to change sets.Then, when I got home, I inspected my rims, and there are scratches all along the rims now, there where NOT there before. The charge I would be upset about and get over. But scratching my property? I hope they are aware of how fast negative word of mouth travels.

Every single time I go into this place I come out satisfied. The customer service is amazing and everyone is very friendly. No matter what the problem is they will fix it and in a very timely manner.

Ive always received excellent service from Les Schwab dealers whether it is getting a flat fixed in Enterprise, OR or new tires in Butte, MT. I may prefer some makes of tires over their own, depending on the application, but you can order those tires (such as BF Goodrich or Falken, etc) thru them also.

Buying here and other company stores for about 25 years Never had a problem or complaint, in all that time. Been a customer for longer than a few of the people working here They must be doing things right.The next time I need tires Ill be back.Nice place to do business. 👍👌🚛

Unbelievably friendly and helpful

I have always used Les Schwab as my go to tire and brake shop. They have always gone out of there way for me and my family, but today one employee gave me a pretty bad taste in my mouth about the company. I brought my truck there to have new tires put on after waiting for them to arrive for a week. I asked them to leave the vehicle outside with the keys in a hidden location so that I could get it after hours, to witch they agreed. But to my surprise it was locked in the shop when I got there! I thought I got lucky when an employee showed up there and went inside. But he refused to help us! He wouldnt even talk to us besides for saying not talking to you, were closed. I understand that he was off, but he was already there. All he had to do is give me the keys to my truck. Pretty terrible customer service and very rude.

Billy was awesome! We had a bulged tire 10 miles out of town and no wrench. We showed up there and he ran right out, changed it out, and wouldnt take payment. I tried to give him a tip which he also refused to accept. Really nice and helpful. Highly recommend them!

We purchased tires for our travel trailer at Les Schwab in Washington state. During our summer trip to Yellowstone, we had two tires blow out at two separate times. Les Schwab honored their road hazard warranty no questions asked, and replaced all 4 tires after the 2nd blowout! Their service was quick, painless, and Im very happy that I bought tires from Les Schwab!

These guys are amazing. In addition to replacing our two front tires, we asked them to check the shocks. They came back and said the shocks were fine... No upsale here... But there were two bolts that were coming loose on the support arm ... a very dangerous potential situation. Fixed at no charge!

A whole bunch smaller than the Les Schwab stores I’d been used to in Oregon. The service was friendly but it took 2 hrs. to install a new set of tires. I went in with a flat to fix and opted to spend $1,300 on mud/snow tires on my 2017 RAM pickup. Aside from the sticker shock, I’m very happy with the tires and service, overall.

I brought my 2015 mustang in with a bad valve stem. It took 2 weeks just to get the part, which I was ok with. I brought my car in 7/24/17 to get the stem fixed after 3 hours sitting and waiting I walked in the back to see one of there employees beating the tire back on. In that time the manager removes him from working on it and does it himself. I got the car back with a whole bunch of lube on the rim after taking it to the car wash my rim is completely banged up and looks terrible now. Thanks to this Les Schwab I have a ruined rim. I would suggest finding a different place to have your tires done. Very disappointed with this company.
