The team at Mr.Tire Fairfax, VA are not only knowledgeable but they are also compassionate and kind. I’m from the Bay Area(Northern CA). My rental Car broke Down on the way to DC on Sunday afternoon. The team immediately made efforts to help. They where the only mechanic open for 30 miles… they squeezed us in. Sadly, the rental was a foreign car and parts where not readily available. They made calls to help me with towing etc. as well as alternative options for transportation and restaurant recommendations close by so we could eat while we waited. I can’t sing there praises enough… for this was a horrible experience and the loss of our museum event tickets etc. for our trip. They were the silver lining in our storm. Thanks Team Mr. Tire!!!!! We really needed help, thanks for saving the day by stepping up. People that care are priceless!

Mr Tire was great. They had a great price on my tires and did an outstanding job installing them. They had a chance to charge me for an alignment and didnt because I didnt need it! They did everything on time and had me going in a little more than an hour. If you are looking for a place to get tires, look no further.

I needed to get my inspection done and called to find there was no line. I zipped over and was welcomed. Everyone was very nice. They checked me in and I had a seat. The waiting area was clean and their is a coffee station. From check-in to check-out was 45 min. Overall a great experience.

The guy that worked the desk was super nice and exceptionally understanding of my little one, even offered him coloring book and crayons. Still amazed they patched my tire as I had a railroad tie stuck in there!!! They did really great work and deescalated me during a very stressful situation! Thank you for being so awesome! That level of customer service is everything! I certainly hope it doesnt go unrewarded!! I will be back for additional services, but you need to make sure you retain the two (the customer service guy, and the mech) give them a raise or something, because they are the reason Ill be back!

I recently brought my vehicle in to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced, and to have an alignment performed. My first impression over the phone was good, they picked up the phone quickly, were professional, and kind, I was quoted a price and told to come in at 2PM. I drop off my car sign the papers, and as I had expected before even arriving the price was higher than I was quoted over the phone. The gentleman was kind and adjusted the price to what I was quoted. I leave the car and they call me in a few hours to pick it up. I pay for my bill and ask for an alignment report, which for whatever reason they couldnt provide although its standard anywhere when you get an alignment done, so I trusted they performed it and went on my way since they promised it would be sent first thing in the morning. Within seconds of driving my car without even going over 10 MPH or leaving the parking lot I noticed the steering wheel was completely crooked, and the car was pulling hard as if an alignment was never performed. There was no way the alignment was done so I took it right back. They said theyll take a look at it tomorrow and call me back. I pick it up the next day, and this time I got an alignment sheet which is good. I look at the alignment sheet and it was dated for that same day, with huge adjustments made. This is good and bad, its good because they finally adjusted my alignment, and bad because it proves it was never done the 1st time. If it was done the 1st time they wouldve been able to provide documentation for it, and the sheet I got of them actually doing it wouldnt have needed massive adjustments, maybe a minor tweak here and there if its the second time being done. I take it for a thorough test drive this time, and its still pulling, the alignment is still off, theres a vibration in the steering wheel as if the wheels were not balanced, and my brakes were no warped as if whoever drove it mustve driven hard to warp the brakes that were previously buttery smooth. I took the car back one more time to give them a chance to correct it. The alignment wasnt done, the wheels werent balanced, the car never moved out of the spot I parked it at. Instead I received a $2,000+ quote saying I need an entire front suspension rebuild. My front struts are leaking, my tie rod ends are seized and my control arm bushings are bad. I knew my car needed nothing but tires and alignment because It was perfect before, I just had it inspected, it only has 30k pampered miles, and Ive been in the automotive industry my whole life. I took a peak at my struts, no leaks whatsoever, if the tie rods were seized an alignment wouldve never been performed in the first place, and my control arm bushings are perfect! I took the vehicle to another shop just for a second opinion and they said the car is in excellent condition and needs no repairs. They re-balanced my tires, performed a proper alignment and I was on my way. No repairs needed, no headaches. I always give people the benefit of the doubt which is why I took the car back multiple times within. minutes so no one says I screwed something up and theyre not liable. I had to get multiple rides, and waste my time over and over. Id like a refund for the balancing and alignment, since I feel its fair that I pay for the only thing that was done properly which would be the mounting. I wouldve happily taken my entire fleet here and and referred my friends and family since Im the go to guy for any and everything cars. Im always looking for a good shop to service my vehicles but it seems like this is not it. I was surprised since there are actually quite stellar reviews, and I will say that this has nothing to do with the service reps they were excellent and handled the situation as best as they could but if the technicians are lacking then theres not much more you can do. Also dont write a quote for something that the car needs if it doesnt need it! Rarely do I write a bad review, especially coming from someone that works in the same industry and understands how it can affect a store.

