I am not happy at all. I wanted something that was functional and got nothing of the sorts! I wanted some running boards put on my truck they said they couldnt do it but they could put Nerf Bars on it and they are totally not functional. Plus they cracked the body of my truck

Been having Barry do work occasionally mostly window tinting for years I had my 2019 Gator windows tinted there and messed up my windshield with a heat gun or something looks like rain bow waves From top to bottom. So last week against my better judgment I scheduled to have the side windows back glass and ansi line band on my 2017 Peterbuilt Dump. They said leave it first thing Monday morning they would get right on it. Called them at lunch “haven’t started “ they called at 4:00 said it was ready. Got there and they only done the side windows. They said that was all they where doing. So I took it to Trim Line and there taking the mess they done off and replacing it with a darker tint and doing the front and back windows for not much more than the $137.00 they charged me for doing the 2 side windows. Been doing business there a long time.

Was asked to be there at 315 arrived at 3 at 430 the owner says he is on lunch and they will start on it shortly at 445 the owner comes out and says he cant get intouch with his tent guy he has been trying to call him! Wasted my time and I will not be back

I’ve been trying for weeks with lots of phone calls to get a replacement back glass for my camper shell. Every time I call I get the same response: take down my info and inform me that they’ll have to call the factory and will get back to me. I’ve never gotten a callback.Would not recommend working with these folks. They seem unorganized, lazy, and generally don’t care about their customers.

Brought my car to have a hitch install and they completed the work quickly and with a reasonable price.

The service was awful it took 38 hours to complete a 3 to 4 hour job for instalation of fender flares .screws were driven at bad angles drilled extra holes while the proper holes for instalation are already provided . Barry told me he had super skilled technicians they know what they are doing. Then sad we are not perfect .so if you want a 500 dollar fender job thats not perfect this is the place to come. I wish I could load the pics they are hideous and I will now be paying another 500$ for a professionally installed set of fender wells .

This is a great place to go to. If adding a few odds And ends to your ride they do it all. Window tint looks great. I absolutely love my bed cover. Will be back for more as soon as I come across the funds. I would recommend this business to anyone. Its great items at a great cost. You cannot go wrong here.

Great customer service. The only problem I had was that I was told that the service I wanted would have taken 4 hours which was no problem and I had planned someone to pick me up, when I had someone on the way 45 mins later they told me my car was ready. I think they should have been better with estimating the wait time. As a side note they said it would take 4 hours in more than one conversation.

I have known Barry for many years and am shocked at some of the comment I have seen here. I have been in the shop seen him helping people that are being jerks to him, his wife & a couple of their employees.I have gone to him for windshield repair on 2 cars & told Nationwide I refuse where they wanted to send me I want Barry. He has done paint repair on a car where several were keyed at a shopping center 1 day. I had hail damage on another car. I took my sons car to him to have the windows tinted for is birthday, got my other son a truck toolbox for his birthday. I got the vent shades for 4 vehicles from him. If there is anything I want or need I call him first. I have sent friends to him & they are very happy with what they had done.

I cant say enough good things about Cars & Truckware. I brought my beautiful new car from Cox Toyota (Who I also love) into them and they tinted the windows AND covered the strategic pieces of my car in vinyl, which has SAVED my car from so many potential rock chips, scratches, grocery cart dents, etc.The gentleman who worked on my vinyl was so exacting, patient, precise, and did the best job I have ever seen for any service on my car. He explained EVERYTHING to me so I understood exactly what he was doing, and how to take care of it. I marvel at how well he did. My car still have the original vinyl, 3 years later, and it continues to protect my car. I dont have a garage, so believe me, the vinyl is a miracle protectant from the elements.Barry is so positive and friendly everytime I go in there. Their whole staff is honest, ethical, professional, welcoming and friendly. They even have a nice waiting area with clean bathrooms, newspapers to read, a soda machine, and comfortable chairs. The absolute worst experience. I drove 2 hours to discuss purchasing a truck top/cap/camper shell. I knew I was ready to purchase, just wasnt sure which brand to go with. Barry insisted that I go with a Ranch product due to the lucrative deal he was able to give. $1800 for the ranch supreme (high rise model). After going over the numerous options I suggested I was interested in having a single high bay window rather than the dual window towards the back of the top. Barry said, yea, well when we order that style top the manufacturer already has the shells made with the two windows and thats just the way it is. Despite his statement, I continued to press with the sale and thought is there an option to add a window pet screen to my upgraded rear window slider? Barry insisted that this may be a possibility and that he would call in to check or see if this was an option. I purchased the truck top and immediately called Ranch Fiberglass to educate them on the fact that Barry, who is representing their company as an authorized dealer consecutively gave me misinformation about their product. TJ who is Ranch Fiberglass National Sales and Marketing Manager said he will take care of this issue by allowing me to drop the cap off at a different location and have the window fixed along with an opportunity to add a l.e.d. strip to the interior aspect of the truck cap. Great and effective service by Ranch. Now, Ive had this product less than 2 weeks and the truck top is experiencing its first rain. EVERYTHING I store inside my truck bed is ruined due to nearly every hole in the roof that somehow supports the truck top rack system is leaking. This is my absolute last straw with this specific cap. I called Barry today immediately after noticing the leak and he just apologized and suggest I discuss this with Ranch as to they are the ones to make the decision. He also denied any aspect of any statement of offering/not offering the single high bay window option. What a way to CYA by stating you didnt do something!!! Im fed up with Barry and how the company is ran. Barry also added to his statement that he DID call Ranch to ask them about the pet screen slider. When I asked Barry he said that Ranch will send extra pet screens. The result was No Pet Screen, Ranch had no history of Barry requesting or asking this question, but somehow Barry continues to say hes not a liar. I cannot stress enough how awful this sale was. I hope other experiences havent been this bad and that people are just putting up with the horrible service because they get the product they want and leave. I just cant stress enough how fed up I am. Additionally, he stated upon my first visit that the pit bull that was all over the inside of the business was his sons dog and that he was just watching it. Well, two weeks later after I put the order in and I show back up to have t installed, guess where the dog was. All up inside the store going back and forth and all around my legs. i shouldve know the lack of attention to detail Barry had or the laziness of his business by the WEEKS maybe I would be safe to say MONTHS of dog crap all along his inner fence wall where he stored truck caps that he sells. Its disgusting and extremely unprofessional not to mention the smell is gross!!! Additionally, it was frustrating that his grand daughter or niece or someones little girl that was no older than 10-12 was in the store practicing her selling techniques on me while I was initially waiting on my truck cap to be installed. The entire experience was extremely poor. I will be waiting on a call back from TJ at Ranch tomorrow to see where all of this ends up. I want a FULL 100% refund on this 2 week old truck cap. I hope this is useful to anyone who is considering buying a truck cap or looking up this business to purchase something for their vehicle. Go somewhere that is honest, clean, professional and who will go the extra step for their customers. This place is a disgrace and a waste of time....Barry stated he will NOT offer any refund for Ranch. Pathetic and shady business

Had a appointment at 2pm for window tinting and door jam cover and they was suppose to do the tint today and the door jam tomorrow and came back at 5:20 and nothing was done and berry the owner gave me a run around about me leaving my car over night. Nah Ill just go spend my money elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Berry Rhue.
