Burleson Harley Davidson team made me feel comfortable and welcome at the dealership. They didnt pressure me into my decision on purchasing my first bike, they provided me space and time to feel each model available for purchase. I was looking specifically for something smaller and used since this was my first bike that I was going to use to learn on, they didnt pressure me to up-sell and they provided different suggestions based on my feedback. Everyone took their time with me, answered my questions and showed patience with explaining the entire process and future needs I may have. Its a nice place. The store front is quite small but the staff is great and inviting. Unfortunately didnt have a good selection of rider safety items like rider boots but its a small place.

Best damded bike shop this side of Mexico. Customer service is well balanced and friendly. Store inventory will have what you need. Prices... just kidding; youre gonna pay Harley prices. I have watched them maintain a changing, sizeable used inventory during covid periods that completely dried up others. Makin us proud Stampede.

Well first off the service department always takes care of us. Service advisor James is always friendly and helpful. I have had horrible experiences at some of the other Harley dealers in the area so I was going to a non Harley shop until we met James and their service department.Second. Sales is awesome. I didn’t imagine I would ever buy a bike in dealership but I found they had really comparable prices. Lower then individuals and lower them the other Harley dealers. Casey was really patient with me and I know I was a pain. He was never rude or pushy. And genuinely honest. And I hate buying anything at a dealership bc you have to go through finance. But their finance guy was really nice and super efficient!Lastly the two ladies in the apparel department are always helpful. Before I purchased my new bike I bought some glasses and they were really nice and knowledgeable. They pulled out every pair explained they difference.Oh one more thing long before buying a newer bike I had an old bike that needed lots of parts. I will say that’s really the best part of the dealership and the part I use the most is parts. And David is super cool and is always nice. He knows how to find all the parts and can give you recommendations esp during covid when parts were really hard to come by!

Everything with H-D on is always quite expensive, especially when living on Social Security. However, the time a salesperson, such as David, lends an ear and takes time to talk, tends to make letting go to purchase items, a whole lot easier. I LOVE this place so much! My husband and I enjoy going to visit each weekend. I have found that Wendy and Kelly are delightful to chat with, and Flip is hilarious. Everyone Ive met so far and had an opportunity to talk to has been FULL of information about motorcycles. I personally am saving up for some of the Harley-Davidson fashion items. I go there devotedly to hang out with the ladies, and see the fashion line. My husband wants a motorcycle and we are hoping to be able to do that in the near future. They have live music on Saturday, and beer, raffles - its just a very friendly place I enjoy just hanging out and meeting the people who come in, and who work there. I just cannot say enough good things about this place, they are a 5 star establishment, and then some. After owning several 2 wheeler Harleys through the last 30 or so years we experienced a life changing accident. We were hit by a woman texting and driving. My wife suffered the most, requiring significant reconstructive surgery and a permanent disability. Although Steven and his awesome service crew did a remarkable job putting our Heritage back together my wife could not muster up enough oomph to get back on it. We are diehards and have to have the wind keep the dust and cobwebs away. Carl who had turned us on to our Heritage a couple of years ago found the solution in a Trike, with the right price tag. My wifes soul lit up the moment she sat behind me on a test ride. How could I say no? Happy Wife = Happy Life! Besides, neither of us are getting younger and we have actively lived life to the point holding up a Hog is not as easy as it once was. Thank You Carl, Cory, Steven, James, and Merle. Yall make Stampede our Harley home.

The store is very nice and open. The decor is the best Ive seen. They have a great selection of bikes and apparel. I could hear a salesman discussing a bike with a gentleman and he seemed very knowledgeable. The only drawback I had was the fact that we werent spoke to the entire time we were there. I dont like shopper stalkers but just let me know you are there if I need anything.

It was my first time in, and I love this place. The people are nice and the merchandise is high quality. They have prices for all budgets. Each Saturday they have live entertainment. This week Thawind Mills was there. He did a great job playing guitar, singing, and involving the crowd. Ill definitely be back for their birthday celebration next Saturday.

Associates there work on commission or what? It was great to be waited on, fed a snack, shown some bike gear, tried on a few bikes and sold a great deal! Among many other biker purchases, we bought a sound system at a good price. It was a good experience and of course, you know with our history, we will definitely be back! My guy goes there often, it was my first time. It has left a good feeling with me in general.

Cory worked a great deal for me and provided a great sales experience then when I needed to deal with service James took awesome care of my bike and the guys in the back got it fixed right the first time and under budget ! Hard to find good sales and service in one place but these guys don’t disappoint!

They have 2 sizes of Chaps - 3X and Small.On their website they fail to mention if they sell HD Apparel. So I called, got a rude little girl, I asked if they sold chaps, she said Yes, we have 2 sizes 3X and Small . So if you arent the size of a whale or the size of a minnow they have no chaps for normal sized Harley riders. They should change the name of this place to Mickey Mouse Harley Davidson. I will not waste my time trying to support this dealer. In 2 weeks when I buy my next Harley it will not be purchased here.