I went in to have my wheels balanced due to a steering wheel vibration at highway speeds. The tires were mounted and balanced at NTB, but after a bad experience I refuse to go back. Dana (sp?) was able to get me in same day, on a Sunday. All four wheels were out of balance, one was bent. Even with the bend, they were able to get all of the wheels balanced. No more vibration! Thanks again Dana, and everyone else who worked on my Jetta!

Saw their $5 off sign for inspections when I was walking into the shop next door which made me look at my car and realize I let my inspection lapse two months (I never do that!). Juan helped me get things straight quickly, and helped me with a light that was out as well—and the replacement charge was super reasonable, where I find some places try to gauge you for an inexpensive part. Whew! So glad I saw that sign!

I arrived 90 minutes before they closed with a problem they could have fixed in an hour or I could have the vehicle towed. They didnt even care or bother to stop smoking their cigarettes to help

Been dealing with Mr Tire in Fairfax Station for several years. Competitive tire prices, relatively convenient scheduling. I had done some research on tires for my vehicle when I needed new tires about 18 months ago and thought I knew what I wanted. When I went in, that tire was their recommendation. So that gave me some comfort with them. Bought the life time tire packages. Good deal for me. Last year got a free tire to replace a non repairable year old tire and this year a no cost tire repair when I ran over a screw.

Worked with George. He was polite, professional and not at all pushy.Costs were very transparent and competitive, and service was fantastic. To the fact, the technician did a quick road test after the install/alignment and found it was slightly off-center. He could have easily signed it off and turned it over, but it took it back in apologized for the delay and adjusted it further.Very happy customer.

We had a nail in our tire. We dropped it off with a plan to pick it up the next day. But it was done an hour and a half later. Very pleasant to deal with and reasonably priced.

I’m new to the area. After calling many places the price for oil change was outrageously expensive. I saw Mr. Tire in google with good reviews and thought to give them a call. They provide the excellent service in very reasonable price.

Mr. Tire is an awesome place.I had a flat, actually a chewed up tire, on the highway to Falls Church ended up mounting the spare donut tire to finish the trip.Mr. Tire was recommended by a staff of Dr. Miller, a great dentist in Falls Church.I went to Mr. Tire to buy the replacement tire. My car has low profile tires, usually not stocked by the everage tire shops. It had to be specially ordered in my previous experience. Mr. Tire had the tire in stock! They saw my out-of-state license plates knowing that I had to buy the tire to go back home no matter what. I was expecting and ready to pay a top dollar price. To my surprise, Mr. Tire quoted a very reasonable price on a quality Good Year tire.I must say Mr. Tire is a very honest business. The owner was very pleasant and easy spoken. The staff were very courteous and professional.I was completely satisfied with the purchase and their workmanship. With the new tire, I was able to finish my journey back home, some 300+ miles away from Falls Church, without any problem. I strongly recommend this business to anyone in need of tires. I will say they are honest and very professional, I upgrade my tires in my truck and I was told from three other places even the dealer that I needed to replace all my censers because they were bad and can not be program but thanks God I took it to Mr. Tire and they where able to program them. So thank you again you guys safe me a lot of money.

It was a bad experience. I was told itd be a 2hr wait to inspect one of my tires. After 3hrs, they told me the tire could not be repaired and they did not have a replacement. They suggested I go to a gas station for a plug. 20 mins later they gave me back my car. The actually lobby isnt clean at all.

