First, Ill say that yes, they do a fantastic job on auto body repair.BUT....Important heads up here -- be sure to ASK THEM HOW LONG the job will take. They had my car for a WEEK, and NOBODY there gave me that heads up. I would have been able to arrange for a rental from my insurance if I had known, and instead was scrambling to borrow a vehicle from friends/family while I already didnt have mine.Oh also, literally same day my car was ready to be picked up - By the way, we charge 4% if you pay by credit card... so I raced home to grab my checkbook (not like Ive got $1500 in cash lying around, and who uses checks these days....) on top of already trying to make a doctors appointment after picking up the car!!!So, yes theyre good, but, have cash/check ready, and make sure theyre honest about the time it will take to do the work.

Burlington Collision Center is simply the best auto body repair shop in the area. I have been a customer for years. I never have to second guess their work or receive anything less than a perfect finished product. They are awesome.I highly recommend them.

Great experience here, Ed was quick and helpful with getting me on the schedule and taking care of my adjuster quote. Wayne kept me up to date on the progress of my car and even came in early on a Saturday to finish my job after working hard to get my car’s tough paint mix just right. It’s easy to tell the crew at BCC take pride in their work and don’t cut any corners.

We just had our Ford Explorer restored to New condition after an accident that damaged half a dozen panels of the car from a side swipe accident. Ed and his team got us right in and worked with our insurance company to get an agreed upon estimate. Because of the complexity of the damage it was estimated that it would take several weeks to repair.. The car was a challenge to fix because of supply chain issues resulting from COVID19. This didnt stop them from working hard to secure the parts. When we took delivery of the vehicle on time, it was shiney and new. The interior had been detailed which was a silver lining from the accident. Thank you Ed! We highly recommend you!

I just got my 2013 Chevy equinox done there, I am amazed with the results! Can’t even tell it was in an accident. Another place tried to tell me my car was totalled!!! I showed Ed a few pictures and he said bring it in, 2 weeks later it’s back in mint condition and saved me over 1000 dollars in the process. I had to get a door repaired due to an accident and I called Burlington Collision Center on aMonday and they were able to fit me in two days later. The repair required installing an entire new door. They were able to order the parts, paint it the same exact color as the rest of the car, and they finished it promptly in a week. Their customer service was excellent and the finished job looks amazing. Thank you Burlington Collision Center!

This is locally owned and operated. They are very caring and sincere about their customers. I couldnt put in another review for here but her made my bumper look brand new. As if nothing had ever happened to the vehicle. The aerodynamics feel normal again traveling on the interstate so THANK YOU!

These guys are great! They were fast, friendly and easy to work with. They handled the claim with my insurance company and my truck looked good as new after the repair! I hope not to get into another accident again, but if I do Ill definitely return to Burlington Collision.

Having a car accident is stressful - having it far from home adds to that stress. By chance, we were towed to Burlington Collision Center, where Ed stayed on after 5 pm to meet us. He felt confident he could do the work - and he was more than correct. He even came in after hours to allow us to pick it up when it was easiest for us.The color matched beautifully, the fit and finish was perfect, and all of the mechanics and electronics worked perfectly. We just finished our 9 hour ride home, so we had ample time to test it.We highly recommend Burlington Collision Center - if you have an unfortunate event, dont hesitate to go to Ed to get you fixed up! Quick and at a good price.

Stopped by for an estimate. Was spoken down to in the explanation of the process by whoever it was I met (did not introduce themselves; pretty unprofessional). While I am not knowledgeable on the subject of auto body work, Im not stupid. They looked at my car, pointed out the issues and said, it depends on what I want to do without expressing the options.

Mechanics worked under budget and ahead of schedule. Got great work on my car for an affordable rate.
