First time patronizing R & J, Justin was very polite and courteous. Fixed my car too!

Dont ever take a motorcycle here for an inspection. Recently they told me my bike would fail inspection because the chain wasnt tight enough and was dry. I use a chain wax on my chain so it would seam dry.I told them to go ahead and tighten it thinking it wouldnt be a big deal. They charged me $60 to tighten and lube a chain. They lubed the chain with used motor oil that is still dripping on my garage floor. I checked the PA DMV inspection criteria for motorcycles and a loose chain isnt even a line item mentioned as cause for failing an inspection, Stay Away.

I had a specialty repair needed on a rare car that others didnt want to accept. It took research and unique parts to get it back on the road. They did it well with fair prices and a smile. They do my motorcycle inspections as well. I highly recommend this shop.

Excellent experience with this business. Larry & the guys were great. We started using them at my workplace for some cars that we have. Fair prices & quick turn around despite how busy they are. When a shop is busy that is usually a good sign. I also plan on using them for my personal vehicles also!!

I made the call for a inspection..they was very nice and respectful..I waited for awhile for my inspection which was expected..after everything was read off to me what was wrong with it I couldnt believe it but I did expect some..ok fine inwas gonna do what i had to to either trade it in or just fix it..here is where it was ver disrespectful, rude, ignorant and whatever else u call it..ibwas told my break cylinder in the back was leaking..ok..ill get alittle bit of break fluid to get by and maybe through work for the night..I got in my van and I pulled out of the lot and my break peddle went to the floor and I made it to the dollar store..i got out and looked and i had a puddle behind my passenger tire..a leak and it gushing or pouring is different...I never had the problem when I went in and I had breaks before the inspection..the night before i was workin and i had to slam on my breaks bc a deer was in the road and still no issue..so that draws a red flag..I replace the fuel pump and they tell me both mechanics smelled fuel..ok so I took it all around my area and even 2 mechanics I normally have fix my vehicle and no gas smell and no gas leak..I got a second and third opinion and it was said my vehicle was tampered with..yes noone is perfect but done mess with anyones vehicle and lie to get business..this is how I feel and this is what I know..if Boone dont believe it then fine so be it but this is my experience and I dont recommend anyone to this place.

Work was done correctly and at a decent price. Had great service from beginning to end. I would recommend them.

My car check engine light came on and we took it to them. We had used them before. Fixed it in a day and price is reasonable.

Ray has been taking excellent care of my cars for many years. Fair, affordable, great service, I highly recommend.

The mechanics did a great job; but, the front end staff was horrible. I was misquoted and had to pay $90 over other quotes for the same service. When I asked about it, I was given a nasty speech, and then told to talk to the owner if I had a problem with the way I was spoken too. Truly unprofessional and unacceptable. Stay away until new managers are put in place.

@Hannah Sellers- You have the wrong shop, as we do not tow vehicles.. Please next time make sure you have the right place before you talk poorly about someones business.@Kenneth Neurohr- Thanks for your feedback, we do have new management in the office.