Do not take your car here. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I recently brought my Jeep Wrangler here right after I put aftermarket oversized tires on. I already had aftermarket wheels and a 4” lift. I brought it for a simple balance and alignment with the new tires. The employees at Mr Tire observed the Jeep and ensured me they could complete the work no problem I told them exactly what size wheels and tires would be installed. The next day, I brought the Jeep to them. I drove it about 1/4 mile from my mechanic to Mr. Tire with the new tires installed. I made 2 left turns to get to the parking lot. No issues. About 3 hours later my truck was ready and I was informed there would be no charge since the wheels were balanced by my mechanic and the alignment wasn’t complete. I was told the Jeep was drivable but not easy to make a hard left turn. Okay. I could take it to a more qualified shop for a better alignment. Upon leaving the shop, I was not able to even get my Jeep out of the parking lot! I managed to get it back to the shop after not being able to turn the vehicle left and informed the 2 employees that it was no longer drivable. They informed me that there was nothing they could do, informed me they would tow it somewhere and I had to argue with the unqualified mechanic to put the alignment back to where it was when I originally drove it to them. Another hour later they returned my Jeep to me again and told me it can now turn left and right. Upon getting on the road my traction control was going haywire shutting down the RPMs and engaging ABS breaks. The computer telling me the truck was sliding on ice in June. I managed to make it back to my mechanic who informed me the Mr Tire tech had completely misaligned my steering. The techs at this establishment are completely unqualified and uniformed. They are willing to take on work they are not able to complete and cannot offer much remedy. I will have my Jeep correctly aligned and will be seeking reimbursement from Mr. Tire for the shoddy workmanship. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I tried using this shop on three separate occasions and each time I left frustrated and disrespected. The service advisor Gary is one of the worst customer service reps Ive ever spoken to, he seems much more interested in bragging about his years of experience and maintaining some level of dominance over the interaction than he does listening to his customers and providing an excellent experience. I hoped to build a relationship with this shop due to their convenience to my home, but that will be impossible with that gentleman behind the counter.

Had a flat tire, brought it in there, John was awesome, less than an hour it seem like I was out of there. Great job and thanks John!

I went to Mr. Tire yesterday to get an Oil change. I loved how fast they were with the services. Mr. George, the manager was super nice, friendly, and he took the time to talk with me about other issues with my van, so I decided to have the rear brakes pad done as well. What I liked about them is that they werent pushy about getting other services done, but what I really needed at the time. I will definitely go back to get my tires replaced!

Everyone is so nice and caring and helpful, your safety is their number one priority. Very welcoming when you come through the doors also nice sitting area if you have to wait. Mr.George who is the manager is a amazing man and always helpful with everything. I’ve had a few car problems with my car and Mr.George was so kind and helpful and just in general amazing.

Good customer service, pretty easy to get a last minute appointment, good work but just another shop that will makes you think you need to get unnecessary repairs done if you don’t know cars.

Worst place for tire shop. Expensive for tire fix. 25 dollars everywhere but 42 dollars in this place and they didnt even have to change my tire. I left my tire and when I came back and ask them if they can change my spare tire they told me to wait 2-3 hours for 5 min work.

I came in for an oil change and to get my check engine light code read. Ive never been here before, but Jon was at the front desk and helped check me in. He was very nice and explained things to me in a way that made sense and I didnt feel degraded, like some shops have done to me in the past.The mechanic was able to work on my car quickly and gave me feedback on my check engine light code. I would recommend this location!

I have long been coming to the gem of an automotive center conveniently located next to my gym, and I will continue to do so. Their work is remarkable, their prices are more than fair, and their customer service, chaired by my main man George, is brilliant. This is, without a doubt, one of the best tire and automotive service centers that I have worked with in the United States and overseas. Not only are they skilled at what they do, but they dont charge for work that they dont do... Despite a busy schedule, they have squeezed in both my car and my wifes car when we needed help urgently. They provided timely updates by phone, fixed the problems perfectly, and went out of their way to be professional and courteous. While I havent bought tires from them yet, I think that the total price will be competitive as they are honest and dont try to rip you off. Id rather pay a little more up front and be treated decently than go for a bargain price and pay more in the long run. Definitely recommend them!

We went to Mr. Tire in Burke/Fairfax Station, VA. We had a warranty issue with the original tires that came with our 2017 Cadillac XT5. The manager George went above and beyond to get Michelin to give us a credit on our next set of tires. Great value! Great service!

Took my car there convinced my break pads needed to be replaced. They concluded after inspecting it that the pads were perfectly fine. They didn’t even want to charge me for the inspection. Honest people, hard to come by these days. I’ll be taking my cars there in the future for sure. Thank you!!!

