Parking lot traffic was hinky hot dog at outside stand was great
Good but understocked due to covid
As usual high quality products. But the price is little bit higher side compare to other super market chain. Overall pleasent experience.
Costco is the best place to fo shopping. Tons of items, return policy is great, prices you cannot beat. Workers are courteous, been a member for 20 years!
This location has a good amount of parking lot, food court, gas and a whole warehouse with food, clothes and electronics. A Costco experience as it’s best.
Extremely rude employee. I believe this is the second time seeing the same female employee be rude to a customer. Customer asks if they have Kirkland paper towels in stock. Employee asks customers what does that sign say, implying that she should read the sign and figure it out herself. She would not directly answer the customers question. I wanted to know if they had these paper towels as well. It is insane they allow employees such as this to work here. This is not the first time I’ve had a negative employee interaction at this Costco.
Such a great location and a wonderful Costco always busy but I havent had to circle to find parking there is always plenty of parking the inside of the store is always what you can expect of any Costco clean, organized and stocked well.
Always an interesting place with lots of variety. Parking is often challenging but if you go around the building, one will open up. I find it best to enter from Victory Blvd. to avoid those cars that are queuing up for gas. The membership fee is $60 so youd better have a lot of shopping to do to make it worth your while! On this visit, I was showing it to an out-of-state friend.
Costco is Costco. The prices are better than most places on some stuff. Gas is certainly cheaper. But they no longer have onions or sauerkraut for the hotdogs.
Guy in the front needs be more courteous also if your gonna ask for membership ask everyone dont pick and choose
Big store. Really big. The assortment is very diverse, from household appliances and household goods to clothing and food. I use this store primarily for purists - you can stock up in bulk. It is far from always cheaper than in other stores, but often of better quality. It is also worth noting that nothing can be bought without a club members card. The card itself costs in different variations from $ 60 to $ 120 per year, in principle it pays for itself completely.
This is probably my favorite Costco in the greater LA area. I have a closer Costco but this is the one I go to most often. This location is cleaner and better organized. During the pandemic the lines here were more manageable because of how well organized the store and staff were. They also keep their inventory well stocked.
This Costco gets 4 stars. I would give it 5 stars, but some of the employees could use a lesson in manners. Attitude is everything, and kindness goes a long way.
For being the main costco for the entire valley they somehow manage to keep people moving even during the busiest times on the weekend. We woke up late and got in at 11 am on a Sunday probably their busiest time and while we still had to park far we did not face too much congestion or long lines inside. Can’t beat the hotdog combo on the way in for 1.50 and we’re able to score some nice deals on cookware and alcohol. Worth the crowds.
I like this place. Whatever you want in good quality and reasonable prices definitely you will find it here! It’s one of my favorite places to do shopping. Saving a lot of money when I do shopping in Costco.
Great eye exam. Best I ever had. Hats off to you guys. Wow
Ive always compared pushing a shopping cart through Costco, to being on the 101 freeway midday. $1.50 hot dogs though!
This Costco is frequently out of stock on popular items. The staff is friendly and usually helpful.
I love this costco! It has so much parking, they have a gas station and not to mention the food court that is inexpensive and yummy. They always have everything stocked and clean. There are so many selections, its definitely a one stop shop for any household or business.
1 1/2 minujte read:Four Stars? Next time maybe five. I have nothing agains COSTCO. I applied for a job there but was rejected courteously. Anywho, thats another story for another platform, right?!Ive been a COSTCO Customer for years now. I upgraded to EXECUTIVE but cant figure out why.If you know little to nothing about COSTCO its because you are not a member. They have a whole warehouse of offers: You must choose 3 in order to buy it; Youre only allowed two cases; etc etc etc.As an Enterprise, COSTCO is very successful, but they are not perfect, thus 4 STARS.Selected locations have gasoline available.Lastly, the majority of their Employees act professionally, but AT TIMES you can (and I have) encountered JERKS.iN CONCLUISION: COSTCO will continue to be prosperous no matter what I say.
I love Costco. The crew is already awesome 👌
Great store. Pretty good prices
I enjoy shopping here. The mens t shirts are the best that I have ever bought.
I love Costco especially their gas they got the best gas prices in town no matter what city you go to Costco has cheapest gas ever They blow everybody out of the water!
We shop here on the days that have seniors only making it less of a chore. Great selection of organic products.
Close to my work. Very easy to get in and out. Has self checkout now.
Whats not to like about Costcos? Great business model.
Self check out is always faster than other lanes.
This is my favorite place because I find everything and I save my time, thanks so much,
Love this place and they loves my CC 🤣😂 Gas Food Furniture and Appliances, Costco has it all. In store shopping or delivery Costco is the place.
As all Costcos, its a great store to shop. The couple of things I dont like are: 1) some items are hard to find because they move things around the warehouse from one side of the store to the other, and every where in between. 2) They discontinue items that I know they are great sellers.
