I reached out to Advantage Auto Glass Repair, and I worked with Tiffany. She was able to get me a quote that was manageable. She was very courteous and empathetic to my situation. I had my window shattered by some thieves. She was able to get me a privacy glass for my car. She dispatched Mike, who replaced my window onsite. It saved me so much time and headache. Mike was professional, and very courteous. Mike called me and said he can come over earlier from the time committed. I was blown away by how quickly everything happened. Made a weekend quote request and got back first thing Monday via email. Scheduling was easy with couple days out and a 2 hour time frame at my home. Got a call when Mike wa on the way and call when completed. Very professional service and response.

I called for a quote on a window replacement and John was very helpful. Since the window I needed wasnt in stock at their shop, he called around to a dealer to find it. Very prompt with his call back. I ultimately went somewhere else but I wont forget my brief experience here.

Easy process. Helpful office staff. My glass was in stock, only waited 2 days to get an appointment. Service tech new how to resolve the whistle noise from the previous replacement by another company (SL). Very happy!

Everything from the initial call to the installation was painless. The glass quality is much better than my previous windshield and Advantage is considerably cheaper than Safelite (about $100 less in my case). They really went above and beyond - my rear view mirror had spots on it from the dog shaking and getting it wet. One of the first things I noticed upon getting in my car after my windshield install was the mirror being clean. Little things like this show me that they really are going above and beyond for their customers. They exceeded expectations in every way and I would recommend Advantage to anyone.

Excellent work! Theyre on time, communicate well and theyre prompt. I had them replace the glass in a rear passenger window. The office staff and my technician were great! Marcos the tech called me prior to the scheduled time to let me know he was on his way. He showed on time, was very nice and did a great job at a fair price. Hopefully I wont need to replace any more car glass but if I do Ill call these guys again. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience- quote given was exactly what I paid, and they even came to my place of work. Poor Steve came out in the 20 degree weather and had the job done in less than an hour. He even left the invoice with me so I didnt have to come back out into the cold and pay him, I just had to call in! These guys are awesome. When I called Tiffany walked me through the claim process in minutes. She was great to work with. The owner John was hands on with the tech to solve a problem with my older vehicles rain sensor. After the first rapid temperature drop and ice storm of the season, *snap*, there went my front windshield. I called Advantage Auto Glass because they are family-owned, and located nearby. I set up an appointment to visit because Id feel guilty having a tech work on it outdoors in these temperatures. The process was quick and smooth from start to finish, including the 3-way call with my insurance company. Everyone there was friendly and accommodating, and they did a great job. I highly recommend them!Just note that their street address makes it appear they are located on Travelers Trail a block south of Highway 13. But in fact they are located facing Highway 13, just east of the Portland intersection (directly across Hwy 13 from the high school). See the attached aerial photo. Unfortunately, the city of Burnsville prohibits small businesses from using proper signage that you need to you locate them easier.
