Moses Jewelers worked with us to chose the right engagement ring & then wedding bands. My husband has some troubles with his hands - and Tim & Larry Moses knew where a special band could be made - that opens & closes. The platinum band is perfect. More perfect is the beautiful single solitary diamond engagement ring paired with a diamond wedding band for this bride. The Quality and price were exceptional as was the service.

When Im in the area I visit Moses Jewelers at both locations. Both Mr Moses and his son Larry were very helpful. I found a yellow gold mens ring with a black onyx stone at Larrys store. I told him I was going to his fathers store next to see his selection of rings but i still had my eye on that one he had. He offered to bring it up to his fathers location so that I could compare. Sure enough I found a matching watch that Mr. Moses designed. Yellow gold watch with a black face. Very sharp and flat designed face that would not get caught on a shirt cuff while worn. Great combo together! So I purchased the ring and the watch together at a great price. The service and friendliness shown to me by Christine, Larry, Tom, Carol and Mr. Moses was top notch and appreciated! Go see the Moses Family and friends. You will be pleased as I am!

I worked with Tom, who not only elite at what he does, he is honestly the most fantastic person.Throughout the entire process of buying wedding bands/engagement rings he was patient, wildly knowledgeable, easy to reach, not the least bit pushy, and helped us find exactly what you want (rather than what needs sold!). I didn’t know much about diamonds, cut or clarity, but Tom taught me everything I wanted to know. He was extremely patient with questions, orders, details, etc.At other places I was quickly dismissed, because they look at you like a dollar amount (based on my age and attire), however, I was met with a kindhearted smile and a thoughtful “How can I help?” like a friend would. That meant the world to me.Pricing, awesome. Their quality is significantly better than anything you can find online. They do free ring cleaning for life. They don’t charge you for garbage fees like Kay nor push insurance plans that have expiration dates or exceptions. They have incredibly kind help, quick repairs (48 hours at most), quick purchases (I got all of my rings ordered and back in within 2 weeks (summer), and for guys trying to surprise your s/o, they just say “Hi ____, your order is ready”, very discreetly in case your fiancé is listening so they don’t ruin any surprises!Not everyone goes through that much effort to make it special. Tom really cares about the people he works with and is incredible to work with on every level. He worked with me in my budget to make our engagement electric. When we came back again to purchase our wedding bands, we were again helped with the patience of a saint. Were both so thankful for Tom and his service. 10 out of 10 - would recommend.

I have been looking at engagement rings and I stopped in today just to look. First of all the quality of the jewelry is noticeable right as you see it. Second the owner is by far the nicest man I have ever had the pleasure of talking to inside a jewelry store he didnt try and sell me anything but instead gave me a lesson on dimonds and what to look for. He is a very knowledgeable man about his trade and very proud of his work.They are family owned and operated and Ill definitely be buying from them when Im ready. Honestly after today Ill probably never go anywhere else.

Moses has always shown great customer service. I have always been pleased with their service. I recently purchased an engagement ring through them. I was torn between 2 rings and Merrill told me to present the one I wanted to but give her the option to choose of the two. When we came back to size it, they told me it would take 10-11 days and Carol called me on day 8 saying it was done with the resize and needed another 2 days for the requested appraisal. Its was completed the next day and was a perfect fit. Thanks for the amazing job you guys do.

The single star in this review is for the employees that work there and put up with this grumpy arrogant old guy. The old guy, the owner, is rude and very disrespectful. We went there to have a ring cleaned randomly while shopping in the mall. My 11 year old Neice was extremely excited that they did it for free. The owner, 90 years old, says Jesus Christ when she said about it, put his head down in his hands and commented I feel bad for you. He proceeded to follow my family from one end of the store to the other. (the walked away outside of the store in the mall) I went to confront him and he went to his office. The very kind ladies that helped us got to hear me be angry, but he wouldnt get off the phone. I will never step foot in that store. We are all very capable of buying what we want, but it will certainly never be from this old crab. They mentioned he had two sons that helped him with the business so I wonder, do they operate the same way?

My Invicta watch second hand fell off and the band was broken. I didnt even buy my watch there keep in mind. I dropped off my watch after the gentleman said he could fix it and by later on in the evening, Moses jewelry called and said my watch was fixed for only a fraction of the cost I thought the repair was going to be. I grew up in Butler, and Moses was always known for their quality in jewelry and customer service. The key word in that sentence is was. My husband and I were looking for a wedding type band for me last year. It was special to us for numerous reasons, but we didnt have much of a budget. At a competitors store, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable; she seemed to really want to help us find the perfect ring for us. But we were still in the early stages of exploring our possibilities, so, of course we stopped into Moses at the mall while we were there.Mr. Moses himself waited on us, but he was so belittling about his competitors and anyone who would even think about buying from them. If he said once, he said 5 times that he would never sell 14k gold like others did. That was the cheap stuff, and other jewelers might do that, but he (and his jewelry) was so much better than that. When we told him our budget, he all but scoffed and kept showing us things that were too high. And in fact, he showed us a couple of gorgeous rings that I practically drooled over. Now, why would he do that if he knew we couldnt afford it - show me a ring he knew I would fall in love with, only to have to give it back...? I suppose he was hoping we would splurge and go higher than our said budget. When I said sadly that we couldnt afford it, he just took the ring back from me and said, Well, then... and put it away.I ended up getting a beautiful ring crafted just for me, well under our budget. I obviously didnt get it from Moses. They may have the best overall quality, but that would be in jewelry, not in customer service.

Whatever I take into this jeweler, it comes back with creative flair, looking brand new and done with precision and caring. I have gone to them for over 25 years and deeply appreciate how they treat me !

I had some gold appraised recently and when they were done they took the handful of my gold and slapped it up on the counter. I put it back in my jewelry box and left only to find out later that one pendant was missing. They were very careless with my belongings and I will not be returning. Later they did find it on the floor and returned it to me. They still should not handle peoples belongings so carelessly.

Carol was great to work with and matched up my ring perfectly. Very friendly and accommodating.
