I had a perfect banana split blizzard. It didnt melt before I started to eat it when I got home. Got couple dilly bars also and they didnt melt either. Customer service in drive thru was great.

Manager is always so nice, I’m not sure if he’s the manager but he gives off management vibes. Their ice cream is always sooo good here too.

Terrible... staff didnt care that the 2 things I ordered were terrible.i asked if he saw how it was made, he stated thats how we do it. Hmmm, i always order the same thing,..... great theres another dq on 36 in the other direction which will get my business from now on

We came out here for an ice cream cake from here because the one out in delaven couldnt even write anything on the cake, and the lady there was rude. This place is cheaper nicer staff and just better overall.

Spent time on the online menu putting together everyones orders and when we got there,, They dont have anything as advertised online. we kept modifying the order but it seems no food is served there. so we ordered an blizzard that was on the TV commercials, guess what! lady at the window said they dont have that either, but she would try to make something similar.Really?we left empty handed, and went to Culvers . No wonder there wasnt a line of cars at DQ. (like at Culvers) Guess the burlington people already knew what I just found out.DQ is missing the opportunities.

Stopped for a strawberry Milkshake tonight and got a strawberry milk. Hardly any ice cream. It was gross.

A little unorganized..may have been training...how about considering selling ice cream cake by the slice or in quarters??? I love the cake but cannot store or eat a whole cake.....alot of seniors in the area may appreciate this as well......

Everything is exactly as ordered, in a timely fashion, with friendly staff. Price for a blizzard seems a bit steep. Im not sure if that price is within control of this location or not though.

We got a couple blizzards the were great. The service was fast and friendly. For seating there is a small counter and some outside tables. It was raining so we sat at the counter. There is also a drive thru window.

I cannot remember when I didnt leave this location satisfied & happy! The treats are always JUST what you ordered & employees happy & hurry to help ! Thank you ♡

I come here almost weekly. It is GREAT

No fried foods. Staff is all high school aged kids and they are always texting or talkinh to friends that come see them at work so service is very very slow and orders are sometimes incorrect
