Always A+ service at this location. I take all my vehicles there for wheel/tire mounting and they always do a great job. Recently I brought some expensive wheels and tires that I needed swap with my OEM setup and asked them to be extra careful as a precaution, and they were. My new setup is great and my wheels were as pristine as they were before installation. These guys are awesome. Highly recommend making an appointment beforehand since they are popular and busy often.

Fortunate to get in on such short notice! Once there, old tires off, new tires balanced and installed in less than 30 min.! We have bought tires a few times from Discount. Always a great experience! Its my choice next time as well!

They have air service if your tire under inflated light comes on just go over and let them put air in your tires if they suspect a nail in your tire or something more serious than you can schedule an appointment. All my tires were 5pounds under pressure. They said due to Weather change they just added 5 pounds to each tire and my tire message went away. Great service and its free

These guys are awesome. I live in Spokane and got a flat that couldnt be repaired. Because I drive an AWD vehicle, tires had to be the same. However no one had my brand and/or size. My tires were only 4 months old and didnt wanna buy 4 new ones. But Patrick was able to find one and get it shipped. He worked really hard for me. Check in was smooth, work was prompt and I am leaving confident in the job.

First time. Only needed two new wheels (no tires). Mid-afternoon they were pretty busy but they were efficient and I got what I needed and was on my way in about 45 minutes. 😀

I have been coming here for years and happy with the service. But today is disappointed. I came for my appointment at 9:00 AM and they got me on the system. I asked the guy how long it would take to get my car done. He said one hour and he would call me when the car was done. I went to Fred Myers to get some groceries for lunch. It was 11:00 AM and never got a call from them. I thought my car was done, so I came back but still saw my car was still on the lift. I asked the guy why my car had not done yet. He said because I walked in, I did not make an appointment. At the time writing this at 11:20 AM, I am still waiting for my car done and my fresh seafood getting warm. Just wasting time and my food is not good any more.

Having moved to Seattle a year ago, we bought new tires for our car before we left San Diego. We were having an issue with air loss in a tire and called Discount tire here is Seattle. We brought the car in and were pleasantly surprised to find that they fixed the nail we had in one of our tires. Then they rotated all four tires and told me how much life the tires had left in them. And charged us nothing. It took less than an hour and we were on our way. I have never had such great service in San Diego. I highly recommend Discount tire. Me and my partner had an appointment scheduled at 3:30 for new tires & the guy said it will be done by 4:45. They finished a little early while we were grocery shopping! Much respect to the workers as well since were able to see all the sweat and hard work they are doing.

Unbelievable service at Discount Tire. The free service at Discount tire is 10 times better than the paid service at Costco Tire Center. I had a flat recently and since my wife had already gone to Discount tire twice recently for a free flat repair (for a tire that was not bought there) I felt bad and thought I would go to Costco instead. Costco makes you pay for the flat repair upfront and then as I was browsing the aisles after a half hour I got a call saying they have a problem. I go there and the guy comes up and says the previous patches were too close (6 inches apart and close to center) and it was improper and tried to get me to buy a new set of 4 tires. As an engineer who does most of my own maintenance I have read the American Tire Manufacturers guidelines front and back and this would be well within those so I tell them I will think about it and let them know. I came home double checked the guidelines and decided to do my own repair or take it to Discount Tire again. Guess what, Discount tire fixed it in the same 30 minutes with friendly smiling service and the guy who handed me the keys back said It was just a simple puncture without any prompting and wouldnt take any payment. While I was waiting to checkin I also noticed the person at the desk calmly explain (to what I assume was an old lady) what kind of tires she needed and how she can buy them wherever she wanted. Slap me if I go anywhere else for my next set of tires.

Had a nail in my tire with a slow leak. Stopped by Discount Tire, where I bought the tires, to get it fixed. They said it would be a three hour wait. So I made an appt. for the next day just to then have a two hour wait. What is the point of making an appt.? Other competitors in the tire industry take you right in and its a ten minute fix. The same issue happened last year at the Burien location with our other car and my husband had a three hour wait to fix a tire puncture. Staff is nice but not organized. We will take our business elsewhere.