They aren’t the best for pricing normally so I can’t give them 5 stars, BUT when I got a flat near my house (1 mile from Fairfax Station Mr Tire) I called them for a quote and after I explained that I’d need my car towed to them and all my tires replaced ASAP they offered me a discount that made them cheaper than AAA and other tire place I called which were further away. When I got there everyone was very helpful and they had my car ready within about 3 hours of the time I confirmed I was having my car towed to them.They also offer Road Hazard Protection. If I recall it’s a few dollars more per tire than Wiygul, but it wasn’t more than $15 per tire. I bought it and never needed it however I felt confident if I had needed them to fix up my tires again they would’ve gotten me back on the road quickly!

Took a car in that had long-standing noises coming from front end. I had taken it to two other places, including the dealership, but no one could find the problem. Initially, Mr. Tire could not find the problem; however, they called me to ask for additional description, took it on another test drive, and identified the problem. Because I needed to have other work done and the bill would be rather expensive, they recommended a prioritization and told me what I could wait on. This is a common experience I have had with this Mr. Tire location. They dont try to oversell you. They work with you to prioritize the repairs and help you with discounts, when available. This is a common experience with this location. They treat customers well and recognize that providing honest assessments to customers will result in follow-on work.

This store does work without your permission to cause issues to bring you back and charge you for the demande they cause. You call costumer service and they either give you a lousy 50 dollar to fix a problem what’s worth way more than that or they don’t take responsibility for the mess Up because they don’t understand why if you went for an oil change Why was your tire loose, well you tell me. So they try to gaslight you until you start to sound crazy. Great relationship with your costumers. Do not waste your time and money with this place.

I’ve had my best experience here with having my tires checked (thought the one needed to be replaced and they told me it just needed air) and oil changed. Heading in to have inspection done. Awesome! Open on Sunday for my blowout, mounted a tire for me so I could go get my car and come back to have the other one installed and get alignment, all within just a couple hours. Employees were professional, efficient, and understanding! Prices totally reasonable. Definitely will go back when I need rear tires. Highly recommend.

I am so thankful that I found this Mr. Tire location. After an accident I suddenly needed two new tires. They have a wide variety of affordable new tires to choose from and the new tire price was the same as what I used to pay for used tires ! Another shop told me in addition to needing new tires, that I also needed new wheels. The amazing staff at Mr. Tire was able to repair/restore my existing wheels saving me hundreds. This savings allowed me to buy four new tires, get tire/wheel alignment and an oil change for LESS than the price the other shop quoted me for only used wheels and labor. I am beyond grateful to George, Xavier and all the staff at Mr. Tire . I highly recommend this auto service center and I will continue to trust them for all my auto service needs !!!

The team definitely has your best interest. After being told by a dealership that I needed new front brakes, machine front rotors, and a brake flush coating $750, I came here to get a second opinion and found my brakes were in much better condition than what the dealership was saying. To put me at ease, they had me come check out the brakes as well and showed me how they checked how much pad was left. Definitely will return and appreciate their honesty.

They always treat us fairly, and communicate clearly - in advance -what needs to be done, and how much it will cost. They even let us know when we should take it to the dealer vs having them do the work! Appointments are easy to make using the app, or calling the shop. I knew it was time to replace my tires after hydroplaning on these wet roads. I went online and different tire shops to find the best price and this Mr Tire had the best price in town. Very competitive and the turn around was excellent. Now I have lifetime rotation rebalancing and flat repairs for the life of my tires. The service managers really earned my business thank you Desiree, George, and Xavier for your service.

After my initial excellent experience with the Fairfax Station Mr Tire I have returned! I needed basic service and suspected I would need new tires. The staff worked with me to find the right tire - not more than I needed, but good enough to fit the use of our second car. I continue to recommend this location for reliable service.

Was happy to find a local tire service center open on a Sunday. Friendly and efficient staff clearly communicated the estimate before doing any work. Brought the car in to fix two leaky tires. They checked them both and turned out only one had a problem which they repaired quickly. I was also pleased to be able to get an oil and filter change done while the car was in the shop for a reasonable price. Will be my shop of choice for the future! Recommended!

