Great customer service, helpful but not lurking around being nosey.Paid a good price for binoculars. I was hoping they carried more camping gear. They specialize in mostly athletic gear and shoes. If you need a jock strap and tennis shoes, this is the place to go.

Great place to find active wear and sport shoes. Plus, it has equipment for various sports. Not a huge place, so it might not have everything but it has great customer service and its easier to find items.

Ive been looking for hiking/work boots for days and have been beyond frustrated. This place is the only place Ill ever go after this because I cant even find anything over $100 even if I tried! Also great customer service!

Went in looking for a good winter coat, they had them, the staff just didnt know how to direct us to the coast we were actually looking for. While shopping here use your eyes to find the product you want, dont bother asking the staff.

As expected this place has a wide variety of items for your sporting needs at some great pricing. Store is a little cramped feeling as they do carry quite a few options for everything it seems. Store was clean and organized and the staff was eager to greet and offer help. Found what I needed no problem and some stuff I didnt need, but I got anyway. Lots of parking and easy to see off the main street and from the Fred Meyers gas pumps/parking area.

One of their smaller stores. The selection is always good despite their size. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Even when theyre really busy. Its also an easy to store to make quick runs in and out of. Good place to go to for your outdoor and sporting needs.

Same as the store in Oak Harbor. I was in Burlington and hoped for something more given the larger market.

They have a decent selection of shoes and active wear for women. The staff is both helpful and friendly. I just joined Planet Fitness so I needed some new gym shoes and attire. This store had things I needed and I do recommend shopping here. Fred Meyer is right by it and Pizza Factory 😋 😋

Great service without being overbearing. When I called to see if I could buy something over the phone they apologized for not being able to due to their store policy but instead agreed to hold the sale item for me behind the counter until we could get to Burlington. Other stores who promised to do similar things always seem to sell it out from under me before I get there without any regret. Big 5 had the item right beside the cashier safely waiting for us to arrive. She also directed us to the rest of the sale items without any pressure to buy more expensive items we didnt need!

Found A Personal Shopper Thanks To Noels Great Service! Amazon couldnt deliver the tournament quality bocce ball set we wanted for Fathers Day fun. Called our local Burlington, WA Big 5. Not only did Noel find the set for me, it was on sale $20 cheaper than online. Fast, easy, friendly service. Terrific!

I think the customer service here is excellent. Yes there were a couple fellas chattin, but not unruly. I got offered assistance and asked how my day was 100 times. And yes, prices may be a bit higher...but thats business. They are Big 5, Not Dicks Sporting Goods. When you order over 100 of the same product, you can charge less for it. Like Dicks and Amazon. Big 5 is a small store, Im sure they work their asses off to sell what they get. Its taken care of me and my family. And we will continue to shop here.

Not a very large selection of soccer gear. Employees werent as helpful as I would of hope they would of been. Prices seem to be ok but found that Dicks was better.

Bought a pair of puma running shoes. The salesman was very helpful with choosing the correct size and type and even found a good deal. I would recommend this place for a pair of new sports shoes or just to buy sports equipment

Great sporting goods store, especially for those hard to find items. If your into full fledged air rifles, Big 5 is the place to find them. They have pretty much the entire Gamo line of pellet guns (air rifles). Big 5 also carries a good line of Airsoft guns, gear and ammunition. There is also a good selection of real firearms and accessories. Archery gear is also available. The rest of the store is, well, other sporting goods. I havent explored that part of the store yet. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about thier products.

Who doesnt love Big 5?!

The selection is okay but not great, and everything is extremely expensive compared to other stores. I was looking at camping lanterns here and found one of the same ones they sell at Big 5 at Fred Meyer for 5 dollars cheaper.