My go to place for tires. Price competitive with on line stores. We have bought 10 tires here in the last 3 months all with excellent service. The most recent were very non-standard, weird and difficult to install. They did a great job I did not have to instruct the installer as I had expected to. I watched him from far away.

Like all their stores though they have an excellent knowledgeable staff, friendly service, a great tire selection and pricing. Now, you can buy the tires on line for the store you want to go to, and make the appointment to have them mounted. I did that today and couldnt have been easier.

Fantastic service. Walk in for studded snow tires. The ones I wanted were in stock and only a 90 min wait time, exactly the time frame I was quoted. I was also very impressed that the 2 young men who pulled my car in and out of the shop both knew how to drive a manual transmission. I bought a full set of tires with free replacement plan for under a thousand.Today I dropped off to get a screw remove from my front drivers side tire and have it repaired. They were booked for the rest of the day but still had it done for in about an hour.

Bought tires from here, had a tie failure couple of years later, they couldnt fix it so got a new tire, easy peasy. Not sure if i got a special warranty when i bought the tires or not, but superb experience.

I had bought my tires here 1 1/2 years ago. I ended up with a tiny hole that could not be prepared and needed all new tires due to all wheel drive. Pablo was the absolute best. He gave me an incredible deal on the 4 new tires and got me in and out in 3 hours which was amazing due to how busy they were. I have been going there for at least 15 years and have always been happy, this time more than ever.

SHAZAAM!!! I scored $81 tires for $51! They match lower prices and I found a ridiculously prices tire. Emailed a link, and bam! Saved $120. The service was done flawlessly, unfortunately they do not have the equipment to do alignments. Its not called Discount Allignments so meh... they repair/replace damaged or flats within a certain extent, which happened, so thanks for that too! Very satisfied, get your tires here, and then head to Les Schwaab for your other axle needs.

Last year I got a flat on my front passenger tire and replaced it with a cheap tire until I was ready for a full set replacement. This past Friday I got a flat on my front driver tire and decided to just get that one swapped again, until I was ready for the rear ones were ready to go. The person at the front desk told me that as much as they wanted a sale, they also let me know that its better for my drivetrain to have similar tires for all four tires. Turns out the previous owner of my car had gotten tires that were exclusive to Costco, so the person at the front told me to go there instead. Fast forward 24 hours and Ive gone and done my research. Turns out the Costco exclusive tires are rebranded ones that most tire retailers sell. And while they were a bit cheaper at Costco, I really did appreciate the person from Discount Tire willing to forfeit a sale for my cars longevity, so they won my purchase in the end.

Go there! These guys have been taking care of my rigs for years. Of course there is turn over, but every new kid is in a good mood, hustles hard and polite. They work pricing for me, rotate and fill for free and tell me that I dont need new tires... yet. Keep the rubber side down and get outside!

Got a flat on my wife’s Rav4 as I happened to be passing through Seattle. Discount Tire in Burien was the closest to me so I limped the car on over and was greeted by an extremely friendly, helpful and respectful employee named Samuel. Purchased two new tires and got them changed in under 45 minutes as a walk in. I’m an impressed happy customer. What a great experience!! I walked in to the facility and a friendly staff member came from the bay area to greet and help me. He took all of my information, explained their process and let me know it shouldnt be too long. My car was taken to the bay and serviced within 20 minutes! The tech who worked on my car explained what they did and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be coming back!

I have made appts twice and never was seen at my appt time, so whats the point of making an appt, my time is vaulable. You guys need to do a better job to meeting customers appt time. I was on my lunch both times, and to add insult to injury when I got my new tires earlier this year, they didnt tighten my screw on my hubcap and it came off, I notified them 3 different times, Im still waiting for my replacement hubcap. Bad customer service!!!!!

Joe at the desk is amazing, he remembers me when I come in. Ive had three tires replaced recently: one in October, one in November and one this month (December). I keep getting nails in my tire (construction and roofing going on at my place). All my tires are insured, making replacement easy. Construction and roof done yard and driveway are now cleaned up, hopefully no more nails.
