Excellent service! I was running late and they were very accommodating. They saw me as soon as I arrived. The wheel alignment only took 30 mins.

I had been dealing with Morgan Tire for 15 years or so and have had good service and more importantly, had trusted them until now. I had brought my Honda Pilot in to have a stuck thermostat replaced in early February and sit it was getting cold, I decided to let them replace it. BIG MISTAKE! When the repairs were done, the tech gave me back my car with more warning lights on my instrument panel lit like a Christmas tree. I drove off, and now the transmission didn’t shift automatically. I circled around the block and returned to the counter and explained that the car didn’t do this when I came in, and now was in worse shape than originally. He stated that since it was Friday and they didn’t work on Saturday, I could leave it for someone to look at it Monday. I said that was unacceptable and just took the car back and immediately took the car to the local Honda dealer. The problem with the shifting was a harness plug improperly connected, causing the transmission problem. Fir crying out loud, this is mechanics 101! It just shows me that this shop just doesn’t care anymore. And to add insult to injury, I noticed a coolant leak under the thermostat housing. Again, back to the Honda dealer and lo and behold-the thermostat housing is leaking after less than 3 months!!! What ever happens to the Morgan Tire I had known and trusted for so many years? I am also in the mechanical trades so I do know something of service. I will never go back to this organization and as for others...BUYER BEWARE! Who wants to pay for the same bad service twice?

They are conniving liars who take advantage of women....they lied to my mom that she needed a whole new a/c system in her car ....she just had a leak! The system blows cold air with freon added it just leaked out...so dont believe these reviews they are scumbags

Im giving this shop five stars and heres why ....when you call certain shops for a qoute for work to be done on your vehicle they give you this pitch bring it in so we could hook it up to a machine to see what codes come up, well thats cash you shouldnt have to payout why ???because auto zone will check your engine light codes for FREE!!! Anyway back to Morgans they treat you fair they dont try to squeeze you for all your lifes savings you bring your car they find the problem they fix it now thats a shop I could live with!!!!

Exceptional experience at Morgan’s Tire Service! The lady working the front desk was very knowledgeable, helpful and quickly able to give me an out-the-door quote on two different tires. The workers were friendly and quick to do all four tires. I originally set up an appointment at Mavis Tires but their customer service was horrible and incredibly frustrating. Mavis quoted me over $800 just for the tires while I left Morgan’s paying $660 total AND a $100 rebate. I move for work a lot so finding reliable, trustworthy auto care is always hit or miss and usually very frustrating. I’ll definitely be returning to Morgan’s for future tire care.

I went to get a tire change and a oil changeA week later my oil light comes on and they refuse to take a look at it even though it was a service they were suppose to provide since I paid for it. They told me to go in the owners Manuel and reset it myself. They changed their hours and never updated it on their website so I attempted to come there on two separate occasions and was unable to get it fixed because they were closed.Horrible Customer Service

The shop I normally use for repairs told me that I needed to replace all four tires, however they were less than 3 years old. I stopped by Morgans and asked them to check them for me and they advised they were okay and didnt need to be replaced. They could have pulled the same scam as the other shop and told me they needed to be replaced, but instead they chose to be honest. They will be my go to shop from now on!

Well definitely use Morgans again and would gladly recommend them. The front brakes on my 99 Mercury got hung up on my way home. We just moved to Burlington, and I didnt have a lot of time to search for a new mechanic (I figured we look around when one of us needed our next oil change). Since I needed to get my car drivable again, fast, we took a chance on Morgans. I was a little worried about the mixed reviews I found online, but everyone local either had bad reviews, mixed reviews, or none at all. Since they were close and had some (recent) good reviews, we went with them. No regrets. They did what I needed, at a very reasonable price and their customer service was truly above and beyond. I got new front brake calipers and hoses, pads, and they resurfaced both the front rotors. The brakes feel great and seem to be working as they are supposed to (Ill update my review if that changes, but they also warranty their work for 12 months, like any good mechanic should). While I dont expect discount pricing on the parts, most prices were reasonable for a garage except I thought the hose prices were a bit lofty. The labor rate was very fair, and the price on the brake hoses is my only “complaint” at this point, not enough to cost them a star. This wasnt the way I would usually choose a mechanic, but at least now we know where well for need oil changes or other work in future.

I had a flat tire this morning. I got there early before they officially opened. As soon as they opened at 8, a technician promptly drove my car in and repaired it within about 15 minutes. They have great customer service and do an impeccable job. I also bought tires from them a few months ago. The person on the phone was patient and thorough with explaining to me my different tire options. I dropped it off and had a four new tires within a few hours. We will definitely be sticking with them in the future.

Unfortunately I needed to be towed in for a new tire but...everyone here was very friendly and helpful and also gave me different tire options. The options were a blessing as I really didnt have the money for this and was able to get a nice tire for a low price. Unexpectedly while we were here my sons truck ended up having a problem with the passenger door so it has to stay, they are trying their best to help me without it breaking the bank. Im extremely thankful, sometimes when it rains it pours.

