The staff are always very helpful. They assist people select the best of choices when there are several brands in stock.

I barely give reviews but the lady that served me gave me a really hard time. I made my order online, paid, received a message for pickup but when I got there the lady that I asked about the order kept on trying to intimidate me. It wasnt a pleasant experience for such a simple thing.

Great pharmacy staff! Rose was super nice and efficient with my prescription. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and get my medication quickly.

Got my shot and they gave me a coupon as a thank you to get $5 off if I spend at least $1. When I went to use it they said that I had to be a member, so I sign up. Then they charge me full price and say the points have been added to my account and I can use it next time...you can keep the points, I wont ever be back.

Covid Vaccination was avg. the first time i went there they were all over the place. the lady didnt know how to do anything— felt like a LEARN AS YOU GO training day. The other lady took 4 patrons before the lady that was helping me finished. The second time was a breeze. In and out. But i should put as a disclaimer for your Health Workers: HAND SANITIZER ON DISPOSABLE GLOVES IS NOT SANITARY!!!!….CHANGE THEM!!!

Honestly I was so extremely disappointed in Walgreens today. I wish I knew her name because I would blast her on here but my cashier was the worst employee ever. So unprofessional and didn’t help me at all. Instead stood around and was rude and checked out of it. Sure she may have been tired but when I asked to make sure I got my discount she said she doesn’t know and can’t check because the print place (we were at regular checkout) was “too far away” for her... wow. So not only did I not get a discount but she was super inconsiderate and didn’t care about anything or anyone. I had been in earlier that day to get my photos and they were ready and she was rude to me at that time as well. I am so disappointed and I hate this Walgreens now thanks to her ruining my experience.

In Genetal, Wlgreens Corp has lost its home style feel. In fact a clerk at The Walgreend on Broadway at Pike in Seattle stole my computer bag after i aked her if i could leave my bags at the register area she said yes however when i came to purchase my stuff, all my bags wete gone. I asked her where they are and she a ted like she did not know so i figured aoneone walked in and stole my bags i never found mystuff and my computers, Ipad and smart phone were in those bags. When i got home i called the walgreens and spoke with a manager who told me my stuff was locked in his office as the employeecwas seen trying to remove my lap top and was having trouble which was a red flag for the manager.He told me its safe and i picked it up the next day. Whether ir not he fired the employee i an not aware of what hapoened to her however i let it go but be careful. The hiring practices at Walgreens has been loweted to employ thieves and mean people and this has in general forced me to have all my medicines ordeted any other place then a Walgreens and now i only use walgreens to buy a bag of chewing gum only available at Walgreens and Target. I will not use Walgreens. Any more for anythi g other then emergency supplies and Gum.

Seems like if it says 3-5 in stock online its actually out of stock. Certain things it wont let you order on-line, then its not on the shelf when you come to pick it up.

Good place to get meds filled fast. You can call in your refills and the lines are typically short.

Id give the place 5 stars, but there are homeless people that hang outside the building--or others that try and ask for money. Other than that, I really wanted to compliment Lovania, who works in the Photos area. Shes super friendly, and remembered me when I came back to the store after a month or so. Also, the assistant store manager, Alexander, was also informative and helpful. I remember he stopped to ask an elderly man if he needed help, and that he was getting the man s life story, but listened quite patiently. =)

Most depressing corporate drug store everFrom the unambitious, weirdo staff to the underachievers that shoplift there, just wow. This Walgreens is playing it by the numbers, theyll sell you enough candy to give you diabetes for under a 5 spot, and jerk your chain when you actually get diabetes from the junk food they practically give away; they seem to know youll be a customer for life whether you like it or not. Sigh

We can get good home care product for a good price!

Im so glad that the pharmacy here is open 24 hours. I had to drive to Tacoma to meet with friends and forgot to pick up my cough. meds. By the time I was done, I really needed it but no pharmacies are open on a Sunday, much less at midnight. Im just so thankful that this Walgreens is open 24 hours and I Could you kindly make sure to pick up the medication. I give it a five star except that the facility doesnt look too clean and its in a seedy part of town. But, when you need to pick up medication on a Sunday night, you cant be choosy right.

Pharmacy is on point. Fast and efficient. It CAN get busy at times and you might have to wait in line though. But I havent had any problems with them in the past 7 years. You can also text them if you need a refill and you will get a text back once its ready for pick up.

Friendly drugstore that doesnt feel like youre being profiled.. customer service is quite up to my status quo. They just dont have public restrooms.

This store is open 24 hours and I have gotten good service most of the time especially Sammy in cosmetics. The pharmacy is well run and I have never had an issue with any prescriptions

My experience has been neutral.I am happy that we have a good medical store close to our house. However the staff is not friendly. The restrooms are locked and not clean.

I was disappointed to find out today (11/1/2018) that the 24 count AA Duracell batteries that were on SALE cost me $21.99 before tax and when I looked on-line they were only $15 at Walmart in Renton, $16 on Amazon and $17 at the Fredmeyer in Burien. I wont be buying batteries from this store anymore - buyer beware.

The place is suoer convenient, although, they stopped being 24 hour, ehich sucks because the nearest one that is in Issaquah.Now, instead of having an emergency Rx down the street, Id have to go to the hospital instead. Thanks, but that seriously stinks.

The pharmacy is absolutely horrible Ive been coming here for 10 years and this last experience helped me move to CVS, unprofessional, disrespectful, and unhelpful. Im truly disgusted by the staffs behavior

During busy hours a high traffic pharmacy, but the friendly staff and convenient location make it worth it regardless of the wait. Friendly staff that go above and beyond to help you.

Customer Service was terrible, the cashier was super rude to us when I was trying to help my mom with English, the cashier kept cursing under her breath and the whole ordeal was super upsetting for both of us.