Took my car in for a car inspection a few months ago and it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish! Everyone was helpful and the wait time was convenient for me to hang out with my coffee from De Clieu. I originally purchased my tires at another Mr. Tire location, but when i got a flat tire, I called this location and they got all the paperwork for my warranty from the other shop before I even arrived! George and the team were incredibly helpful and kind. They’ve helped me out a few times with big jobs like changing a rack and pinion assembly and changing brakes and rotars. Great experience all the way through! I made an appointment kind of last minute the night before. I got a call that night to confirm my appointment and talk through my expectations (which I was very happy about since I dont always know what I need to get done and what I can expect!). I said I needed an oil change and an inspection, and probably a tire rotation and alignment check. I need a few other small things like air in tires and wanted them to put eyes on some things. They assured me they could do it but wanted to make sure I was leaving my car for enough time. Again, great expectations management. The next morning I dropped of my car to some really friendly guys Rohim and Brain. They were incredibly knowledgeable and I felt comfortable leaving my car with them for the day. They called me later in the morning to tell me that an inspection had been done and that while it passed they recommended some other work. I took them up on their offer (they said they could knock it out that day so I wouldnt have to come back another day.) They called me throughout the day to let me know the progress and then finally when I could come get my car. The facility was very clean and has a few hours outside of normal work hours to accommodate folks like me. What really impressed me was how helpful and friendly Brian and Rohim were. They made sure I fully understood what and why they were doing whatever to my car. I am not in that industry, and have minimal knowledge so I really appreciated this. Will definitely be back!

Had our Mini worked on and inspected. First time at Mr. Tire and we will be back. I was truly impressed with the customer service, the repairs, and the price. I cannot say enough about these guys. If you are looking for high quality repairs at a reasonable price, this is the place!!

Ive had oil changes and bought tires (one offs and full sets) at this Burke location for several different vehicles. Though I have waited a few times I usually drop the vehicle off and ask that they call when it is done. The work is always done at or before the designated time. I find the staff here to be courteous and knowledgeable and will continue to bring my vehicles to this location. I just had a semi-synthetic oil change and tire rotation done on my Ford Explorer today and the vehicle was ready when they said it would be.

Went to Mr. Tire for brakes and received the best customer service. George & Brian were professional, friendly and took the time to explain the services that were needed on my vehicle. Thank you for making a very expensive brake job (dealer rate) affordable. Highly recommend.

Always have been nice and understanding. Never come off as trying to scam you. They tell you what you need to know and will recommend the proper work from guys who can help if they themselves cant.

Im reviewing on customer service, since I never got to the scheduling part. I called today at 11:50am and a gentleman with a deep voice answered the phone. I asked the price of a full synthetic oil change (since its not listed on the website) and he said $75. I asked what the full price out the door would be and he said he couldnt give me that and went on to say, What? Youre going to nickel and dime it?. I called based on the reviews here, but not sure how this place has a 4.8 rating if this is the customer service one gets upon calling.

I have been bringing my vehicles to this location since 2007 and they have always taken great care of me. I was just in for an oil change and the service was very prompt. They didnt have the State Inspector on site that Thursday (its his day off) so the manager made me the very first appointment the following day to get my inspection done. In thirty minutes, I was done and out the door and ready to start my day! Thank you George and Yi, I look forward to my next appointment.

I came in to get the headlights in my car replaced. When I came in to pick up my car, I was reminded why I stopped coming to the location on Ox Road. George, the store manager?, customer service was horrible towards another customer ahead of me. I had experienced that in the past from him.

These guys rock. Courteous, professional, and dont try to sell you stuff you dont need. Transparency and honesty is refreshing.

Excellent customer service! I was visiting Fairfax,VA for the weekend and needed emergency car repair. They gave me an immediate appointment, called me when they diagnosed the problem and with a couple of hours my car was ready for pick up. Cost of labor/parts totally reasonable. I would highly recommend this location for anyones next car service.

EXCELLENT customer service! Daughter blew a hole in a tire at ten minutes to closing. Eddie and Brian stayed late to help us out. Never felt rushed and they fixed the tire for free!

I go here somewhat regularly when I don’t have time to go to my normal shop. They looked into my oil pan to check for leaks. I’m not a mechanic, I don’t know what has to be done in order to do what I went there for but when I left the store, my front left tire was LOOSE!! Causing severe vibration on the driver side (breaking my door handle) they either they forgot to tighten my tire when they finished OR they just got lazy about it checking to make sure everything was back to place when they finished. So irresponsible! Its very infuriating.

Mr Wali the store manager is very professional and friendly and helped a lot to fix my car properly on time. The staff here are very cooperative too
