Rob stopped to help my daughter the other night when she went off the road due to the snow. He made sure she got home safely. Then he towed her car and made sure it was in 100% operating condition. Thanks Rob!

My 75 year old mother was charged almost triple what she shouldve been charged. I understand that you can charge whatever rate you choose for labor...... but the parts had an upcharge of over 90%!!!! her car broke down and needed towed, so this piece of dirt decided to take advantage of her. Fyi, this is not only my opinion, we took her car to 2 other mechanics (with the bill from shaners) and both mechanics agreed that the work was done but the charge was outrageous!!!! BEWARE!!!! unless you have money to burn, do not use this garage !!!! If I couldve given negative stars, I certainly wouldve.
