I like the ease of Sallys. Small and simple, easy to find what I want, and the employees always ask if I need help finding anything.I wouldnt say there is anything unique or anything that stands out about the place. It has what I need, it is easy to find my way around, and I can be in and out rather quickly.An employee there did once recommend a shampoo/conditioner for curly hair and I have been using the brand ever since!

Stopped by one afternoon after work and those women were horrible and rude They! They kept hovering over me and making me feel uncomfortable. And then when I asked for help, they acted like they were too busy to answer. And when I checked out they were so rude about paying extra for a bag. Definitely wont be back!

I asked for advice about what brand of hair dye would be the best for long lasting results, the cashier said she didn’t really know but a lot of people seemed to enjoy the “ ion” brand. Seemed confused when I asked further questions.

This company is now losing the customer service they one had. I support environmental preservation efforts like recycling and reusable recycled bags but when they put the company name on it and ask me to pay extra for the bag I consider that unethical. Furthermore, if you do not buy the Sally recycled bag, you walk out with your purchase in your bare hands. Very rude and opportunistic way to raise profits while making customers pay directly for advertisements. I can shop at other stores instead.

Wonderful customer service! Called and went by last minute for gray hair spray for my sons 100th day of school and was met by amazing service! I accidentally threw the receipt away so I cant remember the associates name m, but she did a great job! Pointed me right toward the product I needed, made a recommendation on color shade, and even made an upscale that matched my needs by suggesting a hair product to make a 1950s hair style. My son loved dressing up- you guys made this a great experience for him! Thank you!

Well organized and well stocked store. Went in here to get some beard balm. Cashier was very friendly and very helpful and helped me find what I was looking for immediately. Was in and out in less than 3 minutes. I would/will definitely go back here again in the future and I definitely recommend this place to anybody.

Great store, although understaffed when compared to in-store customers, still took the time to help me in assisting with locating the items I was looking for.Even signed me up for rewards promos online to save me more on items I regularly purchase. With a dozen in line, thats dedicated customer service.

Went to get perm supply with my mom. Was not greeted upon entering. When we approach the cashiers desk the associate walked away. When we were finally acknowledged after I physically approached her we asked her about the permanent product. She led us to the aisle and vaguely explained where the product was. We asked her questions about odor because we suffer from migraine. She did not know the answer.. We also had questions about curl and volume and wave and she also did not know the answer. Another customer who was shopping in the same aisle was the one who gave us all of the information so that we could make an informed purchase. When we approach the cash register to make our separate purchases the cashier was quite rude and the price of my mothers product did not match what she had assumed it would be. The cashier very curtly told her that that was the members price which we were not told prior to selecting our product. When I made my purchase I selected a nose ring as well and I asked her if it was in fact a nose ring and she said she did not know. Apparently no one in the store knows anything about any of their products. She asked me if I was a member of their rewards program as she had also done with my mother, and then when I had said no she asked me if I would like to join. However, he did not ask my mother if she would have liked to have joined. I found this upsetting but I did not make a scene because my four-year-old brother was in the store with us. I will not be returning and giving them my patronage.

I went to Sallys with my 2 kids. The lady that was working there she kept watching us around the corner and following us around the store. My son is a autistic child so l had him with me keeping him close so he want get into anything. The lady continued to watch like l was going to steal something. This is the second time this happened. The first time it was me and my daughter and now again its me and my son. We shouldnt have to be followed or watched in the store especially when we have not done anything wrong. I will never return at any of these stores, ever!!! Me and my children should not be treated this way.

Was purchased an Oster clipper&trimmer set as a gift. Warranty was purchased as well. Hispanic woman was very nonchalant about the issue of exchanging the trimmers & after leaving messages & finally getting in contact with the manager her conversation was equally as mundane. Long story short the problem has yet to be remedied & no one ever seems to know the number to corporate. Less than pleasant experience at this location-1 stars if that was an option.

Supervisor began to have an attitude when she sees me $26 biweekly on topic. Just Begun when I told her her topic pump clogs up and I try to return it and she did not want me to return the item and ever since then shes had an attitude every time she sees me not comfortable with that. And also with toppik hair filling product she will not gain small amount of black but large black because only black people can use black hair color but have smaller amounts in every other color of hair but black.

Worst Experience Ive had. Woman with short hair was very short with me and seemed to have an attitude with me and not like she was interested in helping me when asking a simple question about color for my hair. The Manager was insulting her staff and bossing them around.I feel bad for the staff. Will be going to another location. Thats for sure.

The store is well stocked and the cashier did help me, but she was so rude about doing so. She gave me and other customers in the store the stink eye for no apparent reason. Rolled her eyes a lot at my purchases. I was making a return of a product that I didnt like and barely used and she made a rude comment, even though she made the exchange. Just very unfriendly. There is another Sallys beauty in the area that Ill go to instead, they are not as well stocked but at least they are friendly.

No one in line to check out. All I was buying was. $2.50 razor blades. Cashier kept telling me to wait while she was on the phone(it was work related) another cashier showed up, I was tired of waiting. Guess Ill need to spend money somewhere else.

I you could just go the the one in maybe because the people at the one in Burlington are always so rude to me the last time I went in there I walked in nobody said anything and a few moments later another lady walked in and then greeted her at the door and was trying to help her but nobody trying to help me even after I ask for help so if you can just travel to the one in Mebane the people are always so nice
