Johnny is a wonderful guy. Super honest and professional. He diagnosed the complication with my water heater, and provided alternate solutions in detail. He also provided personal and professional advice on the matter, and did not try to upsell any products or services. He was straight with me, and I appreciate that. There office personnel are also great, and provided great customer service. Again, they offered out of the box solutions to me problem, which will likely save me a lot of time, money, and headaches. Great company.

We always call Maxeys when we have an issue. Tanner and his workers arrive in a timely manner. He’s and has given constructive advice on multiple occasions. Almost always, this did not benefit him and saved us money. Many businesses won’t often sacrifice money to support out a client. We’ve had poor experiences with a certain local company in the past. Again, they are nice people as well. They did good work but we always ended up with an outrageous bill. At their last visit, they looked at the main problem, and told us they don’t work on that particular brand. (Several plumbers have stated the same so I understand). They only replaced an outside faucet. Less than 30 minutes cost us over $550. We’ve called Maxeys time since . They acknowledge the importance of great customer service and it outweighs the benefits of bleeding a person dry. That speaks volumes and will keep their phones busy.

The A/C tech was professional and informative. He explained all of the options making the needed job easy to understand. We had an A/C outage emergency on a hot early summer day, and it was imperative that it be restored I called at 7:00 am and the tech was here in less than two hours. He got the A/C up and running, and then did more major repairs. Pricing was fair and I am glad with the service.

Made the appointment on line at 9PM, at 7 the next morning i received a call telling me our work tech will be there in an hour. Our work tech arrived on time, explained cost up front, and respected our needs. corrected the issue and made sure was working fine. Covid protocol was observed the entire time.
