Im a tough sell when it comes to chain garages, but Jeff really runs this place like its his baby. I purchased tires at Sams Club before finding out they were booked out a week for installation. I couldnt wait because I needed the tires put on to pass inspection. I called Monro and they got me in the same day to have them installed. They didnt have time for my inspection, but they got me scheduled in as soon as they could.The guys in the garage were nothing but kind and respectful to me and every person I saw coming through. Having sat there for several hours, I saw many different interactions in person and over the phone, and everyone was treated with respect. When they found additional problems with my car, Jeff took me out to the shop to show me where the problem was and give me my options. I never felt he was trying to upsell me for something I didnt need or get me to come back for unnecessary maintenance, which has been a problem Ive encountered in other garages.Ill definitely be coming back to this Monro again! I would recommend them to anyone.

Today was a rough start for me. I got a flat tire on the way to work and had to call AAA to put on a spare. On the way back home, I stopped by Monroe. The manager was extremely friendly and offered to have me leave the tire so they could attempt to repair it while I was working. Later that day I received a call telling me to come on down. They immediately pulled the car in and switched out the tire. It was like it never happened. Lets just say when it comes to rates, I feel like I got the deal of a lifetime! The guys at Monroe are eager to help, energetic, and extremely generous. Thanks, Jeff! You guys made what started as a very bad day turn around quickly! I know Ill be back! 😊😊😊

I had a broken stabilizer link and needed it fixed fast. This is the place to do it!!! They were able to get me in the very next day ( a holiday I might add) and fixed it so fast!! I barely had time to drink a coffee. Thanks for the excellent service. My car is safe to drive again.

I did not come away with much confidence in Monroe. When the technicians had to print instructions off of the internet on how to do an alignment, that did not give me much confidence and when I had to give them advice on where to find a replacement part, that did not give me much confidence, and when they chose to go to Home Depot, that did not give me much confidence. For the price that they charged me, I would have been better off to take my truck to the dealership and I would be sure it was done right. Even though my truck seems ok after a few days of driving it, I plan on taking it to a dealer to have it checked out just to make sure since I dont have confidence that the job was done properly.

My husband and I were incredibly happy with the service that we received from Jeff here at Monro Muffler in Butler. We had originally taken our car there to have a possible coolant leak looked at and Jeff was able to quickly diagnose, and show us specifically what the problem was. I decided to have him resolve all issues with the car and inspect it while he was at it. Jeff knew how important it was to get the car finished for us on the same day and he definitely delivered. He made sure that he did everything he could to explain everything that was wrong and fix all of the issues on the same day. I had been taking my card to Monro for the last 10 years and have always had a good experience, but this one has definitely superseded the rest and we will continue to take our cars there in the future!

I arrived early, they took my car in right away. They were friendly and did the work quickly. Suggested different avenues for me to explore concerning my car. Overall a decent experience.

States away from home and realized I had a tire emergency. I was able to walk in, get my vehicle assessed in less than 10 minutes, and they can complete the work same day! Super friendly too! Businesses like this are hard to come by these days.

I have been a regular costumer to this store for all of our automotive repairs and regular maintenance. The store manager Jeff has taken care of us. He doesn’t just tell us the problem he shows us what is wrong and why it is needed to be fixed. This makes me comfortable knowing that I’m not be scammed like I have been by other places. Jeff gets a A+ in costumer service and dependability. We will keep coming here as long as Jeff is in charge. (The other staff aren’t half bad either).

I had a great experience there. They gave me a fair price for my work and the staff was awesome and friendly. I recommend anyone with work needing done on their car to go there. I a coming back for all my auto needs for sure.

This Monro Service center was recommended to me from an hour away as being an absolutely phenomenal group of mechanics. I can definitely agree. The manager, Jeff, went out of his way to promptly help me on 2 occasions with urgent issues I needed looked on a busy Saturday morning when most other dealerships were closed or wanted me to wait a week to book an appointment. They have the best expertise and equipment out of all the Monro Centers in the Pittsburgh area. I would highly recommend. They know how to fix or evaluate a wide variety of repair needs and provide fast, same-day service.

