Colin is the most helpful and kind person Ive encountered at ANY auto parts store! He answered a few questions, knew part numbers off the top of his head, and was generally a 5 star employee!

Called them . Ordered parts . They said parts were there . Went to get them . They couldnt find them !

They attempted to return an item that was bought at another store across the state. Did the best they could but I had to go the extra mile with the other locations to get to the end result. Some more education on how to deal with the accounts system is warranted, but otherwise they did as much as they could with their abilities. Id still go there.

Everytime i go here for supplys or ask questions, there not helpfull, lied about not having parts till i insisted they look for them. Staff here is lazy and igorant with the wrong attitude. Napa is a great store, but this one here is lacking.

The men here are very helpful and they have a wide variety of in stock items.

Best place in burien to get Auto parts

Napa tends to have more parts available than most suppliers, which is awesome. Ive used other locations numerous times and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, the employees who answer the phones here in Burien are 9 times out of 10 short, disinterested and slightly grumpy sounding. I have dealt with these attitudes miltiple times with several different advisors. This is Definitely is not a welcoming experience and I would recommend other stores over them if you care about the quality of customer service. Which is a shame because I like Napa as a company.

One nappa guy ordered me new gas cover when other broke. Came into get it months later new guy woundnt honor what I was promised
