I tried online appt. schedule... Didnt work. I sent an email... No response. I called and left a message... You guessed it, nothing. Ill be going somewhere else for windshield replacement. 😢

Such a good experience working with Mike. He was extremely responsive and flexible. I was going out of town and needed the work done quickly. He came right to me and was done in 20 minutes. On top of that he was knowledgeable and easy to talk to!

Fusion does an amazing job!! Every time I have needed glass replaced, they are my go-to! The process is always fast and they take care of all the insurance side of things. Mike was so great to work with! He came to my house to repair what I thought was a chip in my windshield while I was at work. Once he got there he called to inform me that it was more of a permanent mark on my windshield, not an actual chip and that there was nothing he could really do to improve it. He didnt charge me for his time or the trip to my house when he could have charged me for a chip repair and I would have been none the wiser. I appreciate his integrity and will definitely use him for any glass repair needs in the future!