Very good service and products at hearing aid center
There may no longer be social distancing. But why do I now have to be touching the person behind me in order to check out? The registers are closer than they ever have been. It’s downright claustrophobic I’ve got a plastic wall in front of me and a plastic wall behind me and between me and the other plastic wall there’s some other person who I’ve never met before literally touching each other just to pay.Honestly, it makes me want to cancel my membership. It’s hard enough to go to such a busy store now the store is forcing me to come in contact with other people by design. Please please fix the registers.I did complain to the store manager. The employees were laughing about the registers being ridiculously close and apparently I’m not the only person that said something.
Great Costco location for food. A bit crowded, but the savings is worth it.
Great Costco location with gas station. Staff does a nice job interacting with members and guests and make you feel welcomed. Rarely ever anything out of stock and of course lots of great deals. Now that restrictions are eased a bit there often are more people than youre used to during COVID-19 times but the staff does a great job still enforcing masks and social distancing as much as possible. Other options at this location: eye center, outdoor (covered) food court, tire center and pharmacy .
Tire center. Rude know it all employee. Job done on time but they forgot to change one tire. Duh!
Definitely one of the busiest wholesale retailers in the bay area with a gas station. The parking lot has around 600 spots and its still really hard to find parking most of the time. You need a membership to get inside but its worth it for the price and services Costco provides. From the $1.50 hot dog to $4.99 rotisserie chicken, the photo, optical, bakery, meat, automotive, pharmacy and hearing aid center, Costco is a one stop shop. Be prepared to walk around and pick up items as you go and know that items on sale will be in the high traffic areas.
Nice place clean . Need more assistance in food department
Great Costco, one of the bigger ones Ive been to. They even have six self-checkout stations but you cannot buy alcohol if you use those self checkouts. Still following all of the covid-19 protocols and it never feels crowded.
Rough going on Sunday afternoon but managed not to run over anyones ankles. Crew are heroes as always.
Good that is not busy unless it is a holiday but the service is not the best
Some items are not available from time to time but overall they are very good at keeping their stores well stocked!
This Costco in Victory Blvd is always crowded and looks like trash. The parking is a pain in the neck and with a lot of unruly and impatient drivers in the parking lot, your day can easily get ruined.
Costco needs to do better! I refuse to shop anywhere that doesnt take animal welfare seriously. Costco needs to adopt a chicken welfare policy now!
This was my first outing since the pandemic and I purchased PreserVisionAreds 2 (the only lab tested vitamins for eyes). When this is on sale I save $7 per unit.I get all of my supplements at Costco. I consider my Costco membership an investment that pays off every time I make a purchase anywhere with my Costco / Citibank / Visa card.Whats not to love?
Very helpful employees, busy clean store
Its the perfect place to get all you need, I love it so will you 😃
Kelly is one of the most helpful staff members but all of them are great!. If you ever have a chance to talk with or interact with Kelly you will walk out of there with a positive energy. FOR REAL!
Always a good experience ..been a member for 20 plus yrs....
Its not same as it was before covid, some of thongs like water not always there.or some nighty cotton 2 pack, but just her st not cotton and we wont buy it.there is more to say but just example was this.today with my father... were there mostly he goes by him self.hopfuly ..goes back where it was.there wasother things we want it but there wasnt there, cooking oil.wish we can see what you have then drove there.
As expected. Nice products for very affordable price.
You cant beat the $5 rotisserie chicken. Its always a good idea to go early during the week.
The pizza in the food courts was good
The Frozen Foods are great.
The staff is very caring and helpful I love Costco
This Costco is my favorite one to go to. They stay stocked with items, staff is friendly, and the wait time lines to checkout is quick since they tend to have many registers open, allowing the process to go quick (under 7-10mins).Parking can sometimes be a problem but my experience has been that if you’re doing your shopping around 7pm Mon-Fri the parking/traffic is not bad.
I like this location because in comparison with others there is always less people which make my shopping a lot faster. Every time Ive been here the store is super well organized and clean I appreciate that. I love Costco!
Came here my first time using my parents card to purchase items Rick the supervisor had a bad attitude once they found out it was my dads card not mine. They kicked us out of line even thought we bought over $1600+ worth of stuff. Will not come back
Costco is a very popular place and it has companys with a respectful person trying to save us money .Jonathan shared his experience .We are in my opinion in need for Solar Panels that helps the environment..
Lines for the gasoline stations were very well assigned with rope and cones. This helped eliminate any congestion upon entering Costco gas stations.
I am loyal customer of Costco for decades and buy was over 10k a year. Today I spend another few hundred and one of the item I purchased was a macaroni salad for $4.99 +tax when I got home and opened it, I saw the plastic seal was removed half way and clearly someone had tasted it or eat some from it.When I called to complain and see how we could resolve this because I wasnt about to drive to there again in 90+ degree and spend over an hour driving back and forth and waiting in their long return line and shes telling me thats exactly what I need to do. I asked for storeanager after being on hold for sometime, I was disconnected on, I tried about 5 more times bewhich I really believe because of caller id she didnt want to answer knowing it was me.Now, Costco is great at checking receipts in making sure you paid for items but not for customers safety and security specially during this pandemic of covid-19.Like I told the manager finally after numerous telephone attempt, I wont waste my time over an hour coming there and probably spend $10 in gas forlouay $5 and would rather spend my time writing and honest review who spends way over 10k a year there for years and make a video for YouTube. For Costco corporate....train your employees better and have a better plan in place for customer service.
