Anticipating the worst, I went in for an oil change and to have my loud exhaust looked at. At several other places in town, I have felt taken advantage of and ripped off. The fellas at Meineke in Burlington were Wonderful. Brad put my worries to ease with his professional down to earth attitude. It’s nice to finally feel secure in getting my car maintenance needs done. I know it will be done properly and at a fair price.

I have taken my car here a few times for a variety of issues. They are always very friendly, knowledgeable and get the job done the first time (unlike previous places I have gone to). Prices are reasonable also. So glad I finally found a decent place to take my vehicle!

I was in Burlington from out of state and late in the afternoon, and my brakes started having problems, so I pulled into the first place I saw, which was Meineke. They were so nice and willing to help me. They checked my brakes, identified the problem and fixed them while I waited! It was so wonderful and I would highly recommend them!

The building is older, but don’t judge a book by its cover. They were able to get me in same day for tires. The price was great and the service and atmosphere of the place was amazing. I’m reminded of that small town shop from back home, where they know you by name and treat you with kindness and fairness! Great job!!

Was in a hurry to get our exhaust fixed, was very pleased with the service and time it took them. I needed two new tires on my truck. Called and made an appointment and got me in the next day. I showed up a little early and got me right in. I was there maybe a half hour. Friendly, Fast, Profesional.

Brad does a great job running our local Meineke. He has always been courteous, fair, honest, and straightforward with us. He tells us if something really doesnt need to be fixed, and tries to save us money. He has made Meineke our favorite mechanic shop in our area.

Outstanding customer service. Very friendly and polite manager. My car was making a rattling noise and after looking under my car I realized that the heat shield to the exhaust had come loose and was hanging on the exhaust. My dad recommend that I take it here. The man at the counter was able to get my car in for a look. Turns out the heat shield had rusted away where the fasteners hold it to the car. The service staff was able to secure the shield and resolve the issue. It was an easy fix and they didnt charge me anything.

They are friendly and quick. They know what they are doing and they do it quite well. They are the only place I think of to take my vehicle.

I had a flat tire and I was completely blown away by the customer service I received. We were in town for a funeral and I ended up with a flat tire. We were parked in the HyVee parking lot adjacent to the shop. Brad and one of his employees bent over backwards to provide the best service possible and fast too. They took an air pig over to my car, filled it with air and high tailed it to the shop to patch my tire.I highly recommend this shop and am so impressed with how nice they were to work with! Keep up the amazing job!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! They were fast, and inexpensive! Shottenkirk wanted to charge me 147 bucks for my air filter...only cost me 12 here! This shop has great customer service! I will def be bringing my car back when I need more work done! They did awesome on my car and Brad is awesome!! Its nice to know there are shops out there that do a good job and dont Rip you off or treat you different because your a woman!

Went in to get my car serviced January 11, 2019, tires, wheel alignment.. Brad found another problem with my back tires and suggested that be fixed as well, quoted me a price and fixed that issue now I’m back on the road driving safely. Brad is awesome he stands behind his work, this is not the first time that I’ve dealt with him and each time I come here I’ve never had a problem, I’ve recommend Brad to a few of my friends. We were in town from out of state with a slow leak. They got us right in and we were still able to do all of our fun activities! Price was great for a tire repair and they were very nice!!

I just left there, had my breaks and rotors replaced. They charged me almost $300 less than Derry was trying to charge me. They got it done right and got it done fast. And they also gave me a free estimate a week or so ago on other work i needed done. GREAT PLACE TO GET STUFF DONE RIGHT!!!!

Very polite, reasonably priced and got my vehicle serviced quickly. Mazda always is booked and usually takes weeks to fit me in. Had a funny loud humming noise coming from somewhere and didnt want to wait that long. Went in on Weds for a diagnostic, it took him about 10 mins to tell me it was a bad wheel barring. He ordered the part and fit me in first thing Thurs morning. Very Happy with the work he did! Mazda just lost a costumer, I will now get all my work done here:) Thank you guys!!

Improper support & broken welds due to the installation of a new exhaust on my vehicle have caused a problem with the catalytic converter on my car & they want $1000+ more from me. The new exhaust that they put on my car broke over & over again over the past year from their horrible welds. The constant strain can cause this damage! I am notifying the BBB. I tried to contact the owner who also owns Schupick Motors in Burlington but he ignored me. The exhaust has had to be repaired 4 times! Horrible customer service! I have also noticed that the owner ignores the majority of honest, negative reviews on here. Taylor no longer works there. The new manager is very rude. I will tell everyone in the area & my enormous family not to go there. I am disabled and these people just keep conning me. I was in management with 2 major retailers here in town. I never allowed ANY of my employees to be rude!

Very shakey business practices, very bias towards Male customers vs female customers. I had the wife call to get a quote on some repairs that are need, Brad stated that what was being requested needed to be checked out to see if thats really what it needed. Backstory, I am a certified gm technician who diagnosed the vehicle myself, but I do not have the free time to work on it. She ended the call, so I called and explained that I know whats wrong with the vehicle, Brad was cool with that he said give him a little time to write up an estimate. Two days after that phone call my wife called Brad back (who sounded very annoyed) he said the estimate still wasnt done, and to give him until the next day. Two days later no phone call, so we called Brad again part of the quote was written up. A complaint to corporate has been filed, they clearly cannot keep their word, if anyone where I worked had done that it would be instant job termination. Glad they did not get any of my money, Im not sure how the techs there are because I never made it that far. Go elsewhere folks there are way better shops out there.

My alternator started to go bad 8 months after they replaced it for me and I did not have to pay anything for parts or labor, the warranty covered everything!

Went to get air in my flat tire. I had my two kids in the car and he denied me free air, telling me they didnt have time to air my tire up. Not only was I on a complete flat, the office was empty except for one other customer who had already been helped. They were rude and told me to go to Hy-Vee, and ask them. Its sad when a business is more about the money than the community. I wouldnt recommend their service to anyone.
