Went in there just to look around, but found a RZR 800 S that caught my eye. The Staff was very friendly my Salesman Michael was Great, took his time with us visited with us for a bit. It was reasonably priced so I Bought it....have had it for months now No Problems or issues at all. There service center is top notch very knowledgeable you can trust them to work on you vehicles. They have earned my business for sure...

No one other than Amy has a clue what they are doing here. I had been talking to the sales team over two weeks about a side by side they had.As soon as I walk in, the first guy I see says that machine you are looking at is already sold. I told him that’s odd because I just called and your sales manager told me it’s still for sale. Fast forward 30 minutes after looking this unsafe piece of junk over, I am told the machine hasn’t even been through the post trade in service check yet and they have had it for over a month so I couldn’t buy it for another week or two if I even wanted to. She said I wish you would have called before you drove all the way here so I could have told you that. I told her I did and I talked to your sales manager and he mention absolutely nothing about that machine not being ready to sell.After driving 2 hours to get to their store, I can’t even test drive the side by side because they accidentally left all of their helmets at the other store. Come to find out about 20 minutes later, I am told I’m glad you didn’t test drive it because that side by side doesn’t have breaks. Had they had a helmet, I would have been put in a very dangerous situation.Had this side by side been in good shape I would have made out extremely well because they didn’t even know that side by side was a turbo model. They had it listed as a base model and after my initial inspection I found the turbo but all of the stickers were removed from the plastics. These guys are so clueless that they don’t even know their own inventory.For your and your families safety, please avoid this dealership at all costs!

I have went there 4 different times and tried to buy a motorcycle locally first. No inventory and over 1,500 dollars over priced on the model they did have. Drove 112 miles and saved huge. Always want to do business locally first, but cant over pay that much. I guess they have to pay for all those renovations for all the inventory they dont have.. Wish them the best.

Went there from recommendation from Freedom in Burleson looking to buy a Polaris and we walked in the showroom and no one acknowledged us or even talked to us. There were no customers with any of their sales staff and all they did was stare at us. We walked around to the back and this guy back told me that if I wanted to see anything I would have to talk to a salesperson in the showroom. I didnt bother going back in because the sales staff had already showed me that they werent interested in helping me. Maybe It was because I wasnt a good ol boy, I dont know but it was an experience I dont want to go through again.

Friendly sales person. But they have VERY LITTLE product in house. No 4 wheelers at all, and only 1 side-by-side, and about a dozen motorcycles. Disappointed to say the least.

The parts dept. gentleman was friendly and helped me with what I needed. He pulled up the schematics diagram on the computer and made sure it was the correct parts for what I needed. We ordered them and the great thing was the parts I needed werent on backorder. I should receive then in about 4-5 business days. I was in the store for maybe 10 mins. The store was clean and nice and the service was great. I will be back in the future for more parts.

Ive been holding back all year on picking up the new 2019 KX 450F and today I finally pulled the trigger. There are of course many dealerships where you can pick up a dirtbike from, but I had many friends recommend me to Johnson County Motorsports due to the great customer service and non-pushy sales - they were not wrong!Warren Burch (owner) is a class act who genuinely cares about the sport. He showed great interest in educating me on things about the bike including great tips / pointers while on the track as well as maintenance. I havent had a new bike since 06 so this was very reassuring as they have changed quite a bit.Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied - they have earned a life-long customer out of me. Friendly atmosphere easy purchase experience.

Ive had ranch Kawasaki Mule in a couple of times for repair & maintenance. Logan has handled service professionally & promptly. I particularly appreciate his concern for customer & working with corporate to accomplish warranty & recall repairs.

Their cusomer service and parts department do not know what theyre doing when it comes to SeaDoo/BPR products. We bought a brand new, 2021 Spark from this location in December. We called for more information on a SeaDoo product called Blank Sheet for Stickers that is needed to install our TX Registration sticker and were told it doesnt exist or they dont know what were talking about. We called SeaDoo and were instructed to call a different dealership since Freedom of Cleburne was unable to help us. Our SeaDoo was also uncovered and the footbeds were full of rain and leaves when we originally picked up.Edit: we called the location on I-20 and they were able to give us more information on the product.

Stopped in here to try to purchase a Can-am. The salesman couldnt answer questions I had. After submitting paperwork for approval, I kept having to call back numerous times. My credit score was adequate as well as my income. It was one reason after another why they couldnt get me approved. Finally went in one more time and then waited for them to call me. They never did. They apparently didnt care about me as a customer and dont care about making a sale. I went to another Can-am distributor in Fort Worth...Fort Worth Motorsports...got me on a bike with no problem quickly. Love that place!

When a couple other bike dealerships told me they couldn’t get me financed, freedom in Cleburne got it done. Not only that, but Amy made the entire process easy and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a bike or and atv or side by side.
