Literally the most painless car shopping experience I’ve ever had from start to finish. Erin kept in touch with me looking for different cars they had to help me find the perfect one before I even got there. When I arrived the car I called about was out front waiting for us! Always had a great experience at the dealership. I travel an hour to deal with Burlington Chevrolet despite being within 15 minutes of two other Chevrolet Dealerships in Monmouth County, NJ. Even just for routine maintenance I drive out to Burlington. Wouldn’t buy or service a Chevy anywhere else. All the employees are honest and do the right thing.

I absolutely love this dealership. My second car I purchased consecutively and I will continue to stick with them. The prices are unbeatable, no hidden fees, and everything is laid out/broken down before you decide if you want to move forward with the deal. My first purchase was back in 2017 with Harold and he got me exactly what I wanted and more (back up camera and remote control start installed). The second time I went Fred took care of me and was in and out within two hours. They will work with you to get you into what you want within reason. My husband went by himself and called me to see what I thought I was not happy so he came home. The next day Chris Bouzikas called to say he was sorry we couldn’t make the deal but he had another vehicle he wanted us to see. We went over and discussed our options and it wasn’t working for us. Then we saw the Chevy Bolt and we asked Chris to run the numbers. To our surprise Jessica Hoff was able to crunch the numbers and the final deal was perfect. We were very happy 😃.

Mr. Green connected with me after I obtained services for my 2019 Traverse. I ended up buying a 2021 Silverado 1500. Mr. Green asked relevant questions and took the appropriate time for response, showed me the bells and whistles on the truck, and even set up my phone and map application with the vehicle. He directed me to OnStar and SiriusXM accounts situations. Mr. Green was spectacular. I would buy from him again, BUT Im not... !!!! :)

Stopped by today to take a look at there inventory and noticed they were up charging vehicles $6000 calling it market value adjustment. I asked a sales person why and he told me all the dealers are doing it and I told him I know other dealer whom does not do that and his response was why are you here?....lol good luck doing your business that way

Bought car in feb ‘21. Nail in tire, took it to the dealer they said tires were dry rotted this was in May. I complained they told me they will put four new tires on they will pay for three I will pay for one. Sounded like a good deal that was the end of May. Tire went flat again last week, need new tire. Now the price went up $70 in 1 month. No more!!

I purchased the vehicle I was told I would be supplied with a list of dealers by me that service lifted trucks. I did not receive any list of dealers and when I asked the service representative I was told places dont want to work on lifted trucks. To have to drive 1.5 hours each way to have service done is quite an inconvenience for me and wasnt disclosed initially.

My car was at the dealership for several weeks . I had to keep calling to get any updates . Mark in service never called to update me. I had an appointment, but I had to call a few days later to see what was going on . I was told I had to approve extra diagnosing time by mark and that I needed to contact the other chevy dealer that my car was at several years prior. They thought it was the same issue yet I had to get them records from the chevy dealer cause they said they couldn’t get in touch with chevy . So it took me 15 minutes to get info from the other chevy dealer the deajer sent them right to mark . Then I contacted mark in another day or two abd he said no we haven’t started the extra diagnosing the tech who was going to do it left for a four day weekend .I couldn’t get a rental car and mark said I had to get on a list for a loaner car but it was atleast a week wait. I contacted gm and the service manager at Burlington chevy . He called me back and said they have a vehicle for me which was a big help. So then the following week comes and still no contact at all . I called back abs was told oh we haven’t had time to look at your car again. But it should be soon.I finally called again later in the week and mark says let me look to see if there’s any update and he sees my car is done but no one called or anything . The initial issue that they said was the problem but here I am paying for extra diagnosing which is crazy and other dealers said the same thing. Even with warranty I paid 1,300.00 for extra diagnosing . It has been worse experience I’ve had at a dealer . Princeton chevy was so much more pleasant to deal with . Even when I had to call them for all my records for Butlington . Princeton got me all info I needed in minutes and called me back to see how I made out. It was stressful not getting any updates all threw out the weeks they had my car at Burlington chevy. Especially paying extra diagnosing for the problem they said it was at first .

Tried to get me to buy a new(used returned EV) for cheaper than a new EV, told me I’d still be eligible for Federal tax credits $7500. If I’d listened to them I’d be $7500 poorer, I listened to my accountant instead. I’d never go back, also used high pressure tactics which completely turned me off to buying there.