Most and probably the greatest wholesale store in area, great pizza and fast service thank you Costco Wholesale.
Ive said it before and Ill say it again: Costco is great. Not just the prices, it is a model for treating employees fairly -- unlike Walmart and Sams Club.
They need to respet the costumers. That was my firts time and last there with my family consumer products because they acting wear and unrespectful.
I go to Costco to pump gas. Its best to go Monday-Thursday. Friday- Sunday the line is long.
You already know what your getting here. Thats why you come here. And do continue to do so.Its a bit crowded for me. But for certain items this is the place to go.One suggestion for the store.I AM NOT PHYSICALLY DISABLED.But MANY people are. And as somebody who respects the rights of the disabled. I find it very unattractive that this Costco location provides so few courtesy scooters for their disabled patrons.Every single time I go there. I see disabled people, or their family members, searching & waiting. For one of the two or three cards that they have available to the public. To be made available to them. Its optics are highly unappealing. It seems to me if you crunch the numbers. Or even just open your eyes for that matter. You need more carts than you are providing. And that your parking lot staff should make a point of returning the ones that you have to the charging station. So Im asking.Show some compassion. And please respect your disabled patrons.Because when youre non-disabled patrons are offended by it. Theres a problem.
Luv the smell of fresh chicken bake
Great store with even greater prices!
Their gas price is definitely lower even compared to Arco.
We just became members and its been a good experience so far. Some products are hard to find but it might be because of the pandemic. We enjoyed eating at the food court for the first time. Gas price was also very good.
This might be so biased but I had the most beautiful looking man, Francisco, as my cashier so this is my favorite costco now. Also the lines were long but moved quick and parking isnt nearly as bad as the van nuys costco so thats nice too.If anyone knows Francisco show him this plz lol
Easy in, & easy out gas station
Burbank Costco is the Cleanest and the best Service you can find. Pharmacists always there to help you.
Needed sofa set. We selected Costco because they had an item that we wanted. When we went to check out with item number, person working told us we have to order online even they have 5 set sitting there. We called the manager and told him what is going on. He first told us we have to order online because they can’t deliver from the store. Manager changed his story when we mentioned they have a statement on those sofa stating they can deliver from the store. Now suddenly he doesn’t have any help. We have to go bring it and installed it by ourself even we were willing to pay for shipping and handling which included set up at the delivery location. But I guess they didn’t want to offer a customer service even they had time to clutter and talk about their schedule for the week and when they will see each other at work.Wonderful 👎🏼👎🏼
I love Costco. They have most everything I need.. Of course in larger sizes, but their gas prices are almost 20 to 30 cents cheaper than other regular gas stations. The beef and chicken I get here is some of the best. Prices much better than Vons, Pavilions and Ralphs. Yes it cost a little more due to the bulk, but thats why you have a freezer.
Costco is always great. Just gotta go at good times so you sail through.
Go Early! The place is always a mad house after 12 noon. You take your life into your own hands in the parking lot.
Its an inconvenience Costco, where the gasoline station is positioned creates a traffic problem. The parking lot isnt as easy to navigate as Sepulveda. The positives are that the tire center employees are top notch and the Cafe is fast and outside so you can grab and go.
Went for gas and time to ponder my life as it was quite crowded.
Just went for pet supplies. Found what I wanted and went to the check out. The lines were pretty fast.
This location is always busy but shelves are almost always full too.The turnover of merchandise is quick so if you see something you need or like you rather buy it right away or you may not find it for another few weeks or months.
Every thoughtful American consumer should have a Costco card.
Frustrating place. They have a LOT of stuff. Do they have what you need? Depends. Often they have ONE option, like hard drives for computers, or something for the home. They have such great deals, but they are not incredibly cheap, just a little bit. And if you want TONS of something, its best. Yet its always crowded, lines and pushy people, sometimes hard to find what you want. Worth it? Depends on your shopping list - it wont replace a full grocery store, but you can do the stock up thing on items you need a lot of. Gasoline - if youre a member ONLY - but the prices are SO good.
Dont go on weekends. Great prices, good selection. But many item seasonal. Responsible check out. Lines can be long.
The experience was, as usual, fine. Lines moved very well and employees were helpful.
Just went here to get the Covid Vaccine and that experience was good. Kind of miss being a member.
Fast lines and friendly staff.
Luis the cashier and Jose the manager were very rude! My father who I support financially has the membership with Costco. Ive never had a problem paying for his groceries at other Costco locations. Luis asked to see both the bank card and membership for vertification when he did not ask the person behind me for any proof. It is so upsetting that Costco would have employees who dont treat customers with fairness and will not allow you to pay for your parents groceries.
Self check out is very handy when you have only a few items