My wife and I took not one, but two cars here because of the service Jeff provided. He was professional, respectful of our vehicles, gave accurate pricing and worked hard to get our vehicles back to us before the quoted time. He explained all repairs to my wife and I and we were so pleased with the results, that we will continue to come back whenever we need repairs and tell our friends and family to do the same. Nobody enjoys paying for car repairs, but with Jeff’s expertise, he made a very difficult situation into a manageable one. Being new to the area and not knowing any auto centers I saw Monro auto center. It was Sunday and my brakes were not feeling normal. I brought it in and spoke with the manager Jeff. I explained my problem and he stated he would have one of his technicians look into it.I received a call from Jeff who stated that it was a minor adjustment that had to be made. Jeff did not charge me for my visit and did a routine check of my system.I was very pleased with my experience and available on Sundays is unheard of. I will be definitely taking my vehicles back to Monro for future maintenance services.Once again. Thank you Jeff.

I wont doubt the work they do, Im sure the quality is acceptable.However, I very much recommend getting a second opinion after getting a quote from Jeff. I understand that they need to make money but He gave me a quote of $800 for a flex pipe replacement on my car claiming it would need a new Y pipe and it could take a long time. I brought it to another shop and they were able to repair the car in under 30 minutes and instead of replacing the entire Y pipe they only cut out the old flex pipe and replaced it with a new one. I looked at the repair and it is as good as new, and it only cost me $150.

Had to change my battery but jeff an his new crew take the time to make sure your vehicle is road ready!

Came in to get an alignment and balance. Jeffery Allison, took time out of his day to pull me in immediately and take a look at it. Not only did he balance my tires but also found out it isn’t an alignment I needed but both front sway bar links and a bent back rim/tire causing my car to feel out of alignment. Great customer service, going there every time for all my service needs from now on!

I have been getting my cars service here for a long time. But they have new people working there now, and the place is better than ever. Listen, no one likes having to spend money on repairing their vehicles. You spend enough on paying for them and the insurance. But still repairs have to be made to keep it running. Both of my vehicles needed repairs and the experience that we received from the assistant manager Jeff Allison and his crew at Monro today was one of the best ones I have had from an Auto Service place. They told us facts and didnt beat around the bush. If they had the parts they told us, if they didnt they reached out to auto parts stores, and if they couldnt complete something because it was more in depth they advised us where to go. Not only did they provide great customer service which is rare now a days, they provided as many discounts as reasonably possible. Thank you Jeff and your crew, you just earned yourself a life long customer.

I took my 98 S10 to have a Exhaust lick on it and they broke my ear off of the manifold and then they didnt want to fix it they put J-B weld on it and told me to take it somewhere else thats all they could do for me

I blew a tire in the Butler area and managed to make it here on a half flat spare. The desk guy refused to put one tire on my car so that I could drive home safely and tried to charge me over 400 dollars on two tires for my small Honda when I didn’t need two, stating that it was for the good of my transmission?? Ya okay brother, skip this place even if your life depends on it.

On a saturday with limited staff and a full schedule these guys took on an issue that not many around would even bother with and that same day had it fixed while keeping me in the loop every step of the way and doing everything in their power to not overcharge me or make any unnecessary recommendations. Very appreciative of their help today and the respect I received. I can say i wont be going anywhere else as long as these guys are available.

This is the first time taking my car to Monroe for an oil change, have been using another place of service for years. When I went in for my appointment everybody was very friendly and nice and even gave me a free tire rotation. However I did come home and find some oil leaking under my car and the engine looks very sloppily covered in oil. I ran back over to Monroe and found out there’s been some spillage of oil in my engine. They happily cleaned up the mess I got a ticket for free oil change the next time we come in and they were very kind and helpful. Thanks so much to Doug from Dubois who’s covering for the day as manager. He couldn’t have been any more helpful and kinder. I will go now to this Monroe for oil changes from now on.

I was traveling and caught a nail in my tire through construction. No one would help me because it was close to close, but on my last whim I called monro and jeff told me hed take care of me. He fixed my wheel and told me other issues I didnt know about my suspension. He even gave me a fair quote on fixing it. I wont take my car anywhere else in the future. These people care and do it properly

Took my car in to have my tires breaks and battery checked. Both managers looked at my car. Jeff found dry rot starting to happen. He drove all the way to cranberry to pick up the tires. Helped me with my credit card application and paying for everything. This man deserves a raise!

Had all 4 rotors and brakes done here back in August. Paid over 750$ for this to be done. Just Feltlast week, 2/2/2020 some vibration in the front end, so I took it to another shop to diagnose. Come to find out that the mechanics at Monro used old hardware, and didnt tighten up the hardware either. Had to replace both front rotors again, 6 months after. This being the vehicle my family and my children use, Im extremely disappointed with the quality of service and and workmanship. They definitely lost a return customer. Do better.