I contacted the internet sales department at Burlington Chevrolet to inquire about a new Camaro they had listed on their website. Due to the current market they were advertising a $5000 market adjustment on the vehicle.When I spoke to Jessica, I inquired if the market adjustment was negotiable. I was willing to pay over MSRP, but not $5000. I was told yes, it was, but to come in for the best leverage.I live an hour away and would not usually go to the dealer knowing I would be paying a $5000 upcharge. I would simply move on to the next dealer.Well after driving an hour, I arrive to find not only a $5000 market adjustment on the vehicle, they also add a protection package for an additional fee, I think around $1500.If this wasnt bad enough, I had a Kelly Blue Book instant cash offer for over $28,000 for my trade, however they started at $25,000 and wouldnt go above $27,000, even thought they admitted they were a Kelly Blue Book dealer.They absolutely refused to negotiate the $5000 market adjustment and refused to honor the Kelly Blue Book instant cash offer.I dont mind them charging whatever they feel they can get for the car, it is a free market.What I mind is being lied to just to be brought into the showroom. If the market adjustment is non-negotiable, just say that and dont waste 3 hours of my time.Avoid at all costs. They practice everything bad that you hear about car dealerships.

My experience was wonderful from start to finish! I had a bad experience at the dealership I had been with for almost 10 years and was referred to Burlington Chevy by a friend after. I called Burlington in the morning honestly not expecting much after what this other place was trying to do to me, but boy was I wrong! Within seconds of talking to Jessica and Chris over the phone I could tell Burlington Chevy genuinely cares about their customer! They asked me what I was looking for and did everything they could to get me just that. They honestly exceeded my expectations not just because I wasn’t haggled once but because for the first time car shopping, I felt like I was treated like a person and enjoyed working with car salesmen! Absolutely ridiculous the way my friend was treated. They sold him an F250 with bad breaks, no fuse cover, no spare key, no door code, and the truck was locked in “my key” mode so he couldn’t turn the radio up or go over 80 MPH. QUOTING the service department “it’s a used car sold as is.” Im absolutely astounded at how he was treated when a week earlier my fiancé bought an F250 from Lucas Ford and received top notch service. My friend is now at Lucas Ford spending more money for them to correct burlington chevys mistakes. it’s a shame that in such a tough market they would treat a willing customer like this. I highly recommend not going here for future business.

One of the smoothest vehicle purchases i made in a while! The other time was when i purchased a vehicle from them in 2017! Walt (the Chevy Boss) is the best! He took care of me both times and i couldnt have asked for better service. Beware! Fred and RC, super cool salesman. Friendly and knowledgeable. Sales manager has no people skills and tried to illegally scam us! I believe his name was Terry. Another bad thing was they decided to mark up their chevy silverado 1500 about $3000 which was not listed on the website-false advertising. We checked later in the day for laughs and they added the adjusted market price up on the website. Glad we did not purchase a vehicle from here!

VERY disappointed with their professionalism & customer service. Their sales methods are tacky & integrity is questionable, as the day I went to sign, they tried to lease me a DEFECTIVE car & upon me telling them I dont want it (since i didnt want a brand new car in the shop nor did i want to wait HOURS to have this happen) theyd find me a similar car on another lot....& guess what ... I havent heard from them since!! Hows that for customer service?? No call to say were sorry, no call to say they found another car, no call to say lets make this right.... NOTHING. Its totally ok though, because as soon as i left there I followed up with another dealer & was greeted with smiles at that dealership, where I signed for the same car, just higher trim level & am beyond happy. So let me start by saying this was a terrible experience top to bottom. We leased the 2021 chevy traverse premier redline edition. This dealer was the onky i could find that had this exact model in about 100 miles at the time. R.C. who is the salesman insulted my wife telling her it was too expensive of a vehicle for her because she was negotiating how much we wanted to put dowb. Chris the manager refused to wiggle but hey i get it. The salesman refused to show my wife any of the features of the vehicle due to covid yet we had been to several other locations where we were showed the features. The vehicle had rear bowtie emblem damaged upon leaving the dealership on a brand new car which was in the showroom! We were given temp tags which expire this week and were supposed to get tags sent to us. I find out today the tags have been at the dealership since 5/28 with no one ever contacting us! Did i mention they let my wife leave the dealership without a spare key on a brand new 50k car without a spare key lol. Craziness ha. I can only share my experience but i will not be back and i would recommend not taking your business to this dealership ever. Oh and theres more... after they got our money i was harassed for days after on paperwork they needed from me or the prices would be changed. Lol 😆. Who lets someone leave with a car and a signed contract then attempts to change the price and circumstances? As of today the emblem still unresolved bc they didnt even inspect the damn car! Still no tag. I did get the key but the emblem has not been fixed because they refuse to send the emblem to a closer affiliated location for my convenience. Gotta love it.#GoElsewhere

I couldnt have better things to say about Burlington Chevrolet-- and in specific, I need to thank both Chris Bouzikas and Fred Green. Within a days time, we were able to close on a lease agreement with zero surprises come signing day. All of the information was presented correctly and fairly by Chris, who helped to secure us an incredible lease in record time with kindness, and we were lucky enough to work with Fred on all the fine details throughout the process all the way through Delivery (Fred is the nicest person on the planet and is absolutely incredible). Burlington Chevy is over an hour away from me, and Id take the trip down there anytime for a car. This is by far the best experience Ive ever had with a Dealer, and working with Chris and Fred has been an absolute pleasure. Its simple if you need a car, these are your guys.