This is a great place for bike lovers. I bought a new bike from them and it was a great experience. When it came time for the 1000 mile service I took the bike in, and when they were done they brought the bike to me. I had dental surgery while they had the bike, and could not pick it up myself. The bike is now in for repairs, as I went down when a kid pulled out into me. I called them, and they came across town and picked it up.

Bought my Road Glide here from Carl. Overall everyone here is very knowledgeable from motorcycle sales (Carl), retail sales(Sarah), parts (David) to the service department (Preacher). Will keep coming back!

We’ve been to almost 300 Harley shops and yours is by far the worst one. You had no big T-shirts, no dealership pins and the gals behind the counter didn’t care if we bought anything or not. Not one person acknowledged that we even walked in the door. What a waste of time. We’ll never stop again that’s for sure.

Stampede picked up my Freewheeler repaired my brakes at a very reasonable price plus a state inspection and a wash and delivered trike back to me. Couldnt be any more pleased with service. Also always a positive experience when dealing with parts. 👍

Hubby and I visited Stampede Harley Davidson on 1/31/2020 at 1500. We rode our bikes from Lawton Oklahoma to attend ROC training in Waco.Of course when visiting a new city and see a HD dealership we have to stop and buy a cool t-shirt or a coin or two. We also like to talk to staff and see what the dealership is all about.During our visit the only communication was with the parts counter gentleman who was making popcorn!Not one sales person in motorclothes or bikes welcomed us or introduced themselves.You need your HD family to recommend your dealership as a destination and I wish I could.I hope your next customer has a positive experience at your dealership.

Experience was good at first. Then trying to get a bike. They say we are approved for one amount and we try to get on a bike. With one down payment. And every time we gather up the down payment they come up with a higher amount. And wanna keep u waiting. They say one thing and do something different. Its unreal. Not a good experience at all. They told us what we need one day so we show up with that and then it turns into needing something more. All they do is deliver false hope and get you aggravated. Not how we want our first Harley purchase to go at all!!!

Great place staff are awesome just a little disappointed that I had to go and pick my bike up after being told they would deliver on Wednesday then was told I wouldn’t be till Saturday and I had bought the bike on Tuesday but overall experience was awesome and I got what I wanted and reasonable price

Guys ran my credit after knowing what my budget was. Acted like it was no problem to get there then came back with no room to negotiate and even with a lower rate than my other approval couldn’t get the deal done. They should have been able to tell me they couldn’t get that price without running my credit. Poor customer service and shady practice in my opinion. Won’t do business with them.

I have been to a lot of Harley Davidsons. I always purchase something. I do not look like I cannot afford something in there. However as I was looking at the clothes I had several employees just staring at me as if I was about to steal. I would never ever do that!! We have Harley Davidsons as well. I will not be going back to this location.

Stampede Harley does it again. I try not to visit Stampede ever since they opened when I tried to buy a Road King there and the sales associate misrepresented their retail trade offer and then hounded me for months with the best deal in North Texas for 2k over retail on a Vivid Black bike. Its a real bummer, they are by far the closest dealer but they just never seem to have their act together. Called them on June 15th to ask if they had a clutch leaver in stock for a project bike Im working on. Parts guy said absolutely. Headed over and it was no surprise that the in fact did not have it in stock. The parts guys pointed me to Ft. Worth Harley buy by then it was 6:50, the store closes at 7. I go to the Adams shop in Waco for all my bikes, my service work and most of my parts, I will just stick with them in the future.

The people here are extremely nice and just happen to be selling the very finest motorcycles.

The staff is awesome they have live music, food and drinks every Saturday 12 to 3 its a great place to hangout and visit.

We had a nice long discussion over the finer merits of owning a motorcycle v. the purchase cost for several hours, and they worked with me in meeting me halfway. Ive decided to take all of my business to them as a result. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Everyone We saw was so very nice and helpeful. my wifes dad is in his last time so we dropped everything and left at Midnight, we loaded our bike at Legacy H-D in Odessa, TX. and Traveled to Ft. Worth, Tx. when we got there we needed to unload it. Thanks to the guys who helped me get it out during our time of need!

Great place to buy a bike. Carl goes above and beyond to do what he can to make sure to get your bike and make you happy. Even Corrie the store manager will help you, pretty much everyone there will. Also a great service department. They did great work on my 2012 Roadking a couple years ago, and it was warranty work. Just bought a 2019 Roadglide Special and love it. Before you go anywhere else give them a chance, you wont reget it. Not to badmouth Longhorn but to me Stampede has more of a family feel. The good family not the ones that treat you like the blacksheep.

Ive been riding Harleys since 1983 and this dealership by far is my favorite. Great selection, the staff is top notch. Everyone from the sales and finance side of the house to parts/service and motor clothes makes it their goal to make sure you have a positive experience.

Had worst experience ever at any Harley dealer. Was doing bike transfer from person to person never explained that it would take 10 days to get me a check for my bike since buyer was going to finance thru Harley. Kept telling me check ready tomorrow. Finally went to pick up bike this is 3rd trip up and they have it tore apart. Come back tomorrow. With no hey let us fix this want you to be happy customer. Go to any other Harley. Dont waste your money here!