Just got an alignment done on our older Mitsubishi. I really cant say enough good things about the employees there! These guys are awesome! My husband had the pleasure of dealing with Josh both over the phone and at the front desk. He was great! Very professional and charismatic. He answered questions, was very informative and helped us get a quote for another issue we had that was totally unrelated to what we had made our original appointment for (And for $500 less than what Midas had quoted us for the same labor/parts). Weve had some horrible experiences at the Midas right across the street and a few other mechanics in the area. Great customer service and even better job on the work they did on our car. Very fast, too! These guys have really gained our trust and we will DEFINITELY be taking our cars there for any automotive needs we have.

Got an alignment 4 months ago paid 79.99...just got one a week ago and paid 149...... never again

Excellent customer service! We took our vehicle in to be inspected, new tires put on and aligned. During the inspection the mechanic saw that we needed a new control arm which they replaced at this time. Shortly after this date of service we started to hear a clunking noise when turning and took it back to them to be looked at. While they were looking over our vehicle they found that the control arm had broken. The staff was very honest with us and replaced the control arm and bought two new tires due to the ones we purchased wearing unevenly due to the broken control arm. This replacement of the part and new tires was at no cost to us and was offered to us upon them finding the broken part. We appreciate their honesty and willingness to fix the issue for us. Will definitely be returning to them with any service needed for either of our vehicles!

I usually like to work on my vehicle myself, but these guys do good work quickly and at a price I cant say no to. The crew there knows what they are doing and really take care of their repeat customers. Most of the national chain repair places are a complete rip off, and I cant speak for other Monro locations, but the Butler, PA one gets an A+.

Really nice people. However, the last 2 times I went, and with 2 different vehicles, they caused a lot of damage. All during something as simple as an oil change. I was without a vehicle for 2 weeks the last time. That’s how bad they messed my car up. Got a free oil change for my troubles. Used it on my new vehicle. They did almost the same thing. Never giving this company my business ever again.

Not a place to be doing business with. They overfilled my vehicle doing an oil change and never did the free tire rotation as stated on the coupon. They left the slash pan covered with oil. They couldn’t seem to clean up their own mess. Very critical of upper management. The place seems to be in total chaos. Will be going to Flynn’s Tire in Kittanning Pa to get new tires installed next month.

This place is great. I came in requesting assistance with a tire fix issue. They could not accommodate me right away but gave me a time to come back an hour later as I had to run some errands it worked out perfectly. They took me right away were very courteous and professiona. The service was quick and accurate. And when I need to replace my tires, I will be back.

Called about getting in quickly for tire repair they said not a problem. Was slightly busy but they remembered my call when I arrived and slid me right in promptly. Josh, the mechanic took care of the work which was accomplished quickly and with the excellent quality. Highly recommend this shop!

They are great and honest! My car did not pass state inspection at another shop, and I had to fix my emergency break. When I stopped by Monro, they told me that it is working, and when I reported this back to the first shop, they insisted that I have to fix it. I went back to Monro, scheduled an appointment, and had the emergency break adjusted. It took about 15 min and they did it for free.

The team here is always looking out for me. They tell me what I need and the best value for me. Work is done on time and done right the first time. Thanks John!

Online appointments are very easy to make and get confirmations. Both my visits they have gotten me in at the scheduled time and my vehicle worked on. John always talks with his customers . The only thing I dont like is the techs smoking in the garage while they are working. Im a non-smoker and if my vehicle came back smelling of smoke it would not go well for them.

I sat at the front counter for 10 mins with no help. I was the only customer in the store. So I went down to jiffy lube and they got me right in. Id rather pay more for good customer service.

I was there today for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that I needed fully synthetic oil, which is not the right oil for my car. After that dilemma was solved they changed my oil and never rotated my tires

We used to use them all the time something happened in management changed. We just had our car in there couple weeks ago for an inspection and oil change new tires mounted balanced and aligned. The car was making no noise and we bought it used from Schultz Ford less than a year ago. The guy, Chuck, told my wife that the struts were gone in it the front struts that is. I thought this was ridiculous I couldnt see Schultz forgiving as bad struts on a vehicle for our third purchase with them. I took it somewhere else and got a second opinion it passed inspection with flying colors. I fully believe Chuck just wanted to hose my wife for $700
