Great customer service! Upon entering the employee greeting was very friendly. While shopping several different employees asked if I needed assistance and were helpful when I asked questions.

I love bath and body works the employees are very friendly, kind and polite I go there once a month whenever I run out of hand sanitizer.

I go here all the time and the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. The line is pretty quick even when it’s long and the store always seems clean and organized. No wonder it is so popular when most stores in that part of alamance crossing are not doing so hot.

Wish they had certain seasonal things all year but other than that I love this place. they always have my favorite fragrance and are super clean and organized.

I had a crazy order requiring multiple transactions. Lisa, Lindsay and Natalie were the three ladies I worked with and they were an absolute joy! Their customer service was impeccable and professionalism was refreshing! I came in with a goal/a plan and they helped me execute it 100 percent. I even purchased my fair share of add-ons because of the customer service! To say I am happy and pleased is an understatement! Thank you ladies for making this night as amazing and fun as you have! Poor customer service and very rude manger. I placed an order online for pickup (the first time) and she rudely said, sorry you didn’t pick up in 3 days and you can buy them now full price. Not sorry, let me try and help this is new for us all. I will not be going back to the store.

Rude staff. Apparently, there are two entrances to this store; however, only one is marked as Bath & Body Works. The other door had another name on it. Not clear at all. I made the mistake of going in the door marked Bath & Body Works and was pounced upon immediately. I asked how I was supposed to know the other door was for B&BW and was not given an answer, just rudely and very quickly ushered to the other side of the store and a basket shoved into my hands. I promptly put the basket down and left. I left through the correct door, I might add. Went and made my purchases elsewhere. I rarely ever frequent this store, and that was probably my last time.

I rarely go to Bath & Body, but the staff here helped me find exactly what I needed. HEATHER and DAWN were awesome!!Transitioning from winter skin to summer skin requires special attention and these ladies helped me find the perfect product for me

This particular bath and body works have everything! They have one of the best selections I have ever seen. Their store is so well organized and stocked nice and neatly.

THE employees was so rude when I walked in at the door and they came running and got pretty close to me as if I had already done something wrong. They said I had to use their hand sanitizer. They just wanted to try to sell their products. IM SORRY BUT I USED MY OWN! I HAVE BAD ALLERGIES! DO THEY MAKE PEOPLE LEAVE THE STORE FROM THE MOMENT THEY ENTER? THAT WAS SO RUDE TO COME RUNNING AND GET RIGHT UP IN FRONT OF THEM AND TRY TO FORCE THEM TO USE THEIR SAMPLES OF HAND SANITIZER JUST TO SELL A PRODUCT! THEY KEEP DOING THAT THERE WILL BE NO CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE! I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A BUSINESS GO RUNNING UP TO A CUSTOMER TO MAKE THEM USE THEIR HAND SANITIZER JUST SO THEY CAN GET TO SELL IT! This was my first time shopping in this store. I love all the products that they have. Some of the stuff is a little hot but you get what you pay for. I had a lot of coupons and I saved a lot of money.
