Went by one day they looked at car and suggested I go with a cat back because it was and easier install and was told to arrive by 8am so I ordered system and brought it with me at 8am and was told they don’t like to mess with them and preferably didn’t want to. Will never do business with them again.

Does awesome work and does a quick turnaround

Had a minor muffler/tailpipe issue and brought my car in late on a Friday afternoon. They were nice enough to look at it right away, diagnose the issue, show me the issue, and then get it fixed within about 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. Great customer service and highly recommend Alamance Muffler!

First come and first serve unless they can make more money on other jobs. Pulled my 37 foot camper 30 miles 40 minutes after I was informed that it needed to be looked at but should be able to be left over night and muffler fixed the next day. When I got there I was informed that he could make 600 dollars in the 1 and half hours it would take to fix mine so he couldnt do it. Then he wouldnt even open the gate I had to back the 37 foot trailer in the street just to get out the parking lot.

Our experience with this company has been very positive. We definitely will use them in the future. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I went at 3 on a very sunny Friday when I am sure folks were thinking of the weekend. They were so nice and accommodating, fixed my issue for much less than I anticipated (something all Nissans seem to have) and got me on my merry way. The lady at the front desk explained everything in a way that was easy to follow but still very thorough.

I have brought multiple vehicles to Ty over the years, always grade A service. He was the only one that said he could do and did the exhaust on my 67 mustang. 3 from the headers back, still on there to this day He also got my 69 F100 sounding right twice as well. (two different engines) I recommend him to all my customers that need major exhaust work.

Took my sons Subaru Baja in the other day for a broken muffler. They custom fabricated a new rear exhaust, replaced the muffler and even fixed a couple of other rattles too. Friendly folks. Quick service at fair price. Couldnt have ordered the parts and done it myself for less.

They just put a flowmaster supper 10 on my wifes Toyota sienna. Thats right .a supper 10 on a sienna. And it sounds amazing. Not highschool loud. Not backyard bolt on rough and rattaly. They have done the systems on all 4 of our cars. I refuse to go anywhere else. They have great prices. If you dont necessarily live in alamance county. Trust me its worth the drive.
