There good people,good products for your car needs. There even willing to come out to your car and help install wipers if its not too big a job and there not busy there happy to assist you. The prices are way better than OReillys, oops I hope I didnt offend anyone. Its just my opinion ok?? .

Good consumer level parts and accessories retail. Lots of pretty stuff and ordinary parts. They will not have a starter for your 1940 import.

Always use the military discount before your rewards...I learned that the hard way because as it turns out after the points are applied you cant discount the order and the transaction couldnt be cancelled in store, The manager was very helpful and understanding so I did have to wait for the help desk to clear the transaction and to have the points restored but honestly the customer service is what made this a 5 star experience at Autozone.

As a single woman Ive always gone to Autozone. Theyve always helped me change bulbs, little things without my asking. Today I went in for windshield wipers. The manager was very friendly. He said this young man will be glad to help you change them I could tell the guy wasnt happy. We get to my vehicle where he informs me Im not changing those, they have a pin. I dont like those he was rude from the first moment he helped me.Time to find a different store.

Ive talked about this place are very unknowledgeable and dont really seem very concerned about your well-being or if youre content

I went to return a rental tool, and when i did they ask for the card that i purchased the rental with. It was my sisters card so i did not have it. But i had the receipt. They said i had to have the debit card. I went to another one and they did not ask for a cardIf i have the receipt i should not need the card i purchased the tool with.

Friendly atmosphere, nice employees, and they had my battery! I always go to Auto Zone for car stuff like wiper blades, lights, etc. They will put the blades on for you, connect your battery, and they now have a diagnostic tool like those ads on the internet - you can just drive up and get checked - all for free! 5 stars for sure!

I stop by this location to pick up tools that i needed and use my gift card that has a balance of $25 when the guy ring me up he said my total is 21.43 so i have him my gift card and when he scan my gift card it even show that the it has a balance of $25 and then on the screen it show new balance of 3.57 and that should have been my remaining balance on the card but the cashier who dont know what h is doing made me pay 3.57 instead it supposed to be the remaining balance on the card. I know its only 3.57 but hey its still money. I would never go to this location anymore.

A guy named Michael was super helpful at the AutoZone in Burien. He was knowledgeable and really quick at helping me get my oil and washing fluid all fixed up.

Theyre dishonest when I got my van battery went dead on me and wouldnt start it I took it to burien AutoZone to be charged and they told me it was a bad battery and gave it back to me dead I took it up to budget batteries where the guy had originally bought it and he said it was just fine and gave it back to me fully charged can you put a multimeter on my stuff and it turned out I needed an alternator well in between giving him my battery at budget and getting it back I bought a brand new one from White center AutoZone I used it for 2 days replacement alternator put my old battery back in there and got it fully charged and Ive been using it to charge my phone off in the back of my van for like 2 3 weeks now it finally died so I took it in. AutoZone burien and they gave it back to me and told me its a bad battery and Id be willing to bet its dead but its not bad battery its less than 2 months old and its only dead because I used all the juice in it this time I know theyre lying its not a mistake theyre dishonest I will never do business with the store again ever and I would recommend that nobody else does too because you cant trust them go to AutoZone in White center the guy there was nice he sold me my stuff and in one case gave me a discount for no apparent reason and when I went to buy my battery which these guys had told me he was going to cost me like $137 the guy in White center only charged me less than a hundred the people that AutoZone in burien are dishonest too bad for them to because its an old van its going to need a whole bunch of repairs and miscellaneous things replaced probably a lot of them over the next few monthsbut Ill sell it to the scrap yard for 50 bucks before Ill buy something frofrom AutoZone in burien again ever the guy at Budget battery I know for a fact will tell you the truth if your battery is bad hell tell you that but if its good hell tell you that and hell without his meter and show you right in front of do it right in front of you so you can verify what hes doing hes hones and if its batteries you looking for I would recommend that you go to him you didnt lie to me in fact tested my stuff and told me my alternator was bad he doesnt do alternators he could have told me my battery is bad corroborated AutoZone story and sold me a new battery instead he told me the truth and sent me somewhere else to spend my money I like that its honest

Worst experience of my life! Worker named Marylin accused me of stealing a battery i was try to return. she was the one who had sold it to me the day previous. had to forcefully take my battery out of her hands to get it back. never going back again! I am not a thief and her accusations are absurd!

I bought a starter here for my truck. Lasted 2 days and the bushing fell out of the nose cone and left me stranded. Returned it and they gave me a new one. It lasted 1 day and the bend drive spring broke, left me stranded again. I threw the part in the garbage where it belongs and went to a profesional parts distrubutor and bought one. No more getting stranded. Just the worst quality of parts. They should be ashamed of what they are selling.

Called first spoke with a man who seemed to understand what I needed and even told me to be patient while he would be able to help me but it wouldnt be easy. Arrived to an employee on her cell phone getting upset she had to answer the phone and ignored me as I walked by three times. I wanted to give her a minute since it seemed semi.busy. I stood in front then a man asked what I needed. I lifted the hood only for him to tell me he couldnt remove anything by law. Just wanted you all to know so it wont happen to anyone else!! They are all very nice and all but maybe just asking a simple question as hey will we need to be removing anything? Because I couldve just said yes and then that wouldve saved me a drive there. I hope I dont have to go there again but if I do I will also ask more questions I suppose.

The elderly gentleman who helped me attempted too sell me the part I was looking for piece by piece, spoke down on me and suggested I finish taking apart the brake caliper I brought in to avoid a core fee in the parking lot. When I explained that I needed the entire drive side brake caliper in its entirety and I wouldnt be taking anything any further apart the ass hat suggested that I didnt know what I was talking about. When I provided him with the part number I was looking for and explained that I already called in prior to coming to ensure they had it he was absolutely flabbergasted that a lil ol gal had any knowledge of such things and promptly told me that the part wasnt available. Douche tried taking advantage of me and I can only assume its because hes not aware that ladies of my caliber not only work on our own vehicles but even sometimes know what the hell we are talking about.

They had the oil I needed at the normal price but no funnel either to borrow or even buy. Thier suggestion? Just roll up our receipt and use that. Guess it worked but dang a little messy.

Is like everything if you dont get a good customer support you dont give a good review. Young boy here just to lazy to give great service.

My experience with automatic zone here in Burien is that they are busy doing other stuff and youre left standing there waiting and waiting, I stood in line and was the only person in line and they took fone calls even though I had been standing there awhile..

Unfortunately the service I received at AutoZone this time was pretty bad I came in with a fairly simple question in regards to my turn signal on my vehicle and asking what lights or brackets I needed to replace the turn signal unfortunately the employee could not tell me what I needed to replace it or if I needed to replace the entire light setting luckily I went to another Auto part store and was actually given some helpful advice and help fix the problem sorry guys AutoZone is a no-go zone for me