Great place of business. I never feel like Im getting hustled or pressured into buying something I dont need. The hours listed arent always correct so make sure you call before you visit to make sure they can fit you in before they close for the day. Four stars because the young lady at the front desk was short, curt and talked with her jacket collar over her mouth making it hard to understand any thing she was saying. But I will continue to patronize. If you want honest service Morgans is your place.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We have taken 3 vehicles here to get new tires before period today I pick up my car that I left overnight with damage on it. Thats upsetting enough but then re proceeds to accuse us of having the damage and leaving it there last night and then trying to blame them. He even reviewed the cameras and saw that we dropped it off with no damage but they will not admit fault. People spend your money somewhere else go to good year down the street do not patronize people than have such little respect for your business. And this is supposed to be a manager? How incredibly sad. He also with minutely fired 2 people today. Whats the chance that 1 of them damaged my car? Unfortunately we will never know

Drop my car off at 845 am I called two times since no one called me. At 230 my was still not looked at and told them to call me. At 515 pm I called and was told it just got done but I said no one called me and she said new tires are on. my front lights were not working right they were not looked at all. The best part is when they took the tires off they didnt check brakes !! I took my car for service at the dealer I had no back brakes really Morgan tires should have checked before they put new tires. best part is I messaged with my concerns and no one ever got back to me.

I come all the way from PA to bring my car to Morgan’s. Like many other shops, they do great work - but unlike many other shops, they are honest. They always explain clearly what is wrong and what they are going to do to fix the problem. I took my car to a shop associated with a dealership (mistake #1) and they told me I needed a new head gasket which is a $$$ repair. I took it to Morgan’s and they replaced the thermostat for a fraction of what the dealer quoted me for an unnecessary repair.

I have always had great service at Morgans Tire. They are personable and get you in and out quickly even though they are always busy. Great for simple service, tires or more involved repairs and their pricing is more than fair.

Always been treated well and never tried to get over on me. Even in situations I knew about with cars and just to see how they handle it they came correct and told me about the problem and even tried to help find me a used part since the car was high mileage.Even with tires, they will give you options and pricing. Sometimes even finding you better tires at lower prices. I guess, unlike other greedy places, they realize there will always be work to do, you don’t have to rip off people to make money you just have to do the work.Hats off to them for not being greedy and just doing there job and helping others save money if possible.Keep up the good work!

I had a screw in my tire and needed it to be patched. Went in around opening and was out in 30-40 mins. Hopefully no time soon but if I have any future tire needs I will absolutely be returning.

This place gouges the heck out of you if you let them. Took car there to get new brakes, rotors and oil change. Quoted $249 plus tax. OK no problem, drop the car off and 2 hours later get the call the caliper is bad and needs new one. New Quote $900! Blew a gasket!! Had the oil change done and that was it. Took it to another option and it cost me $375 all in. Never going to Morgans again

Awesome! !!!got a Challenger SRT 8 and they are the bomb.....I thought I might need new Brembo brake pads hut they informed me that I still had substantial life and didnt need to spend the cash....Installed 4 new Nitto NT05 tires, fixed the break light and took care of the allignment....These guys are my new go too.

This place is really going down hill! This past weekend (3/5/16) I took my car in for a oil change, tire rotation, and needed a hubcap. I dropped my car off at 11am, called at 12pm and was told my car was the next vehicle in (lies told by the staff many times that day), so I was almost done my dentist appointment and called at 1pm and was told the same thing again. I went to pick my car up without getting any service done, and my car was sitting in the same spot I parked it when I first arrived. This place is really going down! Come to think of it, this is the second time I felt this place has gone down the drain. Ive spent over $2000 with this place and dont want to spend another dime here.

Highly recommended! We got quotes from 7- tire centers, including 2 other GoodYear stores, Firestone, NTB, Pep Boys, & even Sams Club, and they beat everyones prices! They blew Pep Boys prices out of the water, and even beat Sams Clubs price for the exact same tires (installed, mounted, & balanced)! I didnt even think that was possible? So we will no longer have to get a quote for future tire purchases, Morgan Tire Center will definitely get all our business! ............... Thank You guys for GREAT service at the BEST prices! Fantastic customer service, honest (no gouging), good prices. They are my go-to for tires and mechanical work.

Would not recommend using this place. I replaced two tires on my AWD volvo which caused extensive damage to my car (blown front differential). After research and speaking to 2 other mechanics they said they would always ask if a car is AWD and always recommend changing all 4 tires (as this is the apparent reason for my malfunction). I had to explain my story multiple times on the phone because of lack of communication in their shop, to which eventually I got laughed at by the owner and told to look elsewhere for my repairs. I never leave reviews, much less bad reviews. However, I went in to get two tires (attempting to save a little cash) and ended up with a 1200 dollar repair on my car! They are overpriced and lack the proper integrity to take responsibility for their mistakes. DO NOT GO HERE.
