I use to love them. Younger men took over and cannot get the job done in a timely way so they appear lazy. The car looks great but it should not have taken two weeks to complete.

Stay away from these people. Always installed defective and broken parts. They are dishonest people in the business. Will never do any business with them.DONT pretend that you guys care about your customers. Check with your manager regarding the Ford Fusion 2012 on which you installed broken tail light and I have added the pictures for your reference that when my friend reach out to you and your manager NONE of you tried to see and resolve the issue. You people were not receiving his calls even you guys deleted his google review and it clearly shows how good are you with your customers and what kind of service you guys provided. WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE AREA.

Horrible experience!!! Got the vehicle back over a month later when I was told I would have my vehicle back in 1 week the dates changes 4 times. A month and 2 days later it was finally ready, then inspected my vehicle the paint job was horrible decals were not correct also missing some! Had to call corporate. Good luck at that location!

Took CLASSIC 1976 Seville in to restore dings dent and fading paint, came out fantastic, reasonably priced. Very good experience, so I took my new 65 continental in for a fender bender, same results. I took our 2003 Buick Rendezvous to the Burton Maaco for some rust work and painting. Joe was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We bought the car in, got our appraisal ( really reasonable) and was able to pick up the car two days later. The quality of work is fantastic and she looks like new! I am beyond delighted with my paint job and bodywork from MAACO of Burton. I’ve been to many local body shops and they inflate their prices beyond get out while lying to you about some of the work that “needs” to be done. Joe from MAACO was friendly, honest, fair, and knowledgeable when it came to helping me pick out my paint package. He will help you find the right deal whether you are looking for a cost-effective short term/to sell paint job or a long-lasting high quality paint job. The workers here did an excellent job with the prep work (which I was concerned about as it is the most important part) and did extra work that wasn’t technically in my package. I also noticed that an interior dash panel that had come undone on me was put back in place even though it has nothing to with painting the car. Finally when I went to leave, my battery died but the guy came right out and jump started my car for me no problem. Overall, the customer service here is phenomenal and the quality of work greatly exceeded my expectations. Thank you Joe and MAACO of Burton, I will be back with another vehicle soon!

I have brought 2 cars in the last 2 weeks to Maaco and Dan and his team went out of there way to satisfy me. The repair and paint job was as good as factory. Their quote came in 35% cheaper than the shop I usually use. They did the work without removing unnecessary panels and the associated expense. They had one car repaired in less than a week and the other in less than 24 hours. Crazy fast. Both cars came back very clean. On my Audi, it was detailed inside and out! Very Cool!! If you need work done and are paying for it yourself Maaco is the way to go! Heck, if insurance is paying Maaco is the way to go!

Overcharged me and kept going up on the cost. Kept my truck nearly a month and when I got it back there was paint drip all over it and on my rims and tires. Masking tape was still in the roof and fenders and all parts were not properly painted. When I took it back to get these issues fixed they told me it was a 2 day job and kept my truck another 15 days. When I picked it up that time it still wasn’t completely right. I paid 3300 dollars up front for a subpar paint job and poor management. If you looking for a good paint job look elsewhere.

The advertised prices on TV are unrealistic. But they do excellent work and were able to match some really uncommon colors on my motorcycle.Heads up they are open on Saturdays but only by appointment.Update: I recently returned to have some new parts painted to match the same motorcycle as before. I was informed that the new manager has decided that They dont do motorcycles anymore. Which is absurd to me. They did it before for me a couple of times and I have seen other motorcycle parts done in the past. I am VERY disappointed in this decision.

Stay FAR away from these guys! Had bumper covers on my ’09 Yukon Denali XL refinished at Maaco, Burton, MI location. No issue putting extra money to get job done right, required cover removal, While truck was in shop area, received a healthy dose of bondo dust from adjacent work going on. Inside areas of body under door openings were covered, roof, just filthy with dust, under hood area received same “Dust” treatment. It was real cute, that being a taller vehicle that top of roof couldn’t be seen when delivered, later standing in my home, could see where someone took a swipe a foot back from windshield, so bondo bath filth wasn’t obvious. Cost me $180.00 at clean up shop! Paint was nicely laid along with tons of dirt and remaining sand scratches from prep work, with complimentary dry spray in tight areas, high school kid in a driveway, could produce cleaner work. Single biggest reason for paying extra, removing covers Stopped to grab sunglasses from truck, shop area is horribly filthy, dust & dirt everywhere, no segregation from paintwork area, appears there is no “clean up“ protocol or care by management. No final inspection by anyone in management that gives a rats’ a^s about turning out a quality product! No one would call that truck was finished, or would answer phones most of day, had to make trip up to shop, Manager had to take truck back so a Huge Run on right side of front cover could be sanded and polished out, once again, no inspection, no quality control. Took truck back next business day, was told there would be an adjustment in price. One of the managers, a younger guy, arrogant smartbutt, sure wouldn’t work for me! Week went by, no return call from shop with promised price adjustment, called, told me go to hell! Paid $900 +$180.00 clean-up) for work that destroyed value of my low-mileage California import truck!Quick update: these guys contacted me, day after post, asked for contact info sent to an certain email address. Sent info, Over week later no response. JUST STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CHARLATANS!!!! Preserve the value of your vehicle, these guys should get a visit from MIOSHA!

Said it would be a week and $1600. 00 ended up beeing 2 weeks and $2200.00. Without notification of the price hike or delay for a week prior to mypick upand when i called up there someone i never talked to before told me after you dropped off your car car we got busy and had a delay starting on your repair

I purchased a used car for a great price. It needed some TLC and I went in a few times to get quotes, ask questions and offer to bring some of my own parts in. Pav helped me out with finding discount parts, and attaching aftermarket parts. The day of pick-up my aftermarket part wasnt installed and I was told it was too late. The next day I was called by Pav and he told me to bring it in and they would install it without any issues. I would do business with them again and would recommend them.

5 weeks when told less than 2. Did not perform repairs that insurance company paid for. Damaged car while there. Used parts when paid for new. Lied to me several times. Tape still on car then painted over it. Glass still in door after they cleaned twice. Worst experience I have ever had.
