I had to get a new tire because it blew out on the road. I called 4 other places before this one and this was the only place I could find who said I could come drop it off and they were extremely fast and kind! They even were even able to do a oil change for me! Thank you so much!

Cody I hope we can find you!!! These guys are awesome. My family has trusted Cody with our vehicles for years. He was always my dads (Als) guy. I even just had my nephew, whos a somewhat struggling college student, bring his car here from Chicago to have it looked at and fixed by these guys. Turns out the quote he got in Chicago was a scam and they wanted to fix way more than it needed. They had the car in and out in a few hours and saved my nephew hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend this company.Edit*** I just found out Cody is no longer with this company. You are on your own haha.

Staff was all very friendly. Had to wait about an hour for my oil change but I just showed up without an appointment after work so that was fine.Had a really nice waiting area with a cool fish tank and a TV with nice comfy chairs.

They left the cap off during a basic oil change, refused to refund me, and refused to pay to have it cleaned and checked elsewhere, as oil was all over the underside of my car and engine. If I had not looked under my hood, my car that came back with a clean bill of health on a 50 point inspection from them, could have been destroyed, heaven forbid I got injured in the accident! I have plenty of photos if anyone wants to see.

Don took excellent care of us. Blew a trailer tire on a long cross country road trip and they not only found us the right size tires, but were so accommodating and kind. They got us in that morning and got us back underway in an hour. Cant say enough good things about them. Hope we dont have to come back, but would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been seriously so impressed with this crew time and time again. They’re customer service is spectacular and they keep their communication clear. They even drove me home after I dropped my car off - which was something I never expected. I’ll be a forever customer at this place!

Found a foreign object in my tire and was losing air. It happened around 6:30 in the evening and I called and they went above and beyond to get me in before closing and repaired so I could make it to work th following morning. They were very friendly and helpful and Im so appreciative. Will defineatly go back in the future! Thank you

I have been a customer of this Goodyear for about 2 years now. I picked this place to get my oil changed whenever I needed because it was close to my apartment. They have performed multiple oil changes for me over the past two years, they have fixed my windshield wipers a few times, completed warranty work and I had my breaks done here.Recently I got a quote for new tires for my car here, but I decided to get my tires else-wear (because I could get them cheaper) and I just had my alignment done with them. Im not sure if they were upset about the fact that I got my tires somewhere else or not, but its not out of the question that they would be upset because they lost a tire sale due to me going else wear.The same day I got my alignment I asked them to check on the slight oil leak I have had in my car for a few years now. I also asked them about my serpentine belt because it was on the recommended services list that they had for my car.When I walked up to the counter to pay for the alignment they told me that my water pump was going out and needed to be replaced VERY soon. They told me my serpentine belt was severely cracked and needed to be replaced VERY soon. They also told me that I need to replace the lower intake manifold gasket eventually. They made it seem like my car was just falling apart and it really stressed me out. They quoted me for these services and it was going to total about $2000 for everything. To me it seemed a little ridiculous considering my car is older and that is probably equal to the total value of the car.I didnt perform any of the services. Next thing I did was have my dad call to ask about what exactly was wrong with my car because he has better understanding of vehicles than I do. When he called the person on the phone could not speak specifically to what was wrong and the person on the phone got defensive when my dad started asking questions and told him to get a second opinion somewhere else. So thats what I did.I took my car to a trusted and honest friend of mine who is a mechanic. He took a look at everything and ran some tests. Turns out my water pump actually isnt leaking at all, and my serpentine belt doesnt have any cracks.I am frustrated that I was lied to. I wouldve liked to continue doing business here, but because of this experience I dont think I will be coming back.

Ive taken my car here a couple times now, mainly for oil changes, and they have always taken good car of my car. Recently my car overheated and I brought it to them. I needed a new radiator. They gave me a loaner, hassle free, so I didnt have to worry about alternate transportation and were genuinely fun to do business with. This is the best repair shop in the area! Keep up the good work.

Dont bother. Super expensive and not good work. Took my car in for an oil change when i bought it about 4 months ago, thought everything was good they suggested i get my timing belt done (1200) since they didnt see a sticker on it.... So I take my car into my normal place for an oil change and they tell me the last place stripped out my drain plug and they had to order a new one (free) because the one i had was ruined. Sooo they didnt notice they destroyed my plug but they noticed i should maybe get this $1200 service. No thanks

I originally needed my plastic cover under my car tacked back on from falling off during snow damage.They offered to do an oil change. I needed one so it was good timing. One stop shop.While doing my oil change, they found a lot of issues valvoline oil had missed and one they caused. I had 7 things done to my car. Josh fixed the issue valvoline had caused. He made sure he had done it the right way. They also helped with extra discounts with all my services.Overall great customer service! Made sure my car was well inspected and safe to drive. They made me feel at home and easy to talk to. I had thought Good Year only did tires...Thank you for everything!

I brought in my bent Subaru rim to see if they could fix it and inflate the tire unfortunately they could not fix it so I had to run to a junk yard to buy a new rim ..when I went back to have them put the tire on the rim I noticed that I was missing my tire pressure sensor from the original rim ...when I originally brought it in it had the sensor on it !!! I went back to the store with the new rim and sensor they told me my old one didn’t have one on there and they were to no help what’s so ever or kind at all ..they were very rude to me accusing me of lieing..they said I’ll have to wait for the manager to come in to talk to him ..if customer service was a thing here they would call there manager right away to try and solve the problem . I told them if they would have the manager call me I wouldn’t write a review ..they didn’t even care and said I dare you to write a review so here it is.. if the manager sees this post and wants to call me feel free .. I’ll delete my review ..untill then I recommend anyone getting they’re tires changed over with a new rim to watch out and make sure they don’t steal your tire pressure sensors ..they are not cheap

Called for two tires, they replaced all four and said they didn’t have anything in the computer about two tires so they just assumed I needed four. They didn’t call to confirm or anything. You lost a customer here. Never going back there and I’m telling everyone I know to avoid you like the plague. Not a well run business.

My mother took her vehicle in for a service tune up and not even two days later her vehicle wouldnt stay started, but not even 6 months before she had gotten a new battery and alternator put in and they tried to tell her that it wasnt there fault. After a little stubbornness on there end they finally fixed it after her vehicle sat there for two days. She wont be going back nor will she recommend anyone to go there.

They left the cap off of my fluid during an oil change and wouldnt refund me or allow me to go anywhere else to check for damage- Im not trusting someone to double check for damage if they cant even put a cap on
