It took 3 weeks for him to figure out what the issue with my transmission was and fix the issue. So my only car sat there 3 weeks and he didnt really solve anything because my transmission still gives me problem. I have been to his shop 3 different times and all 3 times he was just standing there instead of working on any vehicles. So unless you want a repair to take forever and the problem not taken care of the right way the avoid going to this place

My Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid just up and quit on my son last year. Had it towed to the closest shop, where they took a look and told me they had no clue what was wrong as it was giving dozens of error codes. Took it to Tom at Butler County Hybrid and he diligently analyzed the issues. He didnt just start replacing expensive parts that were not functioning without figuring out why they quit in the first place. He found wiring issues from a previous incident that caused a battery failure. Im sure most places would have missed that, helping me avoid more problems down the road. Been running perfect ever since! Tom is the most honest and friendly mechanic Ive ever used. He lays out all options and gives recommendations, allowing you to make the best decision for your vehicle and situation. I highly recommend!
