Got my carpet quickly within a month which is very fast for COVID era (2020), and pricing was competitive and only slightly higher than box store. Installers were also very professional, speedy, and personable. Highly recommend, worth every penny for a job well done.

Joe was amazing! I was in the process of remodeling my house when I realized that I should put in the new carpet before the contractors replaced all my inside doors after having those painted . Excellent. The best service ever. The reason I chose Floor Coverings International is Josh. I really wanted someone to act as a project manager and take the decisions off my hands. Choosing a vendor to provide flooring is a real chore. It took hours of visiting stores, taking pictures, deciding on flooring, and them the prospect of choosing a contractor was way too daunting. He provided us with multiple samples - and special-ordered samples we seemed to only find on-line, until we finally decided on what would work best in our home. The installation process was flawless, and the installers were quick, polite, and very accommodating to our scheduling needs. They moved furniture and returned it to its original location throughout the process. We are very happy with our floors and the time and effort Joe and the crew provided to get the job done!

Great company! Quality work, took very little time. My little kids keep laying on the floor to feel the softness lol. They could have done a bit better with pounding in staples/nails at the transition from carpet to hardwood floor (I’ve taken a hammer to them myself but keep finding them) but overall very pleased.

Joe was great at the start, selecting and bringing in samples that were extremely good matches to what we said we were looking for, where we replaced existing flooring in 3 rooms Everything went as scheduled for the ordering and installation. They were very accommodating when we changed our mind and decided to go with a grout install (vs non-grout). Arlin did a terrific job on the installation itself. We will definitely be contacting FCI again when we are ready to replace old flooring in other rooms of our home!

I could not have had a better experience working with Joe, Josh and the installation team. I selected a patterned carpet for my stairwell and entire upstairs. I was nervous about it lining up straight. The rooms were great but the stairs looked a little off. Joe, Josh and one of the installers came out on a Saturday to look at it . The installer knew exactly what the issue was. He came back with more carpet and replaced the ones that needed it. Everyone was so nice about it! I also had LVT put in the bathrooms. Beautiful! I couldnt be happier!!

Josh and his team were highly professional and did an excellent job. Their method took a lot of stress out of the buying process (we were able to go through the sales process at home with the mobile show room while our young children were napping), and we will definitely use them again. I asked the installers when they were here about what their opinion was of the carpet - I thought it was telling when they told me that Josh and Joe dont mess around with cheap carpet. The end-to-end service went above and beyond anything I have experienced in home improvement stores. Buy local, get better service, and take the stress out of the process.

The entire process was very smooth and professional from start to finish. The process started with a consultation and a company background presentation. The flexibility with the project manager was smooth and was always in touch if we needed him. We had our hearts set on a product but after finding out that it was not only on back order, but it was much more expensive, we were able to find a equal beautiful product.Unfortunately, the product that we chose was on back order for over a couple of months. We were able to finally get the product mid May. The day before the installation, the product as well as the dumpster was delivered. The product manager coordinated all of this and gave us time frames on everything so we were able to plan accordingly.On the day of install, the project manager introduced me to the install team. Everything went smooth. The job was mostly completed on day one without hiccups. The had to put some trim on “shoe” on day two and everything looked great!A few days later, we had the final walkthrough with the project manager and pointed out a few minor defects. There was quick turn around on this and now everything looks great!The overall experience I would give a 3.8 out of 5. Since I can’t do that on Google, I gave it a 4. Now, the reason they didn’t get a 5 out of 5. During the install, I periodically went down to see the progress. Towards late afternoon on day 2, I noticed the dumpster being taken away. So I walked downstairs and saw all the furniture was still sitting in the staging spots and our huge white cabinet still in the utility room where the workers moved it. I had no idea if they were done or not as nothing was put back when they moved it. Also, they did a number 1 in our toilet and never flushed!!!In Conclusion, overall experience was a 3.8 out of 5 and I would recommend this company to others.

Josh and his team finished our staircase and entryway last week and the whole thing looks great. The workmanship is spot on-everything fits tightly, the flooring has just enough surface detail to make it less slippery than the old carpet that we originally had on it. On our initial visit with Josh, he provided us with referrals and a detailed presentation on the company, the process and what services we would receive. He provided us several samples in various price ranges of carpet and carpet pads to choose from. Following his visit we received a survey requesting feedback on the initial visit. We then received an email detailing the entire process of our installation. Josh was amazing! He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. The installation went as promised. The installers were very experienced and hard working. As promised in the installation agreement, Josh did a walk through to review the installation within 72 hours. We love our new carpet and will definitely engage Floor Coverings International for future carpet needs.
