I will never shop at a different Kay Jewelers again! All of the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Last fall, Monica took the time and helped me find the perfect wedding band to go with my intricate engagement ring. She even ordered some in to see how well they fit in person! I feel like family every time I go in there, and never feel like I’m leaving my jewelry in the wrong hands when I drop them off for services. Thank you so much to all of you special girls!!

Salespeople are VERY helpful. Unfortunately, Ive ADHD and it took me well over an hour to select my purchases. The salesman NEVER hurried me and was EXTREMELY PATIENT!I highly recommend. I wont shop anywhere else! Their online prices are cheaper than popular dept. stores, and their merchandise is of higher quality. As for the previous comment by the gentleman, I know from experience that a lot of appraisals MAY vary according to the jeweler. Maybe the previous store was stating wholesale value contrary to the first appraisal, which was probably stating retail value.Just an opinion of course ;-)

These people helped a local guy rip me off after I traveled 3 hours to buy an engagement ring. They told me it was a great deal and the ring was worth over 2,300.00. after paying my 900 to the guy, my local Kays says its only 1000... I wouldnt trust these crooked salesmen!
